Se face rapid, intr-un singur bol pentru blat, si iese pufoasa si parfumata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prajitura cu morcovi e una dintre retetele care mi s-au parut cel putin ciudate la inceput. Legume intr-un desert? As putea folosi cuvantul &#8220;reticenta&#8221; pentru a descrie ceea ce simteam cand am mancat prima oara carrot cake. Dar dupa prima gura mi s-a parut interesant, iar dupa a doua gura mi-am dat seama ca imi place la nebunie. De atunci si pana in ziua de azi a ramas unul dintre deserturile mele favorite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei sa te convingi cat de bine se ascunde morcovul, iti propun un mic experiment: da-i unui copil de 5 ani o felie de prajitura cu morcovi si intreaba-l care e ingredientul secret. Eu pun pariu ca nu-si va da seama. Rade-i fin, nu pe razatoarea cu gauri mari: fasiile subtiri se inmoaie complet la coacere si dispar in aluat, in timp ce bucatile groase raman crocante si tradeaza leguma. Daca morcovii lasa multa apa, tamponeaza-i usor cu un servet inainte sa-i adaugi, ca sa nu inmoaie aluatul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ulei de masline<\/strong> &#8212; inlocuieste untul si mentine blatul umed mult mai mult timp decat o grasime solida. Foloseste un ulei de masline cu gust bland, nu unul foarte amarui sau picant, fiindca aroma lui se simte in produsul finit. Uleiul lichid se incorporeaza usor cu zaharul, fara sa fie nevoie de mixer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lapte de migdale<\/strong> &#8212; da umiditatea de care are nevoie aluatul, fara lactate. Eu folosesc varianta neindulcita, ca sa controlez singura cat de dulce iese prajitura. Orice lapte vegetal neutru merge la fel de bine daca nu ai migdale la indemana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Curmale Medjool<\/strong> &#8212; aduc dulceata naturala si umiditate. Alege-le moi si lucioase, nu uscate si tari; daca sunt prea uscate, tine-le 10 minute in apa calda inainte sa le tai. Nu uita sa scoti samburele inainte sa le adaugi in aluat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Alune maruntite<\/strong> &#8212; dau crocant si gust prajit. O alta alternativa ar fi morcovi razuiti si alune de padure, ceea ce am folosit si eu. Daca le prajesti usor in tigaie uscata cateva minute inainte, aroma lor se intensifica vizibil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mirodeniile (scortisoara, nucsoara, ghimbir)<\/strong> &#8212; ele transforma un blat simplu intr-un carrot cake adevarat. Foloseste-le proaspat macinate daca poti, fiindca isi pierd aroma in borcan dupa cateva luni. Nucsoara rasa pe loc, dintr-o nuca intreaga, face o diferenta uriasa de parfum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Crema de branza vegana<\/strong> &#8212; eu am folosit de data aceasta crema de branza vegana pentru ca am vrut ca reteta sa fie cat se poate de rapida, dar si gustoasa. Am ales crema pe baza de cocos de la Violife. Tine-o la frigider pana in momentul in care faci glazura: cu cat e mai rece, cu atat glazura iese mai ferma si mai usor de intins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Nu amesteca prea mult aluatul.<\/strong> Adauga ingredientele uscate peste cele lichide si amesteca doar pana se incorporeaza. Daca insisti, dezvolti glutenul din faina si blatul iese cauciucat in loc de pufos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verifica coacerea dupa semne, nu doar dupa ceas.<\/strong> Prajitura e gata cand marginile devin usor aurii si o scobitoare infipta in centru iese curata. La cuptorul meu dureaza in jur de 25 de minute, dar al tau poate fi mai iute sau mai lenes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lasa blatul sa se raceasca complet inainte de glazura.<\/strong> Daca pui crema pe un blat cald, se topeste si curge. Are nevoie de rabdare: 10 minute in tava, apoi pana ajunge la temperatura camerei.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu mixa glazura mai mult decat trebuie.<\/strong> Mixeaza pe putere mica doar pana se incorporeaza si devine pufoasa. Pentru un plus de aroma, prajeste-le usor inainte.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Glazura fara crema de branza cumparata.<\/strong> Din experienta mea, cea mai buna varianta ar fi un amestec de nuci de macadamia si caju, fiindca au in mod natural un gust dulceag, iar la blender capata o textura cremoasa si fina. Pentru asta iti recomand un blender puternic, de calitate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai putin zahar.<\/strong> Curmalele Medjool aduc deja dulceata naturala, asa ca poti reduce zaharul brun din blat daca preferi un desert mai putin dulce.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cu stafide sau cocos.<\/strong> Pentru un carrot cake mai bogat, adauga o mana de stafide sau cateva linguri de cocos ras in aluat, alaturi de morcovi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prajitura cu morcovi se pastreaza foarte bine la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 3-4 zile. Pentru ca are glazura pe baza de crema de branza vegana, locul ei e la rece, nu pe blatul din bucatarie. Scoate-o cu 15-20 de minute inainte de servire, ca sa-si recapete textura moale si aroma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poti pregati blatul cu o zi inainte si sa-l tii la frigider neglasat, apoi sa adaugi crema in ziua in care servesti. Blatul singur se si congeleaza bine: invelit strans, rezista pana la o luna, iar dupa dezghetare la temperatura camerei il glasezi proaspat. Daca iti plac deserturile rapide, gasesti si alte idei in colectia mea de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/deserturi-fara-coacere\/\">deserturi fara coacere<\/a>, iar daca vrei ceva tot cu morcovi, dar in registru sarat, incearca <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-morcovi-ghimbir\/\">supa crema de morcovi cu ghimbir<\/a>. Pentru glazura cremoasa la blender ai nevoie de un aparat bun &#8212; eu folosesc <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/blender-g21-perfect-smoothie-vitality\/\">acest
