Pentru ca acest risotto are un continut&nbsp;scazut de grasimi!<\/p><p>Acum, haideti sa vorbim un pic despre risotto, care este de fapt o capodopera culinara, deci merita cateva cuvinte si explicatii. Datorita consistentei sale cremoase el este, de asemenea, o optiune ideala si pentru <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/budinca-de-orez-cu-lapte-de-cocos\/\">budinca de orez<\/a><\/strong>! Asa ca puteti pastra putin si pentru niste desert, de ce nu? \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Carnaroli, un tip de orez Italian cu bob mediu ce, la fel, este cultivat in nordul Italiei, poate fi si el folosit pentru prepararea risotto-ului, insa este mai dificil de procurat in afara Italiei. Se diferentiaza de orezul arborio datorita continutului sau mai mare de amidon si datorita texturii mai ferme. Nu se compara nimic cu gustul delicios si culoarea si suculenta unei rosii crescute acasa, va promit! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Rosiile coapte au un gust de zece ori mai intens si este o metoda excelenta de a le scoate in evidenta savoarea dulce! \ud83d\ude42 Un sfat pe care vi-l pot da este sa incercati sa nu adaugati prea multa supa de legume deodata pentru ca asta va rezulta intr-un orez prea fiert, si nu ne dorim acest lucru. Ne dorim un risotto cremos! Asa ca luati un tirbuson si sticla voastra preferata de vin, turnati-va un pahar si haideti sa gatim!<\/p><p>Pentru prepararea risotto-ului sunt necesare multe minute de rabdare, de amestecat si de adaugat lichid, asa ca nu va grabiti! Dar! Nu lasati toata zeama sa fie absorbita pana la finalul procesului de gatire pentru ca dupa ce il vom lua de pe foc, vom acoperi risotto-ul cu un capac (sau o farfurie, orice va e la indemana) si il vom lasa sa se odihneasca cel putin 3 minute.<\/p><p>Cam atat de la mine! Daca va hotarati sa incercati aceasta reteta, nu uitati sa-mi spuneti cum v-a iesit!
