Se prepara in aproximativ 45 de minute si sunt gustarea perfecta de petrecere: aromate, satioase si pe placul tuturor, fie ca sunt vegetarieni sau nu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nu stiu alti oameni cum sunt, insa eu sunt genul de persoana careia ii place foarte mult sa isi cheme prietenii la cina. Iubesc atmosfera care se formeaza intr-o casa plina, imi da un sentiment de bucurie de fiecare data, iar eu simt ca ar trebui sa dau si ceva inapoi &#8212; si ce ar fi mai potrivit decat sa pregatesc ceva de mancare pentru prietenii mei? Am cea mai mare satisfactie cand vine cineva pe la mine si vrea sa comandam pizza, moment in care intervin si zic &#8220;Nu e nevoie de asta, am facut eu gustari!&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La capitolul gustari de petrecere, preferatele mele din ultimul timp au fost pateurile cu ciuperci. In afara de mine, si alti prieteni de-ai mei urmeaza o dieta vegana, asa ca am ajuns la concluzia ca cea mai buna solutie este sa fac niste gustari pe care sa le poata manca oricine. Printre preferatele mele care se potrivesc aici sunt cremini si shiitake, insa daca va plac portobello sau pleurotus, le puteti folosi fara nicio problema. Cand le cumparati, alegeti ciuperci ferme, cu palaria inchisa si fara pete umede; cele zbarcite au stat prea mult. Nu le spalati sub jet de apa, fiindca absorb apa ca un burete &#8212; stergeti-le doar cu un servet umed sau o perie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Spanacul<\/strong> aduce culoare si prospetime in umplutura. Adaugat la final, se inmoaie in cateva secunde din caldura ciupercilor, asa ca nu il gatiti separat. Daca folositi spanac proaspat, spalati-l bine si scuturati-l de apa; daca folositi spanac congelat, dezghetati-l si stoarceti-l foarte bine, altfel umplutura va lasa apa si va inmuia foietajul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Branza vegana sau telemea<\/strong>, data pe razatoare, leaga umplutura si aduce nota sarata. Telemea da un gust mai pronuntat si o textura cremoasa cand se topeste, iar branza vegana pastreaza reteta complet vegetala &#8212; alegeti in functie de cine va sta la masa. In ambele cazuri, presarati-o uniform pe foietaj, ca sa nu ramana felii fara umplutura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Foietajul<\/strong> gata cumparat e secretul rapiditatii. Lucrati-l rece, scos din frigider doar cu cateva minute inainte, fiindca foietajul cald se rupe si nu se mai ruleaza frumos. Daca s-a inmuiat prea tare in timp ce lucrati, bagati ruloul format cateva minute la frigider inainte sa-l taiati &#8212; feliile vor iesi mult mai curate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Usturoiul<\/strong> nu lipseste niciodata de la mine. Mie imi place usturoiul foarte mult, mi se pare ca se potriveste de minune cu ciupercile sotate si nu o sa ezit niciodata sa-l folosesc la retetele de genul asta, pentru ca mereu aduce acel plus de aroma irezistibila la ceva de altfel banal. Adaugat impreuna cu ceapa, are timp sa-si piarda iuteala fara sa se arda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa, otetul de mere si zaharul brun<\/strong> lucreaza impreuna pentru caramelizare. Zaharul ajuta ciupercile sa prinda culoare, iar otetul taie din dulceata si echilibreaza umplutura, dandu-i o nota usor agra care contrasteaza placut cu foietajul untos. Folositi o ceapa mica, marunt taiata, ca sa se topeasca in umplutura, nu sa se simta in bucati mari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Evaporati tot lichidul din ciuperci.<\/strong> Ciupercile lasa multa apa, iar daca o puneti pe foietaj inainte sa se evapore, aluatul iese umed si necopt pe interior. Gatiti-le pana se evapora lichidul si incep sa se caramelizeze usor &#8212; veti vedea cum prind o culoare aurie si tigaia ramane uscata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lasati umplutura sa se raceasca complet.<\/strong> Daca o intindeti calda, topeste foietajul si acesta nu mai creste frumos la cuptor. Asteptati pana ajunge la temperatura camerei.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Folositi un cutit ascutit si miscari de ferastrau.<\/strong> Un cutit bont striveste ruloul si scoate umplutura afara. Ambele se topesc frumos in umplutura.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verdeturile:<\/strong> daca nu aveti spanac, merge la fel de bine o mana de rucola adaugata la final sau ceva patrunjel proaspat tocat pentru prospetime.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aromele:<\/strong> oregano si rozmarin dau nota mediteraneana, dar puteti incerca si cimbru sau un praf de boia afumata pentru o aroma diferita.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pateurile cu ciuperci se pastreaza foarte bine 2-3 zile la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis. Sunt bune si reci, dar daca le preferati crocante, incalziti-le cateva minute la cuptor sau in airfryer, nu la microunde, fiindca acolo foietajul se inmoaie. Pentru pregatit din timp, puteti gati umplutura cu o zi inainte si o tineti la frigider, iar in ziua petrecerii nu mai aveti decat sa asamblati, sa taiati si sa coaceti. Ruloul format si neasezat la copt poate fi tinut si la congelator; coaceti-l direct congelat, adaugand cateva minute in plus la timpul de coacere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca va plac gustarile cu ciuperci, mai aruncati un ochi si pe <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-ciuperci-canepa\/\">chiftelutele de ciuperci cu canepa<\/a> sau pe <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/drob-vegetarian-cu-linte-ciuperci\/\">drobul vegetarian cu linte si ciuperci<\/a>, doua retete care merg de minune pe o masa cu invitati. Iar daca tineti o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegana\/\">dieta vegana<\/a>, gasiti pe blog si alte idei de aperitive pe care le poate manca oricine.
