Se serveste pe pat de orez brun, cu seminte de susan si chives deasupra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca imi urmariti blogul, probabil ati observat lista lunga de retete vegane delicioase si apetisante pe care va invit mereu sa le incercati. Mie personal imi plac cel mai mult ingredientele de baza din retetele vegane si vegetariene, pentru ca sunt si cele mai versatile! Iar daca ma intrebati care mi se pare unul dintre cele mai versatile ingrediente vegane, probabil va voi spune ca e vorba de tofu. Le-am pregatit odata prietenilor mei si de atunci nu am mai putut sa scap: mi-au cerut reteta, mi-au cerut sa le mai fac, am primit tot felul de cereri. Inainte de a-l taia cubulete, scurge-l bine si preseaza-l intre doua prosoape de bucatarie cu o greutate deasupra pentru 15-20 de minute. Cu cat scoti mai multa apa, cu atat tofu absoarbe mai mult din marinada si se rumeneste mai frumos in loc sa fiarba in propriul lichid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sosul hoisin<\/strong> este cel care da identitatea chinezeasca a felului de mancare: e dens, dulce si usor afumat. Cauta-l la raionul asiatic sau in magazinele specializate; verifica eticheta daca tii post strict, pentru ca unele variante contin urme de produse de origine animala. Cele 70 g din reteta sunt suficiente pentru a invelui tofu fara sa-l ineci in sos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tamari sau sosul de soia<\/strong> aduce sarea si profunzimea umami. Tamari este de obicei fara gluten si are un gust ceva mai rotund decat sosul de soia clasic, asa ca daca ai nevoie de o reteta fara gluten, el este alegerea sigura. Adauga sare treptat in restul preparatului, pentru ca atat tamari, cat si hoisinul sunt deja sarate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul de susan<\/strong> nu este doar un ulei de prajit, ci un ingredient de aroma. Cel prajit (toasted sesame oil) are un parfum intens de nuca, asa ca o lingura-doua sunt suficiente pentru a parfuma tot vasul. Folosit impreuna cu untul vegan, da tofu acea crusta apetisanta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Untul vegan<\/strong> ajuta tofu sa se rumeneasca si adauga o bogatie pe care uleiul singur nu o ofera. Daca nu ai, il poti inlocui cu inca putin ulei neutru, dar untul vegan chiar face diferenta la textura crustei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Orezul brun<\/strong> este patul perfect pentru sosul lipicios: are mai multe fibre decat cel alb si o textura usor mestecata care contrabalanseaza tofu fraged. Gateste-l conform instructiunilor de pe pachet si lasa-l sa odihneasca acoperit cateva minute inainte sa-l servesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zaharul de cocos, chives, semintele de susan albe si negre si rosiile cherry<\/strong> rotunjesc preparatul: zaharul de cocos echilibreaza saraturile, semintele adauga textura crocanta si un aspect frumos, iar chives si rosiile cherry aduc prospetime si culoare in farfurie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Preseaza tofu inainte de marinare.<\/strong> Greseala cea mai des intalnita este sa pui tofu direct in marinada fara sa-l scurgi. Daca este plin de apa, nu absoarbe sosul si nu se rumeneste niciodata cum trebuie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lasa marinada sa-si faca treaba.<\/strong> Cele 30 de minute la frigider sunt minimul; daca ai timp, lasa-l peste noapte. Cu cat sta mai mult, cu atat aroma de usturoi si hoisin patrunde mai adanc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu misca tofu prea devreme in tigaie.<\/strong> Aseaza cubuletele intr-un singur strat si lasa-le linistite cateva minute pe fiecare parte. Stii ca este gata de intors cand cubuletul se desprinde singur de tigaie si are o crusta aurie; daca se lipeste, mai are nevoie de putin timp.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Foc mediu, nu prea mare.<\/strong> Sosul hoisin si zaharul de cocos contin zahar care se arde repede. Dupa gatire, pastreaza tofu si orezul in recipiente inchise la frigider 3-4 zile. Reincalzeste tofu intr-o tigaie pe foc mediu, ca sa-si recapete crusta; la microunde tinde sa se inmoaie. Orezul brun fiert se reincalzeste cel mai bine cu putina apa adaugata, ca sa nu se usuce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca ti-a placut aceasta reteta, gasesti si alte idei in colectia mea de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-tofu\/\">retete cu tofu<\/a>.
