Se prepara pe foc in cateva minute, se raceste minimum 3 ore la frigider, apoi se acopera cu un topping de zahar si sirop de cocos plus nuci pecan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mereu mi-a placut cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e pentru ca este un desert pe atat de simplu, pe atat de sofisticat &#8212; nu e genul colorat si strident, ci genul care trebuie pretuit si savurat incet. Cand am vrut o varianta de post, mi-am dat seama ca pot obtine aceeasi textura fina si groasa fara oua si fara lactate, doar cu lapte de cocos si agar agar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am ales laptele de cocos pentru ca da o aroma un pic mai puternica si o crema bogata, exact ce iti doresti la un desert de rasfat. Foloseste partea groasa, crema din conserva, nu apa de cocos. Da o aroma un pic mai puternica decat alte tipuri de lapte vegetal, exact ce iti doresti aici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Agar agar (fulgi)<\/strong> &#8212; este agentul de ingrosare vegetal care inlocuieste oul din reteta clasica. Trebuie adus la fiert ca sa se activeze, altfel crema nu se inchega. Cu el obtii consistenta ferma, dar cremoasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zahar de cocos<\/strong> &#8212; indulceste crema si apoi formeaza, impreuna cu siropul, toppingul caramelizat de deasupra. Are o aroma usor caramelizata care merge perfect cu acest desert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Extract de vanilie<\/strong> &#8212; da nota clasica de cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e. Pune cu masura, pentru ca aroma poate fi puternica in comparatie cu celelalte ingrediente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Extract de caramel<\/strong> &#8212; intareste gustul de zahar ars chiar si fara sa caramelizezi cu arzatorul. Este ingredientul care aduce acel profil de caramel in toata crema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Turmeric<\/strong> &#8212; doar un sfert de lingurita, folosit pentru culoarea aurie, galbuie, care imita nuanta cremei clasice. Se pastreaza acoperita la frigider 2-3 zile; adauga toppingul de zahar de cocos, sirop si nuci pecan abia inainte de servire, ca sa ramana crocant.
