Se prepara in aproximativ 20 de minute si poate fi facuta complet fara gluten daca alegi paste potrivite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cand te plimbi prin centrul istoric al oricarui oras, nu dureaza mult pana iti dai seama care sunt cele mai populare mancaruri din zona, mai ales daca te iei dupa anunturile colorate pe care le afiseaza restaurantele. Anunturi precum &#8220;cea mai buna pizza&#8221; sau &#8220;avem cappuccino si espresso&#8221; iti spun ca <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-italiana\/\">bucataria italiana<\/a><\/strong> a pus stapanire pe intreaga lume, si pe buna dreptate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pastele carbonara sunt mereu o idee buna, fie ca esti la restaurant, fie ca gatesti acasa. Mi-am dorit o varianta de post care sa pastreze cremozitatea si gustul afumat, dar fara oua, smantana sau bacon, asa ca am ajuns la combinatia de iaurt de soia, drojdie inactiva si tofu afumat. Daca vrei o reteta fara gluten, foloseste paste fara gluten potrivite si urmeaza timpul de fierbere de pe ambalaj, pentru ca pastele fara gluten se inmoaie mai repede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Iaurt de soia<\/strong> &#8212; baza sosului cremos sunt 180 g de iaurt de soia simplu, fara aroma. Alege un iaurt natur, fara indulcitori si fara arome, ca sosul sa iasa cremos si neutru, nu dulce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fulgi de drojdie inactiva<\/strong> &#8212; cele 4 linguri de drojdie inactiva dau sosului gustul savuros, usor de branza, specific carbonarei. Sunt si ingredientul care ingroasa sosul cand il aduci la fierbere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Boia afumata<\/strong> &#8212; doar 1\/3 de lingurita de boia afumata aduce nota afumata care imita gustul de bacon. E un condiment intens, asa ca pune putin si gusta inainte sa adaugi mai mult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tofu afumat<\/strong> &#8212; 125 g de tofu afumat taiat feliute devin baconul vegan al retetei. Il prajesti in ulei de masline pana se rumeneste si devine crocant la margini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ulei de masline<\/strong> &#8212; o lingura de ulei de masline e suficienta ca sa prajesti tofu afumat pana devine crocant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Patrunjel<\/strong> &#8212; 3 linguri de patrunjel proaspat taiat marunt se presara peste paste la final, pentru prospetime si culoare.
