Sunt varianta sanatoasa si vegana la clasicii cartofi prajiti, se fac in mai putin de 40 de minute si nu au nevoie de o baie de ulei. Va recomand din suflet reteta pentru ca merge de minune la o masa vegana in familie. Cum si cartofii prajiti merg cu (aproape) orice, acesti avocado pane complimenteaza orice mancare: burgeri vegani, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cum-sa-faci-bacon-vegan\/\">bacon vegan<\/a>, tot felul de salate si, cel mai important, sos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce ingrediente iti trebuie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lista e scurta si probabil ai deja cea mai mare parte in camara. Ai nevoie de doua avocado, pe care le tai in felii longitudinale, in forma de wedges, cam cum ai taia cartofii pentru fries. Alege avocado coapte, dar ferme la atingere: daca sunt prea moi se strivesc cand le treci prin pesmet, iar daca sunt tari nu vor fi cremoase in interior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crusta se face din 200 g de pesmet (fara gluten daca ai nevoie), condimentat cu praf de usturoi, fulgi de ardei iute, boia afumata, sare si piper. Fulgii de drojdie inactiva sunt ingredientul care da acel gust savuros, usor branzos, si merita sa nu ii sari. Fiecare bucata de avocado se inmoaie in laptele de soia, se tavaleste prin amestecul de pesmet, apoi se inmoaie din nou in lapte si se trece a doua oara prin pesmet. Repetarea creeaza un strat mai gros si mai uniform, care se rumeneste frumos la cuptor si tine mai bine bucata cremoasa de avocado in interior. Un singur strat tinde sa lase petice descoperite care nu devin crocante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De ce functioneaza coacerea in loc de prajire: la 200C, umezeala din laptele de soia se evapora, iar amidonul si condimentele din pesmet se caramelizeaza usor, formand crusta aurie fara sa fie nevoie de baie de ulei. Nu sunt o reteta care se pastreaza bine, pentru ca avocado se oxideaza si se inchide la culoare, iar crusta se inmoaie odata ce se racesc.
