Le calesti compozitia, o legi cu cartof, formezi chiftelutele si le prajesti pana devin aurii. Sunt usor de facut vegane si perfecte si pentru zilele de post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cei care imi urmaresc blogul in mod constant stiu cat de mult imi place sa pregatesc mici gustari vegane. Cred ca cel mai bun aspect al bucatariei vegane e ca poti face atatea lucruri diferite din aceleasi ingrediente, de fiecare data. Stilul asta de gatit m-a ajutat sa gandesc in afara normelor si sa creez multe dintre retetele mele preferate de azi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Din fericire, broccoli are multe utilizari in bucatarie, iar chiftelutele astea sunt una dintre retetele mele preferate din ultimul timp. Asa cum spuneam mereu, va recomand sa adaugati la compozitie si branza voastra preferata. Eu obisnuiesc sa adaug uneori si putin tofu, insa puteti folosi si gorgonzola sau orice alt fel de branza va place. Alege buchetele de un verde intens, ferme si cu florile stranse; daca varfurile incep sa ingalbeneasca sau buchetelele sunt moi, broccoli e trecut si va avea un gust mai amarui. Il maruntesti la robot doar pana se face firimituri, nu pasta &#8212; vrei sa pastreze putina textura ca sa simti broccoli in chiftelute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cartofii fierti<\/strong> sunt liantul natural al retetei, asa ca nu ai nevoie de ou sau faina. Foloseste un soi fainos, mai amidonos, fierbe-i bine si lasa-i sa se racoreasca putin inainte de a-i felia in compozitie &#8212; amidonul cald leaga totul si tine chiftelutele intregi la prajit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa si usturoiul<\/strong> aduc baza de aroma. Le calesti primele, in ulei, pana se inmoaie si devin translucide, nu rumenite tare &#8212; asa scoti dulceata din ceapa fara ca usturoiul sa devina amar. E pasul care da gust intregii compozitii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cascavalul vegan sau de vaca<\/strong> il adaugi ras, la final, dupa ce amestecul s-a racit putin. Daca vrei reteta vegana sau de post, alege cascaval vegan; daca nu, merge orice cascaval de vaca care se topeste bine. Il pui dupa racire ca sa se incorporeze uniform si sa lege chiftelutele, nu sa se separe in tigaie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul de masline<\/strong> il folosesti atat la calit, cat si la prajit. Pentru calirea cepei e perfect; pentru prajitul final, asigura-te ca tigaia e bine incinsa inainte sa pui chiftelutele, ca sa se prinda crusta aurie rapid si sa nu absoarba ulei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Nu marunti broccoli prea mult.<\/strong> Opreste robotul inainte sa devina pasta. Daca exagerezi, compozitia se face apoasa si chiftelutele se sfarama. Vrei firimituri fine, dar care inca au textura.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lasa amestecul sa se raceasca inainte de a forma chiftelutele.<\/strong> Cele 10 minute de racire nu sunt optionale &#8212; compozitia calda e moale si se desface; pe masura ce se raceste, cartoful si cascavalul o leaga si o tin in forma.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Incinge bine tigaia inainte de prajit.<\/strong> O tigaie rece face chiftelutele sa se lipeasca si sa absoarba ulei. Stii ca e gata cand un strop de apa sfarate la contact. Cauti crusta aurie pe fiecare parte, dupa aproximativ 5 minute.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu le intoarce prea devreme.<\/strong> Lasa chiftelutele sa formeze crusta inainte sa le rastorni, altfel se rup. Pentru varianta vegana sau de post, ramai la cascaval vegan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai mult usturoi sau ierburi.<\/strong> Daca iti plac aromele mai puternice, adauga inca un catel de usturoi sau patrunjel proaspat tocat in compozitie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cu ardei iute.<\/strong> Un varf de fulgi de ardei iute sau putin chili da chiftelutelor o nota picanta placuta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coapte in loc de prajite.<\/strong> Daca vrei o varianta mai lejera, le poti coace in cuptor pe o tava cu hartie de copt, intorcandu-le la jumatatea timpului, pana se rumenesc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chiftelutele de broccoli se pastreaza foarte bine. Dupa ce s-au racit complet, le pui intr-un recipient etans si le tii la frigider 3-4 zile &#8212; sunt bune si reci, direct din frigider, pentru un pranz rapid. Le poti reincalzi cateva minute in tigaie sau in cuptor ca sa-si recapete crusta crocanta; evita microundele, care le inmoaie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compozitia se poate pregati si in avans: o faci, o tii acoperita la frigider si formezi si prajesti chiftelutele cand ai nevoie. Le poti si congela, gata prajite, pe o tava, apoi le muti intr-o punga &#8212; se reincalzesc direct din congelator. Daca iti plac gustarile de tip chifteluta, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-naut-falafel\/\">chiftelutele de naut (falafel)<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-amaranth-linte\/\">chiftelutele de amaranth si linte<\/a>. Iar daca ai ramas cu broccoli, o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-broccoli\/\">supa crema de broccoli<\/a> e o alegere excelenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
