Se servesc pe un pat de rucola, alaturi de sos tzatziki vegan, si sunt gata in mai putin de o ora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imi place foarte mult sa fac chiftelute vegane, asa ca le prepar foarte des, dar mai niciodata nu stiu din ce le voi face in ziua respectiva. Imi raman multe legume in frigider din care pot sa le fac, asa ca de acolo imi gasesc inspiratia. Ieri am observat ca mai aveam niste conopida in frigider si m-am gandit sa o folosesc pentru o reteta de chiftelute vegane delicioase. Imi plac la nebunie retetele de chiftelute vegane deoarece nu au nevoie de prea multe ingrediente sau foarte mult efort ca sa iasa bune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce imi place cel mai mult la reteta de chiftelute de astazi este faptul ca ele retin partial textura cremoasa a conopidei, dar si gustul ei delicios, la care se adauga aroma minunata de chiftea prajita la tigaie: crocanta, calda si gustoasa. Imi placeau mult chiftelele cu branza inainte sa trec la o dieta vegana si mi-era teama ca o sa-mi fie tare dor de ele, dar reteta asta a fost printre cele mai usoare retete vegane pe care le-am facut pana acum. Cauta o conopida cu buchetele compacte, albe sau crem, si frunze verzi si crocante &#8212; daca floretele au pete maronii sau frunzele sunt vestejite, conopida nu mai e proaspata. Dupa ce o fierbi, marunteste-o fin pana ajunge cat un bob de orez si stoarce-o foarte bine de lichid; aici se decide totul, pentru ca o conopida apoasa face chiftelutele sa se desfaca la prajit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tofu moale<\/strong> da cremozitate compozitiei si o leaga laolalta. Pentru aceasta reteta alege tofu moale sau silken, nu tofu ferm &#8212; cel ferm ar lasa bucati si nu s-ar omogeniza la fel de bine in robot. Marunteste-l inainte sa il adaugi, ca sa se incorporeze uniform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina de naut<\/strong> este liantul vegan care tine chiftelutele legate. Amestecata cu apa, formeaza o pasta care se comporta ca un ou la prajire. Daca prepari varianta vegetariana, poti inlocui faina de naut cu un ou. Faina de naut are si avantajul ca aduce proteine in plus si un gust usor de naut copt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Morcovul si ceapa<\/strong> se calesc inainte timp de aproximativ 4 minute, pana se inmoaie. Acest pas scoate apa din ele si concentreaza dulceata naturala &#8212; daca le pui crude direct in compozitie, raman aspre si lasa lichid in chiftelute. Da-i ceapei timp sa devina translucida inainte de a o lua de pe foc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fulgii de drojdie inactiva<\/strong> aduc un gust usor de branza si umami care merge minunat in compozitiile vegane. O singura lingura e suficienta ca sa simti diferenta fara sa acopere gustul conopidei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Semintele de susan si chives<\/strong> dau aroma si o textura placuta. Eu nu imi place sa exagerez cu condimentele in chiftelutele de genul asta, in mare parte pentru ca nu le mananc de unele singure, dar voi sunteti liberi sa adaugati cate condimente doriti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Stoarce conopida foarte bine.<\/strong> Dupa ce o marunteti cat un bob de orez, presati-o puternic intr-un tifon sau intr-un prosop curat ca sa eliminati cat mai mult lichid. Greseala cea mai frecventa este o compozitie prea umeda, care nu se leaga si se desface in tigaie.<\/li><li><strong>Caleste intai ceapa si morcovul.<\/strong> Cele 4 minute de calire nu sunt optionale &#8212; elimina apa si scot dulceata din legume. Stii ca sunt gata cand ceapa devine translucida si moale.<\/li><li><strong>Lasa tigaia sa se incinga bine inainte de prajit.<\/strong> Pune chiftelutele doar pe o tigaie deja incinsa cu putin ulei si nu le misca prea repede. Le poti incalzi din nou in tigaie sau la cuptor ca sa-si recapete crocanta &#8212; in microunde se inmoaie. Pentru preparare in avans, poti caleste legumele si fierbe conopida cu o zi inainte, apoi formezi si prajesti chiftelutele cand ai nevoie de ele. Compozitia formata in chiftelute se poate si congela, asezata pe o tava in strat uniform, apoi transferata intr-o punga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imi place mult sa gatesc pentru prietenii mei si de obicei le prepar mai multe feluri de chiftele vegane, cum ar fi <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-cu-quinoa-vegane-de-post\/\">chiftelute de quinoa<\/a>, de broccoli, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/hash-browns-cartofi\/\">hash browns<\/a> si altele. Daca iti plac retetele cu conopida, incearca si un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/risotto-cu-parmezan-conopida\/\">risotto cu conopida<\/a> pentru o masa completa.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
