Reteta de mai jos iti arata cum sa faci acasa un Buddha bowl complet vegan, cu hrisca inmuiata, tofu afumat, legume crocante si un dressing de caju, fara sa stai ore intregi in bucatarie. Formula clasica de fel principal plus garnitura plus salata pare uneori limitata, fiindca rar reusesti sa acoperi toate grupele de alimente intr-o singura farfurie. Buddha bowl-ul rezolva exact problema asta: pui putin din fiecare categorie intr-un castron si obtii o masa diversificata, fara sa exagerezi cu portiile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Buddha Bowls sunt foarte intalnite in cultura <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegana\/\">veganismului<\/a><\/strong>, mai ales in cercurile de bloggeri culinari. Mancarea servita in castron nu e nimic nou, multe culturi prefera de mult sa serveasca pranzul amestecat intr-un singur bol, insa Buddha Bowls au dus ideea asta in secolul XXI cu accent pe culoare, echilibru si ingrediente vegetale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce pui intr-un Buddha bowl: cele trei straturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un Buddha bowl reusit se construieste pe trei niveluri simple. Daca tii minte structura asta, poti improviza la nesfarsit cu ce ai prin frigider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Baza de cereale<\/strong> &#8212; in reteta asta folosesc hrisca inmuiata, care ramane usoara si proaspata fiindca nu o fierbem. Ea da satietatea si fibrele.<\/li><li><strong>Legumele si verdeturile<\/strong> &#8212; ridiche, muguri de soia, rosii cherry, ardei capia, germeni de ridiche, frunze de sfecla si un mix de salata. Inmuierea o face mai usor digerabila si o inmoaie suficient cat sa o poti manca fara fierbere, cu o textura usor crocanta. Cand o scoti, clateste-o bine sub jet de apa rece pana cand apa devine limpede, ca sa scapi de stratul lipicios care apare la inmuiere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tofu afumat aduce gust si proteina fara sa mai fie nevoie sa il condimentezi mult. Daca ai doar tofu simplu, scurge-l bine si taie-l cubulete; poti sa il lasi crud sau sa il rumenesti putin in tigaie pentru o textura mai ferma. Caju se inmoaie tot peste noapte, exact ca hrisca, fiindca asa se macina pana la o crema fina in robotul de bucatarie. Fulgii de drojdie inactiva sunt cei care dau sosului acea nota usor branzoasa, fara niciun produs de origine animala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum prepari pas cu pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta are doar cativa pasi, iar partea grea o face inmuierea de peste noapte, nu tu. A doua zi totul se asambleaza in cateva minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pune hrisca intr-un bol, acopera-o cu doua cani de apa filtrata si las-o la inmuiat peste noapte. Inmoaie separat si cajul, tot peste noapte.<\/li><li>Pentru dressing, adauga in robotul de bucatarie cajul scurs, fulgii de drojdie inactiva, mustarul, usturoiul, sarea si piperul. E mult mai usor sa subtiezi un sos prea gros decat sa repari unul devenit prea apos.<\/li><li><strong>Taie legumele in marimi asemanatoare<\/strong> &#8212; cuburi si felii cat de cat egale fac castronul sa arate ordonat si sunt mai usor de luat cu furculita.<\/li><li><strong>Aranjeaza in sectiuni, nu amestecat<\/strong> &#8212; pune fiecare ingredient in gramajoara lui peste hrisca. Asa pastrezi efectul de curcubeu si fiecare textura ramane distincta pana cand torni sosul.<\/li><li><strong>Guste si potriveste de sare la final<\/strong> &#8212; tofu afumat si fulgii de drojdie aduc deja sare si savoare, asa ca pune sarea treptat ca sa nu sareze prea tare.<\/li><li><strong>Clateste bine hrisca<\/strong> &#8212; daca o lasi nespalata dupa inmuiere, ramane lipicioasa si grea. Clatirea pana la apa limpede face toata diferenta de textura.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Variatii si combinatii care merg de minune<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frumusetea unui Buddha bowl e ca structura ramane aceeasi, dar continutul il schimbi dupa pofta si sezon. Daca vrei sa explorezi si alte castroane in acelasi spirit, incearca un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/poke-bowl-de-post\/\">poke bowl de post<\/a> sau un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/taco-bowl-vegetarian\/\">taco bowl vegetarian<\/a> pentru zilele in care vrei alte arome. Iar daca ramai fara idei de sos, ai si alte optiuni in ghidul de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dressing-pentru-salata\/\">dressing pentru salata<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Schimba baza<\/strong> &#8212; daca nu ai hrisca, poti folosi alta cereala drept pat pentru toppinguri, pastrand restul retetei la fel.<\/li><li><strong>Adauga un humus alaturi<\/strong> &#8212; o lingura de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cum-sa-faci-humus-de-la-0\/\">humus facut de la zero<\/a> langa legume face castronul si mai consistent.<\/li><li><strong>Joaca-te cu verdeturile<\/strong> &#8212; orice frunza pe care o ai prin frigider, de la spanac la rucola, se potriveste in locul mixului de salata.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pastrare, pregatire din timp si gust final<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Buddha bowl-ul e cel mai bun proaspat asamblat, ca sa pastrezi legumele crocante. Daca vrei sa il pregatesti din timp, tine componentele separat: hrisca clatita intr-un recipient, legumele taiate in altul si sosul de caju intr-un borcanas. Asa toppingurile nu se inmoaie, iar tu doar asamblezi farfuria cand iti e foame. Sosul de caju se pastreaza bine la frigider doua-trei zile intr-un recipient inchis si se poate ingrosa, asa ca subtiaza-l cu putina apa sau supa inainte de servire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asta e tot: o masa colorata, satioasa si complet vegana, pe care o faci cu efort minim daca te-ai gandit din seara dinainte sa pui hrisca si cajul la inmuiat.
