Incercati-o cu incredere &#8211; este rapida, sanatoasa si extrem de gustoasa!<\/em><\/p><p>Sunteti in cautarea unui mic dejun vegan perfect? Nicio problema! Si eu ma chinui cu aceeasi problema. In unele dimineti se intampla pur si simplu sa nu stiu exact ce vreau sa mananc la micul dejun! De regula la micul-dejun se consuma branza topita pe paine, sau pate de ficat, sau unt, dar niciunul dintre acestea nu este vegan! Ei bine, cred ca am gasit solutia perfecta, iar astazi o sa o impart cu voi! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Daca ai ramas fara idei pentru micul-dejun de maine dimineata, reteta aceasta ar putea sa te ajute cu o idee simpla si sanatoasa. Eu prefer un mic dejun minimalist, de regula compus din trei sau patru ingrediente diferite. Imi plac multe lucruri la ciuperci &#8211; de la continutul proteic inalt, la cat de gustoase sunt, si multiplele moduri in care pot fi folosite in retete delicioase. Shiitake, cremini, pleurotus, toate acestea merg de minune, pentru ca oricum le vom pune in blender pentru a fi transformate in pasta mai tarziu.<\/p><p>Dar mai intai trebuie sa le taiati bucatele. Apoi incalziti putin ulei de masline sau unt vegan intr-o tigaie, dupa care puteti adauga ciupercile. In timp ce ele sfaraie, puteti adauga cateva bucati de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/usturoi-ro\/\">usturoi<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p>Nu este obligatoriu, dar va promit ca va iesi mult mai bun astfel! In aceasta reteta am folosit praf de usturoi, alaturi de alte cateva ingrediente &#8220;secrete&#8221;, pe care le puteti descoperi in reteta de mai jos. Amestecati responsabil pana ce tot lichidul din ciuperci a fost absorbit. Este o idee inedita si astfel o sa aveti cea mai buna combinatie de intins pe paine dimineata &#8211; yum! Va trebui sa lasati amestecul in frigider o vreme pentru a capata consistenta necesara, dar va asigur ca merita asteptarea! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Am precizat mai sus ca mi se pare ca pateul de ciuperci se potriveste cel mai bine la micul dejun, si inca sunt de acord cu asta. Insa vreau sa mentionez ca el poate avea multe alte intrebuintari culinare.<\/p><p>Il puteti folosi la salata. Il puteti adauga intr-un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/burgeri\/\"><strong>burger vegan<\/strong><\/a>. Asa ca, intr-un fel, putem spune ca produsul final redevine un ingredient in sine.<\/p><p>Dar, desigur, v-as recomanda sa il incercati simplu mai intai, intins pe o felie de paine, pentru a vedea cat de gustos si delicat este!<\/p><p>Sper ca veti avea succes cu aceasta reteta de pate de ciuperci! Nu va faceti griji daca va vor fi necesare cateva incercari pentru a nimeri exact textura, rezultatul merita cu siguranta!
