Sunt 100% vegani, satiosi si perfecti de impartit. Inca nu stiu cu exactitate ce a vrut sa spuna prin asta! \ud83d\ude42 Ei bine, aici intervine reteta mea de cartofi vegani cu toppinguri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mie imi place la nebunie sa ii mananc cu ardei jalapeno, masline, avocado, branza vegana si rosii cherry &#8212; dar tu poate o sa ai alte preferinte! Pentru cartofi pai crocanti, alege un soi cu continut mai mare de amidon, taie-i in betisoare de grosime egala si usuca-i bine cu un prosop dupa ce ii speli &#8212; apa de la suprafata e dusmanul crocantelii. Reteta cere 3 cartofi decojiti si taiati pentru cartofi pai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tofu afumat<\/strong> joaca rolul de &#8220;bacon&#8221; vegan. Se folosesc 125 g taiat marunt, condimentat cu chimion, boia afumata, ardei iute, usturoi pudra, piper, sare, sos de soia si apa. Boia afumata si chimionul sunt cele care dau acea aroma de afumatura. Daca vrei sa intelegi mai bine ideea, am o reteta dedicata de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cum-sa-faci-bacon-vegan\/\">bacon vegan<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Branza vegana rasa<\/strong> se topeste peste cartofi si ii leaga. Iti recomand un sortiment cremos, care sa se topeasca printre cartofi si sa te faca sa-ti lingi degetele. Daca preferi sa o faci de la zero, vezi <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/branza-mozzarella-vegana\/\">branza mozzarella vegana<\/a> sau alte <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegane-de-branza\/\">retete vegane de branza<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Avocado, masline negre, rosii cherry si jalapeno<\/strong> sunt toppingurile reci care se adauga la final. Avocado aduce cremozitate, maslinele si jalapeno aduc sare si picant, iar rosiile cherry dau prospetime si aciditate care taie din bogatia branzei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Maioneza vegana si sosul barbecue<\/strong> se toarna deasupra la sfarsit. Maioneza aduce cremozitate, iar sosul barbecue da o nota dulce-afumata. Daca il ingramadesti, se aburaeste in loc sa se rumeneasca.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coace cartofii la temperatura mai mare.<\/strong> Dupa tofu, ridica cuptorul la 190 C si coace cartofii circa 20 de minute, pana sunt crocanti. Daca raman, pastreaza-i la frigider intr-un recipient inchis maxim o zi. Reincalzeste cartofii la cuptor sau in air fryer ca sa redevina crocanti &#8212; la microunde se inmoaie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru meal prep, poti condimenta tofu si taia cartofii din timp, apoi sa coci totul cand vrei sa servesti.
