Se prepara dintr-un aluat simplu, fara mixer, si se coace circa 45 de minute pana cand trece testul scobitorii. Pentru mine, acesta este cel mai bun desert pe care l-am incercat in ultima vreme, fiindca e consistent, sanatos si foarte versatil in acelasi timp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Despre ingrediente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bananele foarte coapte<\/strong> sunt vedeta acestei retete si nu sunt negociabile. Cu cat sunt mai coapte, cu coaja patata de maro, cu atat amidonul s-a transformat deja in zaharuri, asa ca checul iese mai dulce si mai umed natural. Bananele verzi sau abia galbene nu au nici aroma, nici dulceata necesara, asa ca pasati patru banane bine coapte direct in vasul cu ingrediente umede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul de cocos topit<\/strong> da textura aceea fina si umeda, fara gustul greoi pe care l-ar lasa untul. Topiti-l doar cat sa devina lichid si lasati-l sa se tempereze cateva minute inainte de a-l amesteca, ca sa nu se intareasca brusc la contactul cu ingredientele reci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ouale<\/strong> leaga compozitia si ii dau structura. Pentru o varianta vegana (de post), le puteti inlocui cu patru linguri de tarate de psyllium, care, in contact cu lichidul, formeaza un gel ce tine checul legat la fel de bine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Siropul de artar<\/strong> este indulcitorul natural al retetei. Pe langa dulceata, aduce o nota caramelizata care se potriveste perfect cu bananele si condimentele calde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Scortisoara, ghimbirul si cardamonul<\/strong> sunt trio-ul care transforma un chec banal intr-unul memorabil. Ghimbirul aduce caldura, cardamonul o nota florala discreta, iar scortisoara leaga totul. Folositi condimente cat mai proaspete, fiindca cele vechi de luni de zile isi pierd aroma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Semintele de dovleac<\/strong> sunt atingerea mea preferata: aduc un element crocant placut in compozitia altfel fina si o doza bine-venita de acizi grasi Omega-3. Sunt mai dulci si mai aromate decat cele galbene si fac toata diferenta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Amestecati separat ingredientele umede de cele uscate<\/strong> si abia apoi combinati-le. Asa va asigurati ca praful de copt, bicarbonatul si condimentele se distribuie uniform, fara cocoloase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nu amestecati excesiv aluatul.<\/strong> Cea mai comuna greseala la checuri este suprasolicitarea aluatului dupa ce s-a adaugat faina, care dezvolta glutenul si lasa checul tare si cauciucat. Amestecati doar pana cand ingredientele s-au incorporat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Faceti testul scobitorii.<\/strong> Stiti ca checul e gata cand o scobitoare infipta in centru iese curata sau cu doar cateva firimituri uscate. Daca iese cu aluat lipicios, mai lasati-l cateva minute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ornati cu o jumatate de banana<\/strong> taiata pe lungime, asezata deasupra inainte de coacere.
