Se coc la cuptor circa 30 de minute, pana devin aurii si aromate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cand ma gandesc la retetele copilariei, ma gandesc imediat la legume umplute. Bunica mea gatea tot timpul ardei, vinete si rosii umplute, practic orice leguma care putea fi umpluta ajungea pe masa noastra. Era genul de mancare care umplea bucataria de arome si ne aduna pe toti la masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Versiunea asta e un pic mai speciala pentru mine, pentru ca am transformat-o intr-una cu influente grecesti. Alege-le cat mai rotunde si cu peretii grosi, ca sa reziste la copt si sa se poata umple usor. Miezul scos nu se arunca, ci intra in compozitie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Orez arborio<\/strong> &#8212; reteta foloseste 100 g de orez arborio fiert. Acesta este un orez cu bob scurt, care devine cremos si leaga bine umplutura. Il fierbi inainte, ca sa fie deja gata atunci cand umpli rosiile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Caju prajit<\/strong> &#8212; cele 60 g de caju prajit aduc crocanta si o nota usor untoasa care contrasteaza placut cu rosiile coapte. Prajirea le intensifica aroma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Stafide<\/strong> &#8212; cele 30 g de stafide aduc o dulceata discreta, tipic mediteraneana, care echilibreaza gustul sarat al maslinelor si aciditatea rosiilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Masline kalamata<\/strong> &#8212; 60 g de masline kalamata taiate marunt dau caracterul grecesc al retetei. Sunt sarate si aromate, asa ca ajusteaza sarea din compozitie tinand cont de ele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa rosie<\/strong> &#8212; jumatate de ceapa rosie taiata si maruntita aduce dulceata si o nota proaspata. Ceapa rosie e mai bland decat cea galbena, deci se potriveste bine intr-o umplutura care nu se caleste mult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Busuioc<\/strong> &#8212; 3 frunze de busuioc proaspat, taiate julienne, leaga toate aromele. Astfel umplutura ramane suculenta si nu se usuca la cuptor.<\/li>\n<li>Taie partea de sus a rosiilor cu grija si pastreaza capacul, fiindca il pui inapoi inainte de copt &#8212; ajuta umplutura sa nu se usuce.<\/li>\n<li>Gusta umplutura inainte de a umple rosiile si potriveste sarea si piperul, tinand cont ca maslinele sunt deja sarate.<\/li>\n<li>Preincalzeste cuptorul la 200C si coace rosiile aproximativ 30 de minute, pana devin un pic aurii.<\/li>\n<li>Presara un strop de ulei de masline peste rosii inainte de copt, ca sa capete o crusta frumoasa si aromata.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Alt tip de orez<\/strong> &#8212; daca nu ai orez arborio, poti folosi alt orez cu bob rotund. Textura va fi un pic mai putin cremoasa, dar reteta functioneaza.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alte nuci sau seminte<\/strong> &#8212; inlocuieste cajul cu nuci de pin, migdale taiate sau seminte de floarea-soarelui pentru aceeasi crocanta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fara stafide<\/strong> &#8212; daca nu iti place dulceata stafidelor, le poti scoate sau inlocui cu bucatele de caise uscate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai multe ierburi<\/strong> &#8212; pe langa busuioc, poti adauga patrunjel sau marar proaspat pentru un plus de prospetime.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rosiile umplute se pastreaza la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 2-3 zile. Le poti reincalzi la cuptor sau le poti servi reci, ca aperitiv. Poti pregati umplutura de orez cu o zi inainte si o tii la rece, urmand sa umpli si sa coci rosiile chiar inainte de servire &#8212; asa raman cat mai proaspete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac legumele umplute, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/ardei-umpluti\/\">ardeii umpluti<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/vinete-umplute-cu-ciuperci-orez\/\">vinetele umplute cu ciuperci si orez<\/a>. Iar daca vrei sa explorezi mai mult aromele grecesti, arunca o privire peste celelalte <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-greceasca\/\">retete din bucataria
