Se prepara cu doua oua sau, in varianta vegana, cu tarate de psyllium, si sunt gata in aproximativ 20 de minute la cuptor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac cartofii dulci la fel de mult cum imi plac mie, sunt sigura ca te vei indragosti de aceste briose. Eu am inceput sa le fac atunci cand m-am saturat de aceeasi rutina de dimineata: trezeste-te, fa cafeaua, toarna cerealele in castron, repeta. La un moment dat devine plictisitor, asa ca am cautat ceva mai interesant care sa-mi tina de foame pana la pranz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cea mai simpla alegere pentru micul-dejun ramane sa deschizi o cutie de cereale din supermarket, dar cele mai multe sunt foarte procesate si pline de zahar. Ai nevoie de 150 g de piure, asa ca ii poti fierbe sau coace dinainte si pasa pana devin cremosi. Ei aduc umezeala, dulceata naturala si culoarea calda a brioselor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina<\/strong> formeaza baza aluatului, 220 g in total. Foloseste faina alba obisnuita pentru o textura pufoasa si masoar-o corect, fara sa o indesi in cana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ouale<\/strong> leaga aluatul, in cantitate de doua. Pentru varianta vegana le inlocuiesti cu 4 linguri de tarate de psyllium amestecate cu sucul de portocale rosii, ca un ou vegetal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul de cocos<\/strong> topit, 100 g, da brioselor o textura frageda si o aroma subtila. Topeste-l inainte si lasa-l sa se racoreasca putin ca sa nu coaguleze ouale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zaharul brun sau de cocos<\/strong>, 100 g, indulceste aluatul si subliniaza aromele de condimente. Zaharul de cocos ii da o nuanta usor caramelizata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Scortisoara, nucsoara si cardamomul<\/strong> sunt amestecul de condimente care defineste gustul. Le poti si congela: lasa-le sa se raceasca complet, pune-le intr-o punga de congelare si scoate-le cu o seara inainte.
