Raspunsul este aceasta tarta cu ciuperci! Iata cum puteti sa o preparati pentru o gustare sau un mic-dejun perfect!&nbsp;<\/em><\/p><p>Astazi vom vorbi despre tartele sarate! Cand ma gandesc ca ceva considerat in general desert poate servi drept masa principala mi se pare uimitor. Tartele, in sinea lor, au o poveste mai complicata, nu au fost considerate dintotdeauna un desert. La inceput ele erau mesele principale gatite in vechile bucatarii din Anglia. Traditia placintelor sarate a continuat insa, si ce bine ca s-a intamplat asa! Exista loc pe lumea asta pentru orice fel de placinta &#8211; cu carne, cu gem, pufoasa sau consistenta, ele pot fi cum vrei tu!<\/p><p>Astazi nu o sa va arat cum sa faceti o tarta foarte satioasa sau complicata. Astazi o sa facem o tarta vegana cu umplutura de ciuperci, care va iesi pufoasa, usoara si extrem de gustoasa! Nu cred, insa, ca in reteta de azi incerc sa inlocuiesc ceva cu ciupercile, pentru ca ele pot fi foarte gustoase ca ingredient principal!<\/p><p>S-ar putea sa va intrebati ce fel de ciuperci se potrivesc cel mai bine la aceasta reteta. Eu una cred ca cel mai bine se potriveste un amestec de mai multe soiuri de ciuperci. De exemplu cremini, shiitake si pleurotus se potrivesc de minune impreuna. Sigur, asta nu ar trebui sa te opreasca din a folosi ciupercile tale preferate. Daca folositi ceapa, puneti-o mai intai in tigaie, dupa care puneti si ciupercile sotati cele doua ingrediente impreuna. Apoi vom adauga tot felul de ierburi si mirodenii, fiecare avand locul si scopul lui in reteta. Lasa-le pe toate pe foc mic, timp in care vei putea pregati aluatul.<\/p><p>Poti folosi foi de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/foietaj\/\">aluat<\/a><\/strong> cumparate din magazin pentru acest pas, in caz ca vrei sa termini mai repede sau nu ai prea mult timp sa gatesti. Si eu am ales sa fac la fel, desi pregatitul aluatului de casa este o indeletnicire utila in bucatarie care te va ajuta si in alte situatii. Daca vi se pare prea simpla reteta pana acum, sunt cateva lucruri pe care le puteti adauga pentru a imbunatati gustul tartei vegane de ciuperci.<\/p><p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/branza-mozzarella-vegana\/\">Branza de caju<\/a><\/strong>, facuta cu mirodenii si adaugata peste aluatul de placinta inainte de a-l baga la cuptor poate oferi un gust minunat tartei. Sau chiar felii de zucchini, cum am facut eu in reteta de astazi! Acestea vor completa aroma mancarii perfect! Va asigur ca tuturor le va placea tarta cu ciuperci &#8211; si daca vreti sa o si decorati frumos, iata o sugestie: puteti folosi <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/rosii\/\">rosii<\/a><\/strong> cherry si frunze de cimbru proaspat. Pana si cel mai inflacarat iubitor de carne o sa o aprecieze in adevaratul sens al cuvantului! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Fiind vegana si facuta cu ingrediente naturale, va recomand sa le oferiti cateva felii de tarta cu ciuperci chiar si copiilor! Tarta este sanatoasa si nu are foarte multe grasimi. In plus, daca pastrati tarta la frigider o zi, ingredientele se vor imbina de minune si tarta va capata un gust muuult mai bun.
