Sunt vegane, delicioase si sanatoase!<\/em><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trezeste-te, pregateste cafeaua, toarna cerealele in castron, repeta in fiecare dimineata. Uneori poate deveni plictisitor si te inteleg! Cele mai multe astfel de cereale sunt extrem de procesate si contin o gramada de aditivi nu tocmai buni pentru corpurile noastre. Sa nu mai mentionam ingredientul lor principal: zaharul. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deci cum am putea sa scapam de ele si sa mancam, in schimb, ceva mai nutritiv? Briosele acestea cu cartofi dulci sunt o optiune minunata! \ud83d\ude42 Au o textura extrem de moale si umeda in interior, ramanand, totusi, destul de sanatoase. De fapt, acum ca ma gandesc, chiar seamana putin la gust cu morcovii\u2026 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/briose-cu-dovleac\/\">si cu dovleacul<\/a><\/strong> mai ales!<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In orice caz, ce vreau sa spun este ca acesti cartofi dulci sunt o baza excelenta pentru diverse preparate precum <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-smoothie\/\">smoothie-uri<\/a><\/strong>, briose si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-clatite-cu-banane\/\">clatite<\/a><\/strong>. Pentru a obtine efectul dorit, va sugerez sa pregatiti cartofii dulci in cuptor. Veti obtine un piure cremos si fin de culoare oranj. Aroma pe care o ofera preparatelor e minunata, iar dulceata este si ea prezenta. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar nu trebuie sa va opriti la deserturi! Aceste briose pot fi transformate intr-un mic-dejun (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/gustari-de-post-retete\/\">sau chiar gustare<\/a><\/strong>) sarata, de asemenea. Atata timp cat baza formata din mix de briose si piure de cartof dulce v-a iesit cum trebuie, puteti sa experimentati cat poftiti.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Pentru un mic-dejun sarat puteti adauga ingrediente precum spanac, ceapa si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegane-de-branza\/\">branza vegana<\/a><\/strong>. Din punctul meu de vedere, ar trebui sa constituie o parte esentiala in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegana\/\">dieta oricarui vegan<\/a><\/strong>. Ca sa nu mai spun ca sunt plini de fibre, deci foarte buni pentru digestie. Cea mai buna modalitate de a-ti incepe ziua, nu-i asa?<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si nici nu dureaza asa mult sa le prepari &#8211; as spune maaaxim o jumatate de ora. Din moment ce aceasta e o reteta vegana, va trebui doar sa folositi cateva ingrediente bine alese, pe care le veti gasi in reteta scrisa mai jos. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aceste briose cu cartof dulce sunt foarte potrivite pentru a fi pregatit din timp atunci cand aveti o zi mai libera, iar apoi le puteti pune in congelator. Se vor pastra foarte bine pentru aproximativ trei luni. Si sa nu va sperie faptul ca ar putea deveni uscate, pentru ca nu vor deveni uscate deloc! In felul asta stiu ca de fiecare data cand nu voi fi hotarata ce vreau sa mananc la micul-dejun sau ce gustare sa iau la mine, am planul B in congelator! A, si am mentionat ca sunt super de luat si pe drum, cand plecati in calatorii?&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le puteti servi dimineata cu cafea &#8211; cafeaua si briosele mi se pare ca sunt pur si simplu facute sa fie impreuna. Dar le puteti savura, de asemenea, si ca gustari intre mese, fiind minunate mai ales dupa-amiaza, cand intervine oboseala si pofta de dulce. De asemenea, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegane-pentru-copii\/\">daca aveti copii<\/a><\/strong>, sunt extraordinare pe post de gustare pentru scoala &#8211; doar asigurati-va ca le-ati dat destule la ei, pentru ca ceilalti copii vor deveni probabil gelosi &#8211; sunt atat de delicioase! \ud83d\ude42<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br> <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le puteti servi simple sau puteti adauga o glazura deasupra, desi acest ultim pas le va face puuutin mai nesanatoase. O alta sugestie ar fi sa le mancati si cu iaurt sau fructe. Picurati deasupra niste sirop de agave sau de artar si va veti alege cu un desert numai bun de potolit pofta de dulce!<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incercati-le cu urmatoarea ocazie in care aveti o jumatate de ora libera in bucatarie.
