Se prepara repede, nu cere ingrediente de origine animala si este perfecta pentru zilele de post sau pentru orice seara in care iti doresti o pizza aromata, dar usoara. Pesto-ul de busuioc cu migdale ii da o prospetime care o diferentiaza de pizza clasica cu sos de rosii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eu, personal, sunt mare fana a retetelor de pizza care nu folosesc mai mult de cateva ingrediente, asa ca astazi o sa va propun o reteta care contine doua dintre ingredientele mele vegane preferate. Isi revendica popularitatea din orasul Napoli, in Italia, locul unde a fost creata si unde bine-cunoscuta Pizza Margherita a pus micul oras pe harta. Pizza din Napoli este gatita traditional cu ingrediente locale si este chiar recunoscuta pe lista UNESCO de preparate garantat traditionale. Consider ca este mereu o placere sa faci pizza la tine acasa, indiferent de reteta pe care te-ai hotarat sa o urmezi, pentru ca poti controla fiecare ingredient si o poti adapta la post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele care fac diferenta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta foloseste doua feluri de ciuperci: ciuperci maronii taiate felii si ciuperci albe shimeji. Combinatia asta da textura, fiindca shimeji raman fermi si usor crocanti, in timp ce ciupercile maronii devin moi si aromate. In loc de sos de rosii, blatul se unge cu un pesto facut din busuioc proaspat, patrunjel, migdale crude inmuiate peste noapte (sau nuci), usturoi, ulei de masline, otet de mere si suc de lamaie. Maslinele umplute si rosiile uscate aduc partea sarata si intensa, exact combinatia pe care v-o recomand daca doriti o pizza putin mai complexa, fiindca este extrem de gustoasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru migdale, e important sa le inmoi peste noapte: hidratarea le inmoaie, astfel incat se macina fin in robot si dau un pesto cremos, fara bucati aspre. Incalzeste tigaia la foc mediu, adauga grasimea, usturoiul si ciupercile si soteaza-le cateva minute, apoi toarna vinul alb si mai lasa-le inca aproximativ trei minute. Vinul ajuta ciupercile sa-si elimine excesul de lichid pe tigaie, nu pe blat, si le concentreaza aroma. Asa eviti pizza umeda, una dintre cele mai frecvente greseli cand pui ciuperci crude direct pe aluat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pasii pe scurt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Preincalzeste cuptorul la 200 C si acopera o tava cu hartie de copt.<\/li><li>Prepara pesto-ul: pune toate ingredientele in robotul de bucatarie si amesteca pana devine fin si omogen.<\/li><li>Soteaza ciupercile cu usturoi cateva minute, apoi adauga vinul alb si mai lasa inca trei minute. Pesto-ul ramas il poti folosi si la paste sau ca dip, asa ca merita sa faci o portie mai mare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce servesti si cum o pastrezi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pizza cu ciuperci de post este satioasa de una singura, dar merge minunat alaturi de o salata simpla sau de un aperitiv cu ciuperci, cum sunt <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/ciuperci-umplute-la-cuptor-reteta-de-baza\/\">ciupercile umplute la cuptor<\/a>. Daca ramane, pastreaza feliile intr-un recipient inchis la frigider 1-2 zile si reincalzeste-le in cuptor sau in tigaie, nu la microunde, ca sa-si recapete crocanta.
