Este rapida si super delicioasa!<\/em><\/p><p>Prajitura cu morcovi e una dintre retetele care mi s-au parut cel putin ciudate la inceput. Legume? Intr-un desert? Iar dupa a doua gura, mi-am dat seama ca imi place la nebunie! Prajitura cu morcovi a ramas, de atunci si pana in ziua de azi, unul dintre <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/deserturi-fara-coacere\/\">deserturile mele favorite<\/a><\/strong>! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Asa cum se intampla cu majoritatea retetelor &#8220;iconice&#8221;, originile prajiturii cu morcovi sunt dezbatute in lung si-n lat. Poate ca suna ciudat, dar avea multe similaritati cu prajitura cunoscuta in zilele noastre: crema, oua, stafide, indulcitor, morcov ras si pesmet (in loc de faina, pentru ca frimiturile de paine erau, desigur, mai ieftine).<\/p><p>Aceste tipuri de budinca erau destul de populare in Evul Mediu, iar morcovii erau foarte des folositi in deserturi, deoarece dulceata lor naturala era mai ieftina decat zaharul sau alti indulcitori. In Marea Britanie, zaharul a fost rationalizat la 230g pe saptamana, asa ca morcovii au devenit o alternativa la acest indulcitor. Oamenii au inceput sa ii foloseasca in torturi, biscuiti si alte deserturi.<\/p><p>In ziua de azi, zaharul nu mai reprezinta o problema. Ba chiar e unul dintre cele mai ieftine ingrediente din lume! Partea mai grea este, cu siguranta, glazura.<\/p><p>Puteti face o glazura asemanatoare cu crema de branza pe baza de nuci. Din experienta mea, cea mai buna varianta ar fi un amestec de nuci de macadamia si caju, deoarece au in mod natural un gust dulceag, si atunci &nbsp;cand sunt puse la blender capata o textura cremoasa si fina.<\/p><p>Pe urma, va trebui sa adaugati niste zahar si niste suc de lamaie pentru a contrabalansa toata dulceata. Eu am folosit de data aceasta crema de branza vegana pentru ca am vrut ca reteta sa fie cat se poate de rapida, dar si gustoasa! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Acest tort a iesit pur si simplu minunat! Are o textura pufoasa si umeda, nu e nici prea putin dulce, nici foarte dulce. Si acum ca ma gandesc la asta, sa stiti ca puteti sa-l savurati fara urma de vina &#8211; e probabil cel mai sanatos desert daca nu exagerati cu zaharul! Pana la urma mancati legume. Intr-un tort! Suna extraordinar, nu-i asa?<\/p><p>Pentru un plus de textura si aroma, puteti sa adaugati nuci, caju sau alune de padure inauntrul compozitiei cu morcov. Vor contrasta foarte frumos cu textura moale a tortului. Sa nu mai vorbim despre toate beneficiile nucilor, despre care sunt convinsa ca stiti deja.<\/p><p>Morcovii sunt si ei foarte buni din punct de vedere nutritiv! De cate ori nu ati auzit un batran spunandu-va sa mancati morcovi daca vreti sa nu aveti probleme cu vederea? Un deficit de vitamina A poate avea ca urmare vederea slaba pe timpul noptii si keratomalacia.<\/p><p>Acum stiti de ce se spune ca morcovii sunt buni pentru vedere! Totusi, aveti grija &#8211; prea multa vitamina A nu e nici ea buna, ba chiar poate fi toxica. Morcovii sunt si o sursa minunata de fibre, vitamina K1, potasiu si antioxidanti. Si cand te gandesti ca poti beneficia de toate astea mancand tort\u2026 e ca un vis devenit realitate! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Odata ce ati terminat cu glazura, aceasta va contrasta minunat cu culoarea portocalie a tortului. O puteti lasa asa sau puteti merge mai departe la decorarea tortului. O solutie simpla ar fi sa presarati scortisoara deasupra glazurii &#8211; simplu si rapid! O alta alternativa ar fi morcovi razuiti si alune de padure &#8211; ceea ce am folosit si eu!<\/p><p>Prajitura cu morcovi e desertul perfect pentru orice anotimp. E minunata toamna, in ton cu toti dovlecii si frunzele colorate in galben si oranj, dar si cu atmosfera placuta care parca te imbie sa mananci ceva bun. In gradina, langa tufele de trandafiri, alaturi de un pahar de lapte rece sau iced coffee, cu o carte buna in brate\u2026 Acest carrot cake este si o modalitate minunata de a ascunde niste legume in dieta copiilor.<\/p><p>De fapt, chiar va rog sa incercati un mic experiment: dati-i unui copil de 5 ani niste prajitura cu morcovi si intrebati-i care este ingredientul secret. Eu pun pariu ca nu-si vor da seama!<\/p><p>Daca veti incerca reteta mea de prajitura cu morcovi, sa-mi spuneti cum v-a iesit!
