Mie imi plac cu siguranta! \ud83d\ude42 Burgerii sunt un simbol onorific al <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-americana\/\">bucatariei americane<\/a><\/strong>. Ei au reprezentat eficienta culinara de-a lungul timpului, si au evoluat in multe feluri inca de la inceput. Desi avem nevoie de leguminoase in amestec pentru continutul proteic si textura asemanatoare carnii, e bine sa diversificam ingredientele din chiftea si sa mai adaugam si legume.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una din retetele mele preferate de burger vegetal este burgerul cu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/sfecla\/\">sfecla<\/a><\/strong>! In primul rand pentru ca imi place foarte mult sfecla rosie. O ador in salate, imi place combinata cu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/usturoi-ro\/\">usturoi<\/a><\/strong>, o iubesc pur si simplu intr-o multitudine de combinatii! Din cauza asta imi place sa inlocuiesc carnea rosie cu sfecla &#8211; nu numai pentru ca astfel pot prepara ceva cruelty-free, dar si pentru beneficiile medicale. Astfel, cand se va gati, aromele mirodeniilor vor intra in burger mult mai intens, lasand caldura sa faca toata treaba.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pe langa chifteaua burgerului (si poate si niste <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/branza-mozzarella-vegana\/\">cascaval vegan<\/a><\/strong>), ingredientele sunt cam aceleasi ca la o reteta de burger normal. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/rosii\/\">Rosiile<\/a><\/strong>, ceapa si castravetii murati vor completa ansamblul delicios. Ca veni vorba de castraveti, eu una as recomanda sa folosesti mai putini sau chiar deloc, deoarece sfecla deja aduce un aport de dulce-acrisor in burger.
