Se intinde perfect pe paine proaspata sau se serveste alaturi de legume crocante, pentru o gustare savuroasa si satioasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am incercat de-a lungul timpului zeci de variante de crema de spanac, iar majoritatea retetelor clasice m-au lasat cu acelasi sentiment: erau prea simple, prea fara gust, iar aroma de soia era un pic prea prezenta din punctul meu de vedere. Asa ca am cautat o solutie care sa fie deopotriva rapida si plina de gust, fara compromisuri la capitolul textura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Solutia mea preferata, si cea mai rapida, este sa folosesc crema de branza vegana din comert, pe care o amestec cu un ingredient &#8220;secret&#8221;: drojdia inactiva. Acel praf auriu transforma o crema banala intr-una cu adevarat savuroasa, cu acea nota fina, usor branzoasa, care lipseste din variantele simple. Pasul de stoarcere nu este optional: spanacul congelat retine multa apa, iar daca o lasi inauntru, crema iese apoasa si fara consistenta. Stoarce-l in pumn sau intr-o sita pana nu mai picura aproape deloc. Daca preferi spanac proaspat, caleste-l usor pana se inmoaie, lasa-l sa se raceasca si stoarce-l la fel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Usturoi<\/strong> &#8211; doi catei zdrobiti dau aroma caracteristica acestei creme. Daca n-ai usturoi la indemana sau nu ai rabdarea necesara pentru a curata cativa catei, poti folosi si pudra de usturoi, dar in opinia mea, cu cat e mai proaspat cu atat e mai bine. Cauta capatani ferme, grele in mana, fara coltisori verzi care rasar din catei, pentru ca acel germene central da o nota amaruie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa<\/strong> &#8211; jumatate de ceapa taiata fin formeaza baza aromata. Taie-o cat mai marunt, ca sa se topeasca in crema si sa nu ramana bucati crocante. O caleste impreuna cu usturoiul pana devine aurie, moment in care dulceata ei naturala iese la suprafata si echilibreaza gustul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina<\/strong> &#8211; o lingura de faina are rolul de a lega crema. Practic creezi un mic rantas: faina prajita scurt in ulei absoarbe grasimea si, cand adaugi lichidele, ingroasa totul intr-o textura catifelata. Important este sa o gatesti un minut, amestecand continuu, ca sa-si piarda gustul crud, de faina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Crema de branza vegana<\/strong> &#8211; o cana de crema de branza vegana din comert este inima acestei retete si scurtatura care iti economiseste timp. Alege una neutra, simpla, fara arome adaugate, ca sa o poti condimenta dupa gust. Cele pe baza de caju sau migdale tind sa fie mai cremoase si cu o aroma de soia mai discreta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lapte de cocos full fat<\/strong> &#8211; un sfert de cana de lapte de cocos gras subtiaza crema pana la consistenta de dip si o face matasoasa. Foloseste varianta full fat din conserva, nu cea diluata pentru baut; partea grasa este cea care da cremozitate. Daca este separata in conserva, amesteca bine inainte sa masori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fulgi de drojdie inactiva<\/strong> &#8211; acesta este ingredientul &#8220;secret&#8221; care face diferenta. Doua linguri de drojdie inactiva aduc acea nota savuroasa, usor branzoasa si umami, care transforma o crema banala intr-una cu adevarat gustoasa. Cauta-o la magazinele naturiste sau la raionul vegan; este si o sursa buna de vitamine din grupul B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Stoarce spanacul foarte bine.<\/strong> Greseala numarul unu este sa lasi apa in spanac. Daca crema iese apoasa, exact aici e cauza. Stoarce-l pana cand aproape nu mai picura.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu arde usturoiul.<\/strong> Caleste usturoiul si ceapa pe foc mediu, nu mare. Le vrei aurii, nu maro; usturoiul ars devine amar si strica tot gustul cremei.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prajeste faina inainte de lichide.<\/strong> Adauga faina si gateste-o un minut, amestecand continuu, ca sa-si piarda gustul crud. Asa eviti senzatia de faina nefiarta in produsul final.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lasa crema de branza sa se topeasca complet.<\/strong> Amesteca pe foc pana cand se incorporeaza si devine omogena, inainte sa adaugi spanacul si laptele. Crema va fi putin mai usoara, dar tot cremoasa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai picant.<\/strong> Adauga un praf de fulgi de ardei iute sau putin piper proaspat macinat in plus, daca iti place crema cu un pic de caracter.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Spanac proaspat in loc de congelat.<\/strong> Foloseste spanac proaspat calit usor si stors bine; ai nevoie de o cantitate generoasa, pentru ca scade mult la gatit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crema de spanac cu usturoi se pastreaza foarte bine la frigider, intr-un recipient etans, timp de 3-4 zile. Se ingroasa putin la rece, asa ca o poti scoate cu cateva minute inainte de servire sau o poti incalzi usor pe foc mic, amestecand, pana redevine cremoasa. Se preteaza si la preparare in avans: o poti face cu o zi inainte de o masa cu musafiri si pastra la rece pana cand ai nevoie de ea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei sa o servesti calda, ca sos cremos pentru paste, este o idee delicioasa; pentru inspiratie, vezi reteta de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/spaghete-cu-sos-cremos-usturoi-copt\/\">spaghete cu sos cremos de usturoi copt<\/a>.
