Aceasta reteta de cartofi dulci umpluti in stil marocan este pur si simplu satioasa si delicioasa!<\/em><\/p><p>Deseori obisnuiesc sa folosesc unele ingrediente mai mult decat altele cand vine vorba de retete. Imi plac mult preparatele <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/cartofi-dulci\/\">bazate pe cartofi dulci<\/a><\/strong>, si asta inca de cand am copt primul meu cartof dulce in cuptor si am descoperit cat de usor este sa inlocuiesti carnea cu ceva si mai gustos! Nu m-am mai &#8220;uitat&#8221; inapoi de atunci, iar acest tip de cartofi a devenit preferatul meu.<\/p><p>Am inceput sa experimentez si sa folosesc cartofii dulci in multe feluri &#8211; de la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cartofi-dulci-prajiti-la-cuptor\/\">cartofi dulci prajiti<\/a><\/strong> si pana la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/clatite-cu-cartofi-dulci\/\">clatite<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; de vreme ce sunt o leguma atat de versatila! Asa ca m-am gandit ca ar fi pacat sa nu-i folosesc la potentialul lor maxim. Insa, timp de multa, multa vreme, nici macar nu m-am gandit sa pregatesc reteta de astazi, pana intr-o zi cand nu aveam niciun cartof dulce in frigider! Nu as putea oare sa-i scobesc si sa-i umplu cu un amestec delicios, iar apoi sa-i bag la cuptor? Ba desigur ca pot! Si asa am descoperit reteta de astazi. Dupa ce m-am consultat si cu cateva carti de bucate vegane, am inceput sa experimentez cu cartofi dulci umpluti. Astazi vreau sa va prezint propria mea versiune a retetei! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Cartofii dulci umpluti sunt o mancare foarte buna, foarte satioasa si, nu in ultimul rand, extrem de gustoasa! Poti sa-i mananci la pranz si sa nu mai ai nevoie de altceva! Mie imi place sa gatesc un numar mai mare de cartofi dulci umpluti si sa ii impart cu prietenii, cand vin n vizita. Pana acum reteta asta a fost una din favoritele celor carora le-am dat sa incerce, iar printre ei se numarau si iubitori de carne! Surprinzator, nu? Ei bine, eu cred ca o masa buna trece poate sa intreaca preferintele personale!<\/p><p>Exista si muuulte beneficii nutritionale cand vine vorba de cartofi dulci si, desi nu ma gandesc mereu la asta, sunt constienta ca gustul lor delicios nu este singurul lor atu. Cartofii dulci sunt o <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/proteinele-in-dieta-vegana\/\">sursa binevenita de proteine<\/a><\/strong>, fibre si aminoacizi &#8211; trei elemente esentiale.<\/p><p>Proteinele sunt un subiect controversat in lumea veganismului, dupa cum bine stim. Multi oameni folosesc aspectul asta ca un contra-argument pentru <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegana\/\">o dieta vegana<\/a><\/strong>, spunand ca nu iti poti asigura cantitatea de proteine necesare mancand vegan. Nu as recomanda, insa, sa-i fortati pe cei mici sa adopte un stil de viata vegan. Insa cred ca e mai intelept sa le dati sa manance feluri de mancare sanatoase ca acesta decat sa-i duceti la restaurante fast food.<\/p><p>Si pentru cei care se ingrijoreaza ca nu-si vor putea convinge copiii sa manance sanatos, va intreb &#8211; cat de greu o fi sa convingi un copil sa manance ceva cu <em>dulce<\/em> in titlu? Lasand gluma la o parte, acest aspect face ca acesti cartofii dulci umpluti sa consituie o masa <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-mancare-de-post\/\">pentru intreaga familie<\/a><\/strong>!<\/p><p>Am gatit aceasta reteta si pentru parintii mei, care nu sunt vegani &#8211; si le-a placut la nebunie! Acesta este inca un argument in plus cand spun ca mancarea gatita in casa, cu dragoste, depaseste orice bariere!
