Am ghicit, nu? \ud83d\ude42 Dar asta pentru ca se fac atatea garnituri delicioase din cartofi si exista atatea tipuri de cartofi. Prima oara am auzit de cartofi dulci cand eram mai mica si am fost total surprinsa de existenta lor! De atunci mi-au placut mereu. Cartofii dulci sunt printre preferatii mei, mai ales cand vine vorba de masa de pranz.<\/p><p>Un alt moment important din viata mea a fost atunci cand mi-am dat seama ca se pot face <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cartofi-dulci-prajiti-la-cuptor\/\">cartofi prajiti din cartofi dulci<\/a><\/strong>. Era ca si cum mi se deschisese o noua poarta de posibilitati in viata! Initial nu m-am gandit ca ai putea face asta si cu cartofii dulci.<\/p><p>Dupa care mi-a picat fisa cand am realizat ca eu foloseam cartofi dulci <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salate-bogate-in-proteine\/\">la salata<\/a><\/strong> de ani de zile, iar asta presupunea sa scobesc interiorul. Atunci mi-am dat seama ca as putea sa folosesc cojile de cartofi dulci, deoarece de regula le aruncam, chiar daca sunt complet comestibile. Sunt multe combinatii de ingrediente pe care le puteti incerca in aceasta reteta, eu am inclus in reteta doar cateva care imi plac mie in mod special.<\/p><p>Orice ati face, rezultatul final este un preparat satios, care v-ar putea tine cateva zile bune daca il pastrati la frigider. De vreme ce folosim o parte din cartof in amestec, nu o sa pierdeti nicio proteina. Mereu am crezut ca poti persevera cel mai bine in bucatarie doar daca iesi cate putin, cate putin din zona ta de confort. Si eu am avut dificultati la inceput! E nevoie doar de putina pricepere pentru a goli cartofii dulci, care sunt mai moi decat cei obisnuiti, mai ales pentru ca telul nostru este sa pastram cojile intacte.<\/p><p>Imi place sa pregatesc aceasta reteta la ocazii speciale, dar imi place sa o fac si cand vreau sa mananc repede un pranz bun, dar nu am chef sa mananc chiar o masa intreaga cu trei feluri. Sincera sa fiu, nu am vazut reteta asta in prea multe restaurante vegane. Pana la urma, cat de greu ar putea fi sa convingi niste copii sa manance orice cu <em>dulce<\/em> in titlu, nu? Oricum, mult mai bine decat sa ii duceti la restaurante fast-food!<\/p><p>Sper ca o sa va iasa suuuper delicioase aceste coji umplute!
