Iata cum puteti prepara cele mai delicioase si sanatoase chiftelute cu conopida &gt;&gt;&gt;<\/em><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce preferati sa serviti la micul dejun de obicei? Mie, de exemplu, imi place sa-mi intind mult <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-picant-beiruti\/\">hummus<\/a><\/strong> pe paine, sa-mi fac o <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-rosii-coapte-cu-tofu-afumat\/\">salata de rosii<\/a> <\/strong>si sa le combin cu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/chiftelute\/\">chiftelutele vegane<\/a><\/strong> ale zilei. De ce zic &#8220;ale zilei&#8221;? Pentru ca imi place foarte mult sa fac chiftelute vegane, asa ca le prepar foarte des, dar mai niciodata nu stiu din ce le voi face in ziua respectiva. Imi plac la nebunie retetele de chiftelute vegane deoarece nu au nevoie de prea multe ingrediente sau foarte mult efort ca sa iasa bune. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu imi place sa exagerez cu condimentele in chiftelutele de genul asta, in mare parte pentru ca nu le mananc de unele singure, dar voi sunteti liberi sa adaugati cate condimente doriti! Din amestecul de conopida poti face si chiftele mai mari, dar si mai mici &#8211; deci poti experimenta in voie!<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reteta de chiftelute cu conopida este printre cele mai usoare retete vegane pe care le-am facut pana acum! Fiind asa de usoare si deloc grase, acestea se situeaza, dupa parerea mea, chiar la polul opus fata de chiftelele cu carne. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Imi placeau mult chiftelele cu branza inainte <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegana\/\">sa trec la o dieta vegana<\/a><\/strong> si mi-era teama ca o sa-mi fie tare dor de ele. Insa va spun cu mana pe inima ca diferentele sunt bune si merita explorate, chiar daca nu sunteti vegani. Deci, daca se intampla sa aveti o deficienta de oricare din cele doua, consumul de conopida este chiar recomandat &#8211; si ce mod mai usor de a face asta daca nu chiar pregatind niste chiftelute de conopida?&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Daca vreti sa condimentati chiftelele, puteti incepe cu putina sare, dupa care puteti adauga piper proaspat rasnit si la final va indemn sa le serviti cu sosul vostru preferat, fie el iute sau dulce. Gustul conopidei nu este foarte puternic, iar asta va lasa loc sa experimentati. De data asta eu am ales sa le servesc cu un sos tzatziki vegan si pot sa va spun ca se potriveste de minune! \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca va place sa gatiti pentru prietenii vostri, puteti pregati mai multe chiftelute deodata pe care sa le serviti pe un platou alaturi de alte aperitive. Cred ca toti ar trebui sa fim liberi sa alegem ce mancam, iar daca prietenii tai sunt tot vegani, cu atat mai bine! Destul de interesant este faptul ca prietenii mei care mananca si carne nu s-au plans niciodata de lipsa ei in aceste retete!<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca te afli in cautare de o gustare delicioasa si sanatoasa, retetea aceasta este perfecta chiar <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegane-pentru-copii\/\">si pentru cei mici<\/a><\/strong>! Eu am facut cateva pentru unul dintre nepotii mei si i-au placut la nebunie!<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sper ca aceasta reteta o sa va extinda orizontul in ceea ce priveste bucataria vegana, macar putin :). Mie imi place sa le arat oamenilor cat de usor poate fi gatitul vegan! Aceasta este si una din retetele mele preferate pe care le fac mai tot timpul, asa ca sper din tot sufletul sa va placa!
