Se face repede, e satioasa fara sa fie grea si e complet vegana. Eu o folosesc drept baza pentru mesele de vara pentru ca ramane pufoasa si racoroasa, nu se face pasta si absoarbe frumos dressingul. Daca vrei si alte idei cu ea, am strans mai multe <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-quinoa\/\">retete cu quinoa<\/a><\/strong> pe care le poti rasfoi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele si ce trebuie sa stii despre ele<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salata are doua parti: legumele crude si dressingul cald de ciuperci. Pentru salata folosesti quinoa fiarta, rosii cherry taiate cubulete, castraveti, ridichi taiate felii, patrunjel proaspat, ceapa verde si menta tocata. Menta si patrunjelul sunt cele care fac diferenta &#8212; dau prospetime si o nota de vara, asa ca nu le sari. Ridichile aduc acel \u201ecrocant\u201d usor iute care echilibreaza cremozitatea dressingului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dressingul se face din ciuperci calite, faina, lapte de cocos gros din conserva, sos de soia, mustar, usturoi, piper si putin ulei de masline, totul pasat la blender. Alege laptele de cocos gros (partea densa din conserva), nu bautura subtire de cocos &#8212; de la el vine textura catifelata. La dressing, caleste ciupercile pana devin aurii inainte sa adaugi faina &#8212; asa scapi de apa lor si concentrezi gustul. Faina se prajeste scurt in tigaie pentru a-si pierde gustul crud si a lega sosul; apoi opresti focul si pasezi totul la blender pana obtii un sos fin. Daca iese prea gros, subtiaza-l cu putina apa, lingura cu lingura, pana ajungi la consistenta dorita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un truc simplu: taie toate legumele cam la aceeasi dimensiune, cubulete mici, ca sa prinzi mai multe arome intr-o singura lingura. Reteta e generoasa cu improvizatia: poti inlocui ridichile cu ardei gras, poti adauga porumb dulce sau avocado, ori poti pune mai putina menta daca nu iti place foarte pronuntata. Daca vrei o salata si mai satioasa, ii poti adauga naut sau linte fiarta pentru un plus de proteine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Fara gluten din start &#8212; quinoa nu contine gluten, iar daca urmezi o <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-fara-gluten\/\">dieta fara gluten<\/a><\/strong>, verifica doar ca sosul de soia sa fie unul certificat fara gluten (tamari).<\/li><li>Vrei ceva similar, dar cu alta baza? Poti aplica acelasi dressing pe orez fiert &#8212; vezi si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-orez\/\">retetele cu orez<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li><li>Pentru mai multe proteine vegetale, arunca un ochi peste <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salate-bogate-in-proteine\/\">salatele bogate in proteine<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce se potriveste si cum o servesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salata cu quinoa este suficient de consistenta ca sa fie o masa in sine, dar merge minunat si ca parte dintr-un bufet de vara. O poti pune alaturi de o <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-vara-cu-rosii-cherry-coapte\/\">salata de vara cu rosii cherry coapte<\/a><\/strong> pentru un platou colorat, sau langa o <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-spanac\/\">salata de spanac<\/a><\/strong> proaspata. Combina-le abia inainte sa servesti, ca sa ramana totul proaspat si crocant. Dressingul se poate ingrosa la frigider &#8212; amesteca-l bine si, daca e nevoie, adauga un strop de apa ca sa redevina fin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca ai facut aceasta salata
