Acestea sunt niste chiftele in stilul <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-parjoale-de-post\/\">parjoalelor<\/a><\/strong>, doar ca sunt vegane (de post) si va vor umple de voie buna. Iar in plus, acestea au si multe calitati nutritive! Quinoa este unul din cele mai des folosite ingrediente in retetele vegane. Parerea mea este ca quinoa este o alternativa foarte sanatoasa la orez (mai ales la cel alb) deoarece are mai putine calorii, un continut nutritiv mai ridicat, mai multe proteine si mai putini carbohidrati.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quinoa este delicioasa intr-o multitudine de contexte culinare. Poate ca e preferinta personala, dar mie imi place mai mult textura de quinoa decat cea a orezului. Quinoa este la limita perfecta dintre pufos si crocant, in timp ce orezul e mai mult pufos &#8211; si daca nu e, inseamna ca nu a iesit prea bine. Eu incurajez mereu oamenii sa manance mai multa quinoa, chiar daca nu sunt vegani! \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar haideti sa ne intoarcem la reteta noastra. Am tot facut retete de genul acesta in ultima vreme. Este atat de usor sa faci chiftelute vegane! Si stiti care este cea mai buna parte la ele? Poti sa le faci din aproape orice! De exemplu, sa gatesti <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/quinoa-ro\/\"><strong>quinoa<\/strong><\/a> e un pic mai complicat decat sa faci orez. Timpul cat trebuie sa stea in apa fiarta este foarte specific si nu trebuie lasata mai mult daca vrei sa obtii o textura perfecta. Dupa ce fierb quinoa, imi place sa o las sa stea la temperatura camerei cateva ore, inainte sa o adaug in alte retete. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asadar, primul pas este sa preparati amestecul cu quinoa si legumele preferate si sa-l transformati intr-o pasta omogena cu ajutorul fainii si a &#8216;oului&#8217; vegan. Probabil majoritatea persoanelor le vor face mai plate si mai lungi, sau poate o sa vreti sa le faceti mai rotunde. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aceasta este, de asemenea, o ocazie buna sa faceti niste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegane-pentru-copii\/\"><strong>gustari distractive pentru cei mici<\/strong><\/a>! In plus, imi place mult sa mananc quinoa la cina, iar chiftelutele pot fi servite intr-o multitudine de feluri si combinatii. Poate vrei sa le tai bucati si sa le pui in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salate-bogate-in-proteine\/\">salata<\/a><\/strong>? Sau sa-ti faci un sandvis rapid? Daca faci un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/aperitive-festive\/\">platou cu aperitive<\/a> pentru oaspetii tai, asigura-te ca acesta contine si cateva chiftelute de genul. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Culoarea si aroma lor exotica ii vor face pe toti curiosi. Cel mai probabil chiar si cei mai mari iubitori de carne vor incerca una si vor spune ca este delicioasa! Sincer sa va spun, eu nu am cunoscut pe nimeni caruia sa nu-i placa aceste chiftelute de quinoa pe care le-am facut, si asta e ceva ce va doresc sa vi se intample si voua! \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sper ca va vor iesi super aceste chiftele cu quinoa.
