Bineinteles, nu recomand nimanui sa exagereze cu desertul &#8212; pericolul si dependenta data de exagerarea cu zaharul este unul real. Dar putin zahar nu strica din cand in cand!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Povestea din spatele acestui banana split<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Banana split este un desert foarte faimos in intreaga lume, fiind inventat prima oara in 1904 de catre un baiat care lucra la un magazin alimentar, unde aveau un automat de inghetata. Prima oara am mancat banana split cand eram mai mica, intr-o calatorie in afara tarii cu parintii mei. Parintii mei si-au luat doua cafele cu gheata, in timp ce eu m-am uitat prin meniu si am vazut cel mai curios nume de desert care putea sa-mi treaca prin minte &#8212; Banana Split. Mi-a lasat o impresie atat de puternica, incat cred ca m-a lasat in subconstient cu dorinta de a reproduce si eu, intr-o zi, aceasta reteta acasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ani mai tarziu, banana split inca figureaza pe lista mea de deserturi favorite si, usor-usor si dupa multe experimente, am descoperit versiunea pe care o vom pregati astazi. Am descoperit-o cand incercam sa caut o varianta de banana split care sa mearga mai bine si in anotimpurile reci, asa ca am creat aceasta reteta incredibila de prajitura cu banane care combina toate avantajele unei portii de banana split cu finetea unui tort vegan. Iata ce foloseste crema si baza, ca sa stii ce sa cumperi si de ce conteaza calitatea:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Biscuiti graham zdrobiti<\/strong> &#8212; formeaza baza crocanta. Zdrobeste-i marunt, ca sa se lege uniform cu uleiul.<\/li><li><strong>Ulei de cocos topit<\/strong> &#8212; este liantul crustei si, la rece, se intareste, tinand baza compacta.<\/li><li><strong>Tofu silken<\/strong> &#8212; inima cremei. Textura lui matasoasa da acea consistenta fina, fara sa fie nevoie de branza sau smantana.<\/li><li><strong>Caju inmuiat peste noapte<\/strong> &#8212; inmuierea le inmoaie fibrele si permite mixerului sa obtina o pasta perfect neteda, fara granule.<\/li><li><strong>Sirop de artar<\/strong> &#8212; indulcitorul vegan al cremei; aduce si un ton cald, usor caramelizat.<\/li><li><strong>Suc de lamaie si extract de vanilie<\/strong> &#8212; lamaia echilibreaza dulceata si da prospetime, vanilia rotunjeste aroma.<\/li><li><strong>Banane felii, ananas zdrobit si scurs, zmeura, afine, visine fara samburi<\/strong> &#8212; toppingurile colorate care fac trimitere directa la banana split-ul clasic.<\/li><li><strong>Frisca vegana si menta proaspata<\/strong> &#8212; pentru finisajul cremos si o nota de racoare la decor.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bananele sunt deja vegane, asa ca munca este pe jumatate gata. \ud83d\ude42 Iar daca vrei sa vezi ce alte deserturi frumoase se pot face fara cuptor, arunca un ochi peste colectia mea de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/deserturi-fara-coacere\/\">deserturi fara coacere<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum se prepara, pas cu pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nu e deloc greu sa prepari aceasta prajitura &#8212; eu va voi arata intregul proces. Incepe cu baza: amesteca biscuitii zdrobiti cu uleiul de cocos topit si extractul de vanilie, apoi preseaza compozitia intr-o forma de tort ca sa formezi un strat uniform si pune-o la frigider ca sa se intareasca. Presarea ferma este pasul care face diferenta dintre o baza care se sfarama si una care se taie curat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru crema, mixeaza intai caju inmuiat pana obtii o pasta fina, apoi adauga tofu silken, siropul de artar, sucul de lamaie, uleiul de cocos si vanilia si mixeaza pana ce compozitia devine complet omogena. Toarna crema peste stratul de biscuiti si tine la frigider peste noapte sau cel putin 3 ore &#8212; rabdarea de aici e ceea ce fixeaza crema. Tofu silken are un continut mare de apa si o structura foarte fina, deci contribuie cu cremozitate si volum, in timp ce caju aduce grasime si corp, ingrosand compozitia pe masura ce uleiul de cocos se raceste si se intareste la frigider. Sucul de lamaie nu e doar pentru gust: aciditatea lui echilibreaza dulceata siropului de artar si imita usor nota acrisoara pe care o astepti de la un cheesecake clasic. Din acest motiv, timpul la rece nu este optional &#8212; este exact intervalul in care uleiul de cocos se solidifica si crema capata consistenta care se taie frumos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi ca sa iasa perfect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Inmoaie caju peste noapte<\/strong> &#8212; sarind peste acest pas rasca granulos in crema. Daca ai uitat, un truc de urgenta e sa-i tii 15 minute in apa clocotita.<\/li><li><strong>Scurge bine ananasul<\/strong> &#8212; excesul de suc poate inmuia baza si dilua crema, asa ca preseaza-l bine inainte sa-l adaugi.<\/li><li><strong>Feliaza bananele in ultimul moment<\/strong> &#8212; asa raman deschise la culoare; un strop de suc de lamaie peste ele incetineste oxidarea.<\/li><li><strong>Nu grabi racirea<\/strong> &#8212; daca tai prajitura prea devreme, crema inca nu s-a fixat si feliile nu isi tin forma. Daca ai ramas cu banane coapte in bucatarie, le poti transforma intr-un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/smoothie-de-banane-cu-seminte\/\">smoothie de banane cu seminte<\/a> pentru micul dejun de a doua zi. Iar pentru cei care iubesc combinatia de banane si tort, merita incercata si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tarta-cu-banane\/\">tarta cu banane<\/a> sau un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chec-vegan-cu-ciocolata-si-banane\/\">chec vegan cu ciocolata si banane<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum se pastreaza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prajitura se tine la frigider pana la servire si se pastreaza bine acoperita 2-3 zile. Pentru un rezultat mai frumos, adauga fructele proaspete si frisca vegana cat mai aproape de momentul servirii, ca sa ramana vii si sa nu lase apa. Baza si crema se pot pregati si cu o zi inainte &#8212; de fapt, este chiar un desert ideal de facut din timp pentru o masa cu musafiri, tocmai pentru ca vrea oricum racire peste noapte.
