Mancarea servita in castron nu e nimic nou, mai ales ca sunt multe culturi de oameni care prefera sa serveasca mancarea de pranz amestecata toata intr-un castron, insa Buddha Bowls par sa fi dus ideea asta in secolul al XXI-lea.<\/p><p>Exista nenumarate retete de Buddha Bowl pe internet (pe <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/GourmandelleLifestyleBlog\/\">Facebook<\/a><\/strong> si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/gourmandelleblog\/\">Instagram<\/a><\/strong>, mai ales) pentru ca tot ce iti trebuie ca sa faci un Buddha Bowl este sa adaugi cateva ingrediente care iti plac, gatite asa cum iti plac si sa le amesteci intr-un castron. Ingredientele pot fi de trei feluri \u2013 o baza, un amestec principal si un topping sau dressing, insa lucrurile pot varia in functie de propriile preferinte.
