Este o reteta simpla, gata in mai putin de o ora, complet fara ingrediente de origine animala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am descoperit ramenul ca o introducere perfecta in bucataria japoneza si m-am indragostit imediat de cat de reconfortant poate fi un castron aburind intr-o seara racoroasa. Imi place ca bucataria japoneza se bazeaza pe preparate usoare si echilibrate, iar aceasta versiune vegana pastreaza exact acea senzatie de confort, fara carne sau bulion de oase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De fiecare data cand il gatesc, ajustez condimentele dupa gust si schimb legumele in functie de ce am prin frigider. Reteta cere 2 litri, suficient pentru cateva portii generoase. Poti folosi supa facuta in casa sau una din comert, de preferat cu un continut moderat de sare, ca sa poti ajusta tu condimentarea la final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pasta miso<\/strong> este ingredientul care da ramenului aroma umami caracteristica. Se adauga in supa impreuna cu ceapa, usturoiul si ghimbirul sotate, apoi totul se mixeaza pentru o baza fina. O lingurita este suficienta ca sa simti diferenta de gust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sosul de soia (sau tamari)<\/strong> aduce sarea si profunzimea aromatica. Se folosesc 3 linguri, plus 1-2 lingurite la prajirea tofului. Daca vrei varianta fara gluten, alege tamari in loc de sos de soia clasic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tofu<\/strong> este sursa principala de proteine din acest ramen. Se taie cubulete si se prajeste in ulei de susan cate 2 minute pe fiecare parte, pe foc mare, pentru o crusta usor crocanta la exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ciupercile<\/strong> se taie felii si se calesc in ulei de susan dupa ce scoti tofu din tigaie. Ele adauga textura si un plus de gust umami care se potriveste perfect cu baza de miso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Taiteii pentru ramen<\/strong> se fierb separat, conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj, si se lasa deoparte pana la asamblare. Sunt baza care transforma supa intr-o masa completa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ghimbirul, usturoiul si ceapa<\/strong> formeaza baza aromatica. Se taie fin si se soteaza inainte de a fi adaugate in supa, ca sa-si elibereze toata aroma. Apoi intra in blender impreuna cu supa si pasta miso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Broccoli, germenii de ridiche, coriandrul, semintele de susan si lime<\/strong> sunt finisajele care se adauga la asamblare. Daca vrei sa-l pregatesti in avans, depoziteaza componentele separat: baza de supa cu miso intr-un recipient inchis la frigider, pana la 3 zile, iar taiteii, tofu prajit si legumele separat, ca taiteii sa nu absoarba tot lichidul si sa se inmoaie. La servire, incalzeste supa, fierbe sau incalzeste taiteii si asambleaza totul proaspat in castron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Baza de supa cu miso se incalzeste pe foc mic, fara sa o lasi sa dea in clocot puternic, ca sa pastreze aroma.
