Aroma lor nu poate fi confundata, insa e subtila si proaspata, fresh. Asadar, daca pentru tine desertul trebuie sa fie extrem de dulce si de puternic (precum un tort cu muuulta <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/ciocolata\/\"><strong>ciocolata<\/strong><\/a>), e posibil ca prajiturile cu lamaie sa nu-ti satisfaca pofta.<\/p><p>Ele trebuiesc savurate pe indelete, direct din frigider. Cea mai veche mentiune a prajiturii cu lamaie dateaza din 1962, aparand intr-o editie a <em>Chicago Daily Tribune.<\/em><\/p><p>Prajiturile cu lamaie apar pana si in indragita carte pentru copii, <em>Mary Poppins<\/em>, scrisa de autoarea P.L. Travers. Dadaca ciudata si pretentioasa nu iubea aproape nimic mai mult decat acest tip de desert. Blatul minunat de tip shortbread, care efectiv ti se topeste in gura, le indeparteaza foarte tare de tot ce inseamna o reteta vegana, deoarece contine mult unt si multe oua. Aroma este surprinzator de similara cu preparatul original! De asemenea, poti adauga putin suc de lamaie sau chiar coaja in acest aluat pentru a obtine un gust si mai intens.<\/p><p>La capitolul crema, metoda traditionala cere sa folosim si mai multe oua. De fapt, acesta e felul traditional in care se obtine textura groasa si cremoasa. Pentru rezultate similare, putem folosi diverse ingrediente precum crema de cocos. Nici nu dureaza asa mult sa o faci! In timp ce blatul se gateste gol in cuptor, poti prepara crema, ceea ce face prajitura cu lamaie minunata pentru zilele alea de vara in care ai chef sa prepari ceva special dar nu vrei sa-ti petreci toata ziua in bucatarie.<\/p><p>Puncte bonus: citricele sunt super sanatoase. Chiar si folosite intr-un desert. Se crede ca lamaile au proprietati benefice pentru starea ta de spirit, avand efecte revigorante, energizante. Poti sa te convingi singur dupa ce incerci desertul acesta &#8211; e ca o gura de aer proaspat! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Sa nu mai pomenesc de faptul ca nu trebuie sa irosesti nicio parte din lamai. Inainte sa storci lamaile, da-le pe razatoare si salveaza coaja. Depoziteaz-o intr-un borcan sau orice alt recipient de sticla si bag-o in congelator. O sa tina aproximativ jumatate de an si o poti folosi chiar in orice, de la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/paste\/\"><strong>paste<\/strong><\/a> si paine pana la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/torturi\/\"><strong>torturi<\/strong><\/a> si alte deserturi. Coaja de lamaie aduce un plus urias de aroma si de prospetime si ofera culoare farfuriei tale. Stiu, stiu, e tortura pura! Dar crede-ma, e singura modalitate de a savura prajitura exact asa cum trebuie. In frigider se va forma textura perfecta de crema &#8211; groasa, cremoasa, un pic lipicioasa.<\/p><p>Iar apoi tot ce trebuie sa faci e sa tai totul in cubulete folosindu-te de un cutit pus in apa fierbinte. Pudreaza-le cu zahar inainte de a le manca si ai obtinut perfectiunea intr-o farfurie! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Concluzia?
