Este cremoasa, simpla, consistenta si, mai presus de toate, este foarte sanatoasa!<\/em><\/p><p>Ce poate fi mai bun decat o placinta calda, proaspata? Daca vrei sa faci o placinta sarata, gustoasa in loc de una dulce, ai o groaza de retete si solutii! Chiar daca urmezi o dieta <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegetariana\/\">vegetariana<\/a><\/strong> sau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegana\/\">vegana<\/a><\/strong>, exista multe optiuni din care sa alegi cand vrei sa faci o placinta sarata.<\/p><p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/ciuperci\/\">Ciupercile<\/a><\/strong> sunt un ingredient favorit pentru multi care vor sa urmeze o dieta fara carne, si nu doar pentru ca pot inlocui cu succes carnea in multe retete, dar pentru ca sunt absolut delicioase atunci cand sunt gatite cum trebuie! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Astazi vom face o placinta cremoasa cu ciuperci, perfecta pentru cei ce tin post sau urmeaza o dieta vegana, dar asta nu inseamna ca cei carora le place carnea nu se vor putea bucura de aceasta placinta \u2013 ba chiar dimpotriva! Primul pas este calirea cepei si a usturoiului intr-o tigaie cu ulei de masline (sau cu unt vegan, in functie de preferinte). Adauga <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/usturoi-ro\/\">usturoi<\/a><\/strong> cu masura in amestecul din tigaie, este foarte usor sa cedezi tentatiei si sa pui prea mult! Usturoiul, din punctul meu de vedere, face ca totul sa fie mult mai bun in foarte multe retete, dar mai ales in aceasta combinatie pentru placinta cu ciuperci!<\/p><p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sosuri-pentru-stir-fry\/\">Sosul<\/a><\/strong> cremos are un rol extrem de important in crearea texturii cremoase si a gustului acestei retete de placinta cu ciuperci! Pentru varianta vegana am folosit unt vegan, faina si lapte de cocos impreuna cu o combinatie minunata de mirodenii si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/ierburi-aromatice\/\">ierburi<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p>Probabil va intrebati ce fel de ciuperci ar trebui sa folositi la placinta aceasta. Eu personal prefer sa folosesc un amestec, de exemplu ciuperci cremini sau ciuperci de unt, ambele mergand de minune la placinte. Ciupercile shiitake pot merge bine cu ambele soiuri pe care le-am mentionat inainte, dar nu va recomand sa adaugati prea multe soiuri in aceasta combinatie pentru ca placinta ar putea iesi foarte grasa. In schimb, noi vrem sa ne iasa o placinta usoara, delicata, dar in acelasi timp cremoasa si satioasa.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Dupa ce ati terminat amestecul de ciuperci si coacerea in cuptor, este timpul sa o servim! \ud83d\ude42 Placinta cu ciuperci cremoasa se potriveste de minune la multe ocazii speciale. De exemplu, merge pe masa de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegetariene-de-craciun\/\">Craciun<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 va fi un deliciu pentru orice vegetarian \u2013 dar si la alte sarbatori si ocazii speciale.<\/p><p>Sunt absolut sigura ca va fi apreciata de intreaga familie! Chiar si cel mai mare iubitor de carne de la masa o sa aprecieze consistenta acestei placinte cu ciuperci, si va mai\u00a0 cere o portie la final. Pun pariu ca vor aprecia! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Sper sa va placa placinta aceasta cremoasa cu ciuperci!
