Imi place cat de mult difera mancarurile unor culturi diferite chiar si atunci cand au acces la aceleasi ingrediente. Si mi se pare interesant si sa vad cum legumele si alte ingrediente care cresc intr-o anumita regiune influenteaza foarte mult gastronomia. De exemplu, daca noi vesticii pur si simplu fierbem orezul si-l mancam cu legume, japonezii, de exemplu, fac onigiri &#8211; galuste de orez cu diverse umpluturi.<\/p><p>Bucataria chinezeasca este strans legata de modul in care este servita \u2013 cu betisoarele. Si mai ales daca alegi sa calatoresti acolo, nu prea ai de ales. De fapt, acesta este si unul din aspectele mele preferate la bucataria lor &#8211; prezentarea! O masa festiva chinezeasca este un deliciu vizual, nu numai culinar.<\/p><p>Se servesc atatea mancaruri in acelasi timp, iar amestecul de culori si arome iti lasa gura apa. S-ar putea sa dureze pana nimeresti exact timpul de prajite potrivit pentru gustul tau, dar acesta nu ar trebui sa dureze mai mult de cateva minute.<\/p><p>Iar cand vei invata sa faci reteta cum trebuie, parca n-o sa-ti mai vina sa comanzi mancare chinezeasca!
