Este o reteta perfecta pentru pranz &#8211; rapida, gustoasa si sanatoasa!<\/em><\/p><p>Mesele formate din trei feluri sunt foarte bune, dar nu iti doresti uneori sa poti sa te bucuri de o masa simpla, de un singur fel, care sa fie suficient de satioasa cat sa nu mai ceri si a doua portie? Si eu imi doresc asta uneori. Este <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/gazpacho\/\">ca o supa<\/a> <\/strong>groasa si cremoasa, insa, de regula, contine si ingrediente solide in ea. Mie imi place sa o numesc &#8220;veriga lipsa&#8221; intre supe si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cacciatore-vegetarian-de-post\/\">tocanite<\/a><\/strong>. Nu e atat de diferit de unele <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-broccoli\/\">supe crema<\/a><\/strong> pe care le puteti gasi pe blog pana acum.<\/p><p>Procesul de gatit este, insa, un pic diferit. Chowder-ul este o masa simpla si satioasa, care iti va alunga foamea, dar fara sa te plictisesti de gustul si textura lui. Nu a fost initial conceput ca o reteta vegana, insa se pot pregati muuulte variante vegane, dintr-o mare de ingrediente. Si cea mai buna parte este ca nu e mult mai complicat sa faci chowder decat e sa faci o supa sau tocana! Reteta aceasta necesita un minim de efort si iti aduce satisfactie maxima!<\/p><p>Retetele de chowder au o istorie destul de bogata. Numele vine, aparent, din <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-frantuzeasca\/\">frantuzescul<\/a><\/strong> <em>chaudron<\/em>, care inseamna ceaun, cazan &#8211; recipientul in care, probabil, in care se gatea aceasta mancare in trecut. Era o mancare foarte apreciata in Regatul Unit si in tarile vecine, in special in orase portuare, cu deschidere la mare. Capitanul se dadea jos de pe nava, se ducea si manca un bol gustos de chowder cu scoici sau din porumb, iar apoi isi continua calatoria! Cum spuneam, reteta de chowder este o reteta simpla, la fel ca timpurile care i-au dat nastere.<\/p><p>Poti pregati reteta aceasta simpla acasa, fara prea mult efort si fara sa pierzi mult timp in bucatarie! Dar asta nu inseamna, bineinteles, ca nu poti sa faci chowder in weekend sau pentru o cina sau pranz in familie. Incepe cu sare si piper, dupa care poti adauga si mirodenii mai iuti in caz ca iti place <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-picante\/\">mancarea picanta<\/a><\/strong>. Mie imi place sa pregatesc aceasta reteta simpla de obicei, dar nu va impiedica nimic sa faceti propria varianta a acestei retete!<\/p><p>Deseori imi place sa mananc chowder alaturi de crackers sau biscuiti crocanti. Poate parea un pic neobisnuit, avand in vedere ca multe retete de chowder isi iau grosimea texturii tocmai din frimituri de biscuiti integrali. Ca de obicei, daca aveti intrebari sau comentarii, nu ezitati sa-mi scrieti!
