Nu necesita gatit, e perfecta in canicula si se prepara excelent in avans, gata sa o scoti din frigider cand ti-e foame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sunt absolut sigura ca multi dintre voi rezonati cu ce urmeaza sa spun: atunci cand e cald afara, pofta de mancare calda dispare cu desavarsire. In perioada asta sunt mereu in cautare de retete rapide, racoritoare, care nu cer incalzire sau reincalzire, iar salata de porumb intra fix in categoria asta. O scot din frigider, o pun in bol si gata masa, fara sa stau langa aragaz pe caldura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desi puteti opta linistiti si pentru porumb congelat sau la conserva, varianta &#8220;autentica&#8221; pe care imi place cel mai mult sa o prepar trebuie neaparat sa contina porumb crud, proaspat, taiat de pe stiulete. Diferenta de gust e reala: boabele crude sunt dulci si crocante, iar salata capata alta viata. Poti folosi porumb fiert din conserva, congelat sau, varianta mea preferata, boabe crude taiate proaspat de pe stiulete. Daca iei porumb proaspat, alege stiuleti cu panuse verzi, stranse, si matase usor umeda, nu uscata si maronie: sunt semnul ca a fost cules de curand. Apasa cu unghia un bob &#8212; daca tasneste un lichid laptos, porumbul e fraged si dulce. La conserva, alege una fara zahar adaugat si scurge-o bine; la congelat, lasa-l sa se dezghete si scurge apa, ca sa nu dilueze dressingul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa rosie<\/strong> &#8212; aduce o nota picanta si culoare frumoasa. Taie-o cat mai marunt, ca sa se distribuie uniform. Daca ti se pare prea iute, tine cuburile cateva minute in apa rece sau in zeama de lamaie inainte sa le amesteci &#8212; se mai imblanzesc si raman crocante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zeama si coaja de lamaie<\/strong> &#8212; aciditatea e cea care leaga totul si ridica dulceata porumbului. Foloseste lamaie proaspat stoarsa, nu suc la sticla, diferenta de gust e mare. Rade coaja inainte sa storci lamaia si opreste-te la stratul galben: partea alba de dedesubt e amara. Coaja e cea care aduce parfumul, asa ca nu o sari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ulei de masline<\/strong> &#8212; alege un extravirgin de calitate, pentru ca aici uleiul nu e gatit si gustul lui se simte clar in salata. Un ulei bun, fructat, face dressingul rotund si catifelat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Busuioc proaspat si menta uscata<\/strong> &#8212; aceste doua ierburi dau salatii caracterul ei racoritor. Adauga frunzele de busuioc taiate fix inainte de servire, ca sa nu se innegreasca, si pastreaza cateva intregi pentru deasupra. Menta uscata se freaca usor intre degete inainte sa o pui, ca sa-si elibereze uleiurile aromatice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Coriandru macinat si piper negru<\/strong> &#8212; condimentele care dau adancime. Piperul rasnit proaspat e mult mai aromat decat cel macinat dinainte. Coriandrul macinat aduce o nota calda, usor citrica, ce se potriveste perfect cu lamaia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Amesteca intai dressingul separat, intr-un bol mic, si abia apoi toarna-l peste porumb. Asa sarea si condimentele se distribuie uniform, nu raman gramada intr-un singur loc.<\/li>\n<li>Lasa salata sa stea macar 15-20 de minute la frigider inainte de servire. E momentul in care aromele se aseaza si porumbul apuca sa absoarba dressingul &#8212; gustul se schimba vizibil in bine.<\/li>\n<li>Greseala cea mai frecventa este sa adaugi prea multa sare de la inceput. Pune jumatate, gusta dupa ce s-a asezat si ajusteaza, pentru ca aciditatea lamaii poate sa scoata in evidenta sarea deja existenta.<\/li>\n<li>Daca folosesti porumb congelat sau la conserva, scurge-l foarte bine si chiar tamponeaza-l cu un servetel. Apa in plus dilueaza dressingul si salata devine apoasa.<\/li>\n<li>Stii ca e gata cand boabele lucesc usor de la ulei si simti aroma de busuioc si lamaie cum se ridica din bol. Ba chiar e una dintre putinele salate care devin mai bune a doua zi, pentru ca aromele au timp sa se aseze. Daca o pregatesti pentru mai tarziu, adauga busuiocul proaspat doar la final, inainte de servire, ca sa ramana verde si parfumat. Inainte de a o pune pe masa, amesteca din nou, pentru ca dressingul tinde sa se adune pe fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tocmai pentru ca se prepara atat de bine in avans, e o alegere excelenta pentru <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-pentru-picnic\/\">retete pentru picnic<\/a> sau ca garnitura racoritoare la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-pentru-gratar-fara-carne\/\">retete pentru gratar fara carne<\/a>. Daca iti plac salatele usoare de sezon, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-vara-cu-rosii-cherry-coapte\/\">salata de vara cu rosii cherry coapte<\/a> &#8212; merge minunat
