Iata cum puteti pregati varianta de post\/vegana, plina de savoare greceasca si nutrienti!<\/em><\/p><p>Astazi am pregatit pentru voi o reteta foarte draga mie deoarece, atunci cand eram mica, bunica mea obisnuia sa gateasca <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cartofi-dulci-umpluti-in-stil-marocan\/\">legume umplute<\/a><\/strong> tot timpul. Printre ele se numarau, bineinteles, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/ardei-umpluti\/\">ardeii grasi umpluti<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/imam-bayildi\/\">vinetele<\/a><\/strong>, rosiile, si tot asa. Practic, orice legume ce puteau fi umplute! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Aceasta reteta de rosii umplute cu orez va fi un pic mai speciala deoarece o vom transforma intr-una <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-greceasca\/\">cu influente grecesti<\/a><\/strong>! Dupa cum probabil stiti, bucataria Mediteraneana este considerata a fi extrem de sanatoasa datorita consumului de produse proaspete, cereale, leguminoase, dar si de grasimi sanatoase.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Reteta de rosii umplute este o reteta vegana perfecta pentru acest sezon! Vara este aici, soarele dogoare zilnic, asa ca bineinteles ca ma gandesc mereu la mare. Si daca tot suntem aici, voi impartasi un mic secret cu voi legat de modul in care alegem cele mai bune rosii pentru gatit!<\/p><p>In primul rand, trebuie sa ne uitam dupa culoarea corecta &#8211; cu cat sunt de un rosu mai aprins, cu atat mai intensa va fi aroma; in al doilea rand, mirosul &#8211; mirositi rosia la imbinarea dintre tulpina si leguma. Mirosul puternic este un plus (daca ati fost vreodata intr-o gradina de rosii, stiti cu siguranta la ce ma refer!). Rosiile ar trebui sa fie putin mai tari, in special pentru aceasta reteta!<\/p><p>Vom pastra lucrurile destul simple de data asta, asa ca elementul principal vor fi, desigur, rosiile, urmate de orez, iar pentru un plus de savoare vom include niste <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-cu-pesto-de-busuioc\/\">frunze de busuioc<\/a><\/strong> grecesc, ceapa si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/fasole-batuta-cu-masline-kalamata\/\">masline Kalamata<\/a><\/strong>. Daca nu dispuneti de orez cu bob rotund, nu este musai sa dati fuga pana la magazin sa cumparati un tip nou.
