In cea mai buna varianta a sa, tahini e super cremos si are o aroma dementiala de nuci, textura sa fiind asemanatoare oricarui <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/clatite-cu-unt-de-arahide\/\">unt de arahide<\/a><\/strong> fara aditivi &#8211; exact ala pe care il vezi de fiecare data la raionul bio al supermarketului si nu il cumperi pentru ca ti se pare prea apos.<\/p><p>Prima experienta cu tahini cumparat din magazin e foarte importanta, pentru ca daca primul lucru pe care il incerci e tahini de calitate, te vei indragosti de el; in schimb, daca primul lucru pe care il incerci e tahini prost, il vei uri cu siguranta. Tahini de proasta calitate e de obicei un pic acid si foarte amar. Cand vine vorba despre retetele sarate, tahini e <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dressing-pentru-salata\/\">un dressing genial<\/a><\/strong> pentru salata si un&nbsp;<em>dip<\/em> foarte bun pentru chipsuri, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tortilla-cu-cartofi\/\">tortillas<\/a><\/strong> si alte lucruri de genul. Iar cand vine vorba despre retetele dulci, e destul de similar (si totusi intr-un fel diferit) cu untul de arahide &#8211; il puteti folosi in torturi, alaturi de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/terci-de-ovaz-porridge\/\">fulgi de ovaz<\/a>, <\/strong>in biscuiti sau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-fursecuri-de-post\/\">fursecuri<\/a><\/strong>. Si tocmai despre asta vom vorbi azi!<\/p><p>Aceste fursecuri cu tahini sunt niste gustari (sau deserturi) geniale si sunt si destul de sanatoase. Nu contin gluten sau produse de origine animala, deci pot fi savurate chiar si de cei cu sensibilitati culinare sau de catre vegani. A, si ca tot <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegana\/\">vorbim despre vegani<\/a><\/strong>: stiati ca tahini contine mai <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/proteinele-in-dieta-vegana\/\">multe proteine<\/a><\/strong> decat orice tip de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/lapte-de-ovaz\/\">lapte<\/a><\/strong> si cam toate tipurile de nuci? De asemenea, e o sursa bogata de vitamine de tip B si E, si de minerale importante precum magneziu, fier si calciu. Sunt si incredibil de versatile! \ud83d\ude42 Poate ca nu pare, dar tahini e o baza foarte versatila &#8211; merge cu o gramada de ingrediente, asemenea untului de arahide.<\/p><p>Asadar, aceste fursecuri pot fi lasate simple, doar cu tahini si niste indulcitor (puteti folosi sirop de artar sau de agave, dar si zahar normal sau de cocos) sau va puteti distra cu compozitia. Puteti folosi chiar un amestec de seminte de susan albe si negre. Rezultatele vor fi spectaculoase!<\/p><p>Alte ingrediente pe care le puteti folosi pe post de decor sunt orice tip de nuci, fructe uscate, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bacon-din-cocos\/\">fulgi de nuca de cocos<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0si chiar glazura sau ganache daca ati hotarat sa le transformati intr-un desert decadent. Ce-mi place mie uneori sa fac e sa le faramitez deasupra unui parfait sau unui castron cu fulgi de ovaz. Ofera o textura crocanta minunata. Atunci cand sunt mancate ca atare, textura e in continuare geniala. Acesta este genul de reteta pentru care nu ai nevoie de cine stie ce aptitudini culinare. Unde mai pui ca poate fi preparata intr-un singur castron? E perfecta pentru zilele alea cand ajungi acasa absolut epuizat, dar simti ca ai nevoie de ceva bun. Pentru ca &#8211; hai sa fim seriosi &#8211; atunci cand vine vorba de gatit, cea mai obositoare parte e curatatul dezastrului care ramane in bucatarie. Aici nu va fi cazul!<\/p><p>Incercati aceste fursecuri cu tahini cand aveti putin timp liber in bucatarie. Si daca le faceti, sa-mi spuneti cum v-au iesit!
