Va va umple stomacul cu fericire vegana si va va satisface sufletul cu caldura si confort! Desi nu contine deloc carne, chiftelutele acestea i-ar putea pacali chiar si pe cei mai impatimiti iubitori de carne. Asa cum le spune si numele, chiftelele acestea sunt facute din boabe de fasole neagra, care la randul lor reprezinta un ingredient foarte des folosit pentru a imita textura carnii. Fasolea neagra reprezinta o sursa excelenta de proteine si nutrienti numai buni pentru corpul si dieta noastra.<\/p><p>Daca va aflati in cautare de un substitut pentru carne care sa fie si sanatos, dar in acelasi timp sa acopere caracteristicile de baza ale carnii &#8211; fasolea este unul dintre cele mai bune raspunsuri! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Reteta aceasta va fi cu atat mai gustoasa cu cat iti vei asezona boabele de fasole cu piper negru, oregano si alte mirodenii minunate, asa cum ai face cu niste chiftele normale. Asta nu inseamna ca fasolea neagra nu ar avea un gust al ei propriu si gustos. Si chiar ar trebui, avand in vedere ca acesta este genul de sos care merge de minune in multe alte retete, de la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/paste\/\">paste<\/a><\/strong>, la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/retete-pizza\/\">pizza<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;si orice altceva cere un sos delicios de tomate.<\/p><p>Secretul acestui sos este sa taiati legumele felii si sa le coaceti la foc mic inainte. Scoateti miezul rosiilor si semintele ardeilor rosii. Coacerea la foc mic a legumelor le face sa aiba cel mai bun gust, mai ales daca adaugati si putin <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/usturoi-ro\/\">usturoi<\/a><\/strong> in amestec.
