Nu mi-a venit sa cred cat de putin timp a durat sa le fac in raport cu cat de bune au fost. Sa nu mai mentionam faptul ca mie imi place la nebunie mancarea servita alaturi de un sos cremos, iar aceste bilute si-au facut treaba de minune multumita sosului de cocos cu tahini!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-quinoa\/\">Quinoa<\/a><\/strong> a devenit un aliment foarte popular in comunitatea culinara, mai ales in cea vegana, si cu un motiv bine intemeiat. Desi seamana atat de tare cu graul, quinoa nu este o cereala. O putem numi, mai degraba, o pseudo-cereala, fiind inrudita nu cu graul, ci <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/crema-de-spanac-cu-usturoi\/\">cu spanacul<\/a><\/strong> si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/burger-vegetal-cu-sfecla\/\">sfecla<\/a><\/strong>. Boabele sunt bogate in fibre, vitamine de tip B si, nu in ultimul rand, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/proteinele-in-dieta-vegana\/\">in proteine<\/a><\/strong>, asa se explica popularitatea sa in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegana\/\">comunitatea vegana<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele de care ai nevoie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frumusetea acestei retete sta in faptul ca folosesti ingrediente simple, pe care le combini inteligent. Iata ce rol are fiecare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Quinoa gatita<\/strong> &#8212; baza retetei si sursa principala de proteine. Fierbe-o conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj si lasa-o sa se raceasca putin inainte de a o folosi.<\/li><li><strong>Fasolea alba cannellini<\/strong> &#8212; pasata ca un piure, actioneaza ca liant natural si aduce cremozitate compozitiei, tinand bilutele legate fara ou.<\/li><li><strong>Broccoli, morcov si ardei gras<\/strong> &#8212; legumele care dau culoare, textura si prospetime. Se marunttesc fin la robot.<\/li><li><strong>Faina de orez, de naut sau normala<\/strong> &#8212; doar 2 linguri, ca sa absoarba excesul de umezeala si sa ajute compozitia sa se lege.<\/li><li><strong>Condimente<\/strong> &#8212; pudra de usturoi, marar uscat, mix de ierburi italian, susan, sare si piper. Adaugi quinoa gatita, condimentele si faina si amesteci cu mainile, pentru ca asa simti cel mai bine cand compozitia e legata si gata de modelat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Formeaza bilutele folosind aproximativ o lingura de compozitie pentru fiecare, apoi prajeste-le intr-o tigaie mare non-aderenta, in ulei de masline incins la foc mediu spre mare. Le rotesti pana devin aurii si crocante pe toate partile. Intre timp, amesteci ingredientele pentru sos pana obtii o crema fina si le servesti alaturi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Secretul unor bilute care nu se sfarama<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cheia unor bilute care isi tin forma este echilibrul de umezeala. Fasolea pasata face legatura, iar cele 2 linguri de faina absorb surplusul de lichid, asa ca amestecul devine suficient de ferm cat sa se modeleze fara sa se lipeasca. Daca simti compozitia prea moale, mai adauga o lingura de faina si lasa-o cateva minute sa se odihneasca inainte de modelat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La prajire, ai rabdare: lasa fiecare biluta sa se rumeneasca bine pe o parte inainte sa o intorci, altfel risca sa se rupa. Tigaia trebuie sa fie bine incinsa de la inceput, ca sa se formeze rapid crusta aurie care le tine intacte. Sosul aduce aceasta reteta la un cu totul alt nivel si te ajuta sa descoperi noi arome, asa ca va recomand sa nu sariti peste el, mai ales ca este super simplu de preparat &#8212; amesteci pur si simplu toate ingredientele pentru sos pana obtii o crema omogena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puteti sa mergeti si mai departe si sa condimentati putin sosul, desi trebuie sa tineti mereu cont de compatibilitatea acestuia cu bilutele si sa folositi doar condimente pe masura. Tahini-ul da cremozitate si o nota fina de susan, iar susanul negru presarat deasupra face totul sa arate apetisant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce le servesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceste bilute sunt minunate pentru o seara de vizionat filme sau de jucat boardgames, insa cel mai tare mi se pare ca se potrivesc la un gratar &#8212; da, chiar in locul in care veganii sau cei ce tin post se simt, de obicei, lasati pe afara. Se potrivesc foarte tare cu atmosfera de gratar multumita sosului minunat si sunt sigura ca pana si iubitorii de carne le vor adora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le poti aseza pe un platou de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/aperitive-festive\/\">aperitive festive<\/a><\/strong> alaturi de alte gustari cu proteine vegetale, cum ar fi <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-naut-falafel\/\">chiftelutele de naut<\/a><\/strong> sau un <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/aperitiv-mini-falafel\/\">mini falafel<\/a><\/strong>. Le reincalzesti cel mai bine in tigaie sau la cuptor, ca sa isi recapete crusta crocanta &#8212; la microunde se inmoaie. Poti chiar sa formezi bilutele in avans si sa le tii crude la frigider cateva ore, gata de prajit fix inainte de servire, ideal cand pregatesti un platou pentru musafiri. Sosul de tahini se face si el din timp si se pastreaza separat la rece cateva zile; daca s-a ingrosat, il subtiezi cu putina apa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac retetele rapide cu quinoa, arunca o privire si peste restul <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-quinoa\/\">retetelor mele cu quinoa<\/a><\/strong> sau peste alte <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegane-rapide\/\">retete vegane rapide<\/a><\/strong> pentru zilele aglomerate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca ajungi sa le prepari, spune-mi in comentarii cum ti-au iesit bilutele si daca ai indraznit sa condimentezi si tu sosul de cocos.
