Au o textura crocanta si sunt si foarte bogate in proteine!&nbsp;<\/em><\/p><p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-quinoa\/\">Quinoa<\/a><\/strong> a devenit un aliment foarte popular in comunitatea culinara, mai ales in cea vegana &#8211; si cu un motiv bine intemeiat! Desi seamana atat de tare cu graul, quinoa nu este o cereala. Sunt bogate in fibre, vitamine de tip B si, nu in ultimul rand, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/proteinele-in-dieta-vegana\/\">in proteine<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; asa se explica, deci, popularitatea sa in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegana\/\">comunitatea vegana<\/a><\/strong>! Credeti-ma, e greu sa gasesti un videoclip de tip <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegane-rapide\/\">\u201cWhat I Eat in a Day\u201d<\/a><\/strong> (\u201cCe am mancat azi\u201d) care sa nu contina quinoa cel putin intr-un fel de mancare\u2026<\/p><p>Dar sa revenim la subiectul de azi: bilute de quinoa! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Retetele mele preferate sunt cele simple, care necesita cat mai putin timp pierdut in bucatarie. Asa ca intr-o zi fara inspiratie, m-am hotarat sa incerc aceasta reteta. Si n-aveti idee cat m-a surprins! Aceste bilute de quinoa au iesit crocante si satioase, pline de aroma. Pur si simplu nu m-am putut satura de ele! Si nu mi-a venit sa cred cat de putin timp a durat sa le fac in raport cu cat de bune au fost. Daca va plac trucurile in bucatarie, lasati quinoa la inmuiat cu o noapte inainte. Aceasta se va hidrata, urmarea fiind ca timpul de gatire se va reduce cu jumatate si veti face reteta si mai repede!<\/p><p>Ca sa faceti aceste bilute aveti nevoie de un castron si de mai multe dintre ingredientele voastre preferate. Quinoa va ramane baza amestecului, iar deasupra puteti adaugati diverse alte ingrediente. Legumele, de exemplu, sunt o parte esentiala in mixul asta, deci tocati-le bine: ardei rosii si galbeni, ceapa, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-conopida\/\">conopida<\/a><\/strong> si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-morcovi-ghimbir\/\">morcov<\/a><\/strong> sunt toate optiuni foarte bune.<\/p><p>Pe urma va trebui sa asezonati. Aici puteti folosi condimente precum sare, paprika sau pudra de usturoi. Nu va recomand sa folositi foarte multe condimente deoarece bilutele vor trebuie sa se completeze perfect cu sosul cremos de cocos, care este elementul-cheie al preparatului!<\/p><p>Iata inca o sugestie: daca sunteti <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-picante\/\">fani ai mancarii picante,<\/a><\/strong> puteti prepara un sos delicios din Sriracha amestecata cu maioneza vegana in locul sosului de cocos. Mie imi plac mai micute, deoarece arata super dragut pe un <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/aperitive-festive\/\">platou de petrecere<\/a><\/strong>, iar astfel sunt mai usor de mancat! Cele mari sunt mai potrivite pentru sandvisuri, folosite de exemplu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-naut-falafel\/\">cum ati folosi falafelul<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p>Cand le gatiti, aveti doua optiuni: sa le prajiti sau sa le coaceti. Varianta coapta ar fi aceea mai sanatoasa, deoarece nu implica nici pe departe atat de mult ulei, insa varianta in baie de ulei este aceea care va face bilutele super crocante.<\/p><p>Si acum ca am ajuns la partea asta: ce ar fi bilutele de quinoa fara un sos cum se cuvinte? Trebuie doar sa amestecati iaurtul de cocos cu tahini si putina pudra de usturoi. Sunt minunate pentru o seara de vizionat filme sau de jucat boardgames, insa cel mai tare mi se pare ca se potrivesc <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-pentru-gratar-fara-carne\/\">la un gratar<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; da, chiar in locul in care veganii sau cei ce tin post se simt, de obicei, lasati pe afara. Aceste bilute se potrivesc foarte tare cu atmosfera de gratar multumita sosului minunat si eu sunt sigura ca pana si iubitorii de carne le vor adora.<\/p><p>Pe langa asta, sunt <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/gustari-de-post-retete\/\">o gustare foarte versatila<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; le puteti folosi in mai multe feluri. Deasupra <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salate-bogate-in-proteine\/\">salatelor<\/a><\/strong> pentru un plus de nutritie si proteina, inauntrul unei lipii pentru <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/taquitos\/\">un wrap sanatos<\/a><\/strong>, si chiar <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/paste-umplute-la-cuptor\/\">deasupra pastelor<\/a><\/strong>. Puteti sa le serviti calde sau reci, sunt bune oricum!<\/p><p>Oare am reusit sa va captez atentia?
