Se face rapid, intr-o singura cratita, si e numai bun pentru un pranz cald, consistent si gata in mai putin de 30 de minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mesele formate din trei feluri sunt foarte bune, dar nu iti doresti uneori sa poti sa te bucuri de o masa simpla, dintr-un singur fel, suficient de satioasa cat sa nu mai ceri si a doua portie? Si eu imi doresc asta uneori. Dupa care imi amintesc de aceasta reteta satioasa si suuuper gustoasa de chowder de porumb care face foamea sa dispara imediat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca nu este pentru prima oara cand intri pe Gourmandelle, probabil ti-ai dat seama deja ca imi place mult sa fac astfel de retete rapide si simple, din care pregatesti doar o portie sau doua si le si mananci repede. Asa ramane si fara gluten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Echilibru perfect intre dulce si afumat<\/strong> &#8212; porumbul dulce intalneste boiaua afumata, iar contrastul asta face supa sa nu fie niciodata plictisitoare.<\/li>\n<li><strong>O singura cratita<\/strong> &#8212; soteaza, fierbe, mixeaza o parte si gata. Vara, cand gasesti porumb dulce proaspat in piata, alege stiuleti cu frunzele inca verzi si umede si cu matasea usor lipicioasa, semn ca nu sunt batrani. Boabele trebuie sa fie pline si lucioase. In afara sezonului, porumbul congelat este o alegere foarte buna &#8212; se congeleaza chiar la varful prospetimii si ramane dulce. Pastreaza si o mana de boabe deoparte, ca sa le presari la final pentru textura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Telina (tulpini)<\/strong> &#8212; impreuna cu ceapa si morcovul formeaza baza aromatica a supei. Alege tulpini ferme, care se rup cu un pocnet, nu moi sau cu fire. Taie-le marunt si uniform, ca sa se gateasca in acelasi ritm cu restul legumelor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Morcov<\/strong> &#8212; aduce dulceata si culoare. Taiat cubulete mici, se gateste repede si se integreaza frumos in supa. Un morcov mare, ferm si cu coaja neteda da cel mai bun rezultat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa si usturoiul<\/strong> &#8212; baza oricarei supe bune. Se sotau primele, doar un minut, cat sa devina parfumate. Ai grija sa nu arda usturoiul, pentru ca devine amar si strica tot gustul supei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ardei gras<\/strong> &#8212; adauga prospetime si o nota usor dulce. Taiat marunt, se topeste in supa si echilibreaza aromele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lapte de cocos full fat<\/strong> &#8212; secretul cremozitatii. Foloseste neaparat varianta full fat, nu light: grasimea este cea care da supei textura catifelata si bogata. Scutura bine cutia inainte de a o deschide, pentru ca partea solida si cea lichida se separa. Se adauga la mixarea unei jumatati din supa, ca sa se incorporeze omogen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Boia afumata<\/strong> &#8212; ingredientul care transforma o supa de porumb obisnuita in chowder. Da acea nota afumata, usor catifelata, care contrasteaza superb cu dulceata porumbului. Adaug-o dupa ce legumele s-au sotat, ca sa isi elibereze aroma in ulei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Oregano proaspat si dafin<\/strong> &#8212; aromatizeaza supa in timpul fierberii. Le pui intregi si le scoti inainte de mixare, asa ca dau gust fara sa lase bucati. O crenguta proaspata de oregano are mult mai multa aroma decat cea uscata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Parmezan razuit (vegan sau normal)<\/strong> &#8212; adauga adancime si o nota sarata, savuroasa. Pentru o reteta complet vegana sau de post, foloseste parmezan vegan; in varianta vegetariana, parmezanul clasic merge la fel de bine. Il adaugi la final, peste supa calda, ca sa se topeasca usor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Menta proaspata<\/strong> &#8212; nota surprinzatoare care ridica intregul fel. Presarata proaspat la servire, aduce o prospetime care taie din bogatia laptelui de cocos. Asa ai si cremozitate, si textura.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu arde usturoiul.<\/strong> Cea mai frecventa greseala. Pe foc mediu, un minut e suficient cat sa devina parfumat. Daca se rumeneste prea tare, devine amar si gustul amar se simte in toata supa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adauga boiaua afumata in ulei, nu in apa.<\/strong> Condimentele uscate isi elibereaza aroma in grasime. Presar-o peste legumele sotate, lasa-o cateva secunde, abia apoi adaugi apa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stii ca e gata cand legumele sunt moi, dar inca isi tin forma.<\/strong> Dupa cele 15 minute la foc mic, morcovul si telina trebuie sa cedeze usor la furculita, fara sa se faca terci.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pastreaza porumb si crema de cocos pentru final.<\/strong> O mana de boabe presarate deasupra si un fir de crema de cocos dau supei un aspect frumos si un plus de textura la fiecare lingura.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Varianta vegana \/ de post:<\/strong> foloseste parmezan vegan si supa de legume in loc de apa simpla, pentru un plus de gust. Aroma chiar se intensifica a doua zi, dupa ce condimentele au avut timp sa se aseze. Reincalzeste-l la foc mic, amestecand des, si adauga putina apa sau supa de legume daca s-a ingrosat prea mult intre timp. Laptele de cocos se poate separa usor la frigider, dar revine la textura cremoasa daca amesteci constant in timpul reincalzirii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se poate si congela, dar tine cont ca supele pe baza de lapte de cocos pot deveni usor granulate dupa decongelare &#8212; o mixare scurta dupa reincalzire readuce cremozitatea. Pentru servire, mie imi place mult sa il mananc alaturi de crackers sau biscuiti crocanti; combinatia de biscuiti cu supa crema mi se pare facuta una pentru cealalta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac supele consistente, mai gaseste pe blog si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-de-porumb-mexicana\/\">supa de porumb mexicana<\/a> sau o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-broccoli\/\">supa crema de broccoli<\/a> cremoasa.
