Hash browns au inceput sa apara in meniuri inca din anii 1890, popularitatea lor crescand rapid. In ziua de azi, acestia sunt o mancare de baza pentru micul-dejun din <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-americana\/\">Statele Unite ale Americii<\/a><\/strong> sau Regatul Unit. Cartofii hash brown au origini americane, dar sunt foarte similari cu alte retete internationale pe baza de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/empanadas-placinte-spaniole\/\">cartofi,<\/a><\/strong> precum <em>r\u00f6sti <\/em>elvetian, <em>latkes <\/em>evreiesti (un fel de clatite de cartofi), sau <em>tortilla de papas <\/em>atat de iubita in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-spaniola\/\">Spania<\/a><\/strong>. Numele specific de <em>hash browns <\/em>a luat nastere in Statele Unite ale Americii si a fost mentionat pentru prima data in 1888, de catre autoarea culinara Maria Parloa.<\/p><p>Cartofii pot fi modelati intr-o clatita sau chifteluta si prajiti ca atare. Sunt deliciosi in orice forma!<\/p><p>Felul in care ii taiati va rezulta intr-un fel de mancare mai mult sau mai putin crocant. Cum? Omitand pur si simplu ouale! Cartofii se vor gati perfect in continuare, capatand o minunata culoare aurie si o textura crocanta absolut delicioasa. Sa nu mai pomenim de faptul ca ai nevoie doar de trei ingrediente de baza: cartofi, ulei si sare.<\/p><p>Hash browns sunt, asadar, cea mai buna masa pentru atunci cand ai gatit prea multi cartofi pentru cina si nu stii ce sa faci cu ei. Nu-i nimic, vor deveni astfel mic-dejunul perfect! Super convenabil, nu?<\/p><p>Daca ai chef de ceva mai complex putin, poti experimenta si cu alte condimente precum piper, chimen sau praf de usturoi. Poti adauga si alte legume tocate in amestec, o alegere delicioasa fiind ceapa, care va adauga un plus extraordinar de aroma. Daca iti place mancarea cu multa branza, poti adauga branza vegana rasa sau drojdie inactiva. Iar daca ti-e chiar lene sa razi cartofii, poti folosi un blender!<\/p><p>Daca preferi hash browns cu un agent de legare, poti amesteca faina de seminte de in cu apa. Astfel vei obtine un fel de gel asemanator in textura cu oul. Chiar daca nu are acelasi gust, face exact aceeasi treaba. Avantajul folosirii unui astfel de \u201cou vegan\u201d este ca iti va fi un pic mai simplu sa formezi chiftelutele din cartofi si isi vor pastra forma un pic mai bine. Dar eu am ales varianta simpla pentru reteta de astazi! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Din punct de vedere al sanatatii, cu totii suntem familiari cu reputatia proasta a cartofului, pe care eu sunt convinsa ca nu o merita. Problema apare atunci cand cartofii sunt inecati in ulei, acoperiti de bacon si alte alimente nesanatoase, cu un continut caloric foarte ridicat.<\/p><p>Hash browns pot fi destul de sanatosi daca sunt gatiti corespunzator. Trebuie doar sa folosesti o grasime vegetala de buna calitate, precum uleiul de masline extravirgin sau uleiul de cocos. Sau poti pur si simplu sa iti umpli farfuria cu hash browns si sa adaugi o tona de legume, branza vegana si un sos cremos pentru a obtine un fel de mancare consistent si delicios. Desi sunt asociati cel mai adesea cu micul-dejun, nu trebuie sa te limitezi la asta.
