Nimic mai gresit! Si am mai observat o dezinformare generala in ceea ce priveste multitudinea de ingrediente si mancaruri considerate vegane.<\/p><p>Am auzit destui oameni care spun ca ar trebui sa mananci frunze de salata tot timpul. Ceea ce, din nou, nu este adevarat deloc! Oamenii il folosesc cel mai des pentru a suplini branzeturile lor favorite in retete vegane. Este o reteta foarte usoara, este gata extrem de repede si necesita doar cateva ingrediente. Iar rezultatul? Gustos si aromat! Si ar mai fi ceva &#8211; daca vreti sa incercati reteta, ar fi bine sa va placa usturoiul destul de tare, caci in jurul lui se invarte intreaga reteta!<\/p><p>Puteti adauga la reteta si legume precum <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-broccoli\/\">broccoli<\/a><\/strong>, ca garnitura. Fiind o mancare asiatica, merge bine cu orez sau chiar <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-quinoa\/\">quinoa<\/a><\/strong>, daca o preferi. Incercati sa faceti astfel de cubulete cand aveti timp liber, in vacanta, sau in weekenduri &#8211; este o reteta foarte rapida!<\/p><p>Daca aveti resursele si timpul necesar, faceti o portie mai mare de cubulete de tofu cu usturoi si serviti-le chiar si la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/aperitive-festive\/\">o petrecere cu prietenii<\/a><\/strong>! Eu le-am pregatit odata prietenilor mei tofu cu usturoi si de atunci nu am mai putut sa scap &#8211; mi-au cerut reteta, mi-au cerut sa le mai fac, am primit tot felul de cereri. Stiti cum se spune, da-i unui om un peste..sau tofu, si va manca o zi. Invata un om sa faca cubulete de tofu cu usturoi, si va manca sanatos si delicios pentru tot restul vietii! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Daca sunteti deja priceputi intr-ale bucatariei vegane, puteti imbogati aceasta reteta adaugand cubuletele deja infuzate cu usturoi la diverse alte salate sau chiar <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cum-sa-faci-un-buddha-bowl\/\">Buddha bowls<\/a><\/strong>. Posibilitatile sunt nelimitate.
