Asadar, reteta de astazi este una accesibila, insa putin mai &#8220;neconventionala&#8221;.<\/p><p>Reteta de azi este inspirata din faptul ca <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/conopida\/\">imi place la nebunie conopida<\/a><\/strong>, si mereu i-am observat potentialul ca ingredient. Cand eram mica, mancam conopida preparata doar alaturi de alte legume la cuptor, sau sote. Si, trebuie sa recunosc, toate au fost delicioase!<\/p><p>Insa majoritatea retetelor pe care le-am incercat presupuneau sa tai conopida in diverse forme, mai mici sau mai mari. M-am gandit mereu ca trebuie sa existe si o reteta in care sa poti folosi o conopida intreaga. Mi se pare uimitor cum isi schimba gustul dupa coacere, iar asta e doar una dintre &#8220;abilitatile speciale&#8221; ale conopidei.<\/p><p>Altele ar fi o doza sanatoasa de vitamina C si o buna sursa de fibre. Conopida isi pastreaza valorile nutritive chiar si dupa ce e pusa la cuptor, dar, mai presus de toate, este un preparat gustos si se potriveste bine cu o gramada de garnituri diferite!<\/p><p>Daca vrei sa prepari o masa intreaga din aceasta reteta, poti sa adaugi ca garnitura niste legume fripte sau sote, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cartofi-prajiti-cu-toppinguri\/\">cartofi prajiti<\/a> <\/strong>sau o <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-vara-cu-rosii-cherry-coapte\/\">salata verde<\/a><\/strong> si usoasa. Insa nici nu trebuie sa depui prea mult efort pentru a o prepara &#8211; poti sa iti vezi de treaba in timp ce se gateste!<\/p><p>Daca vrei sa faci o cina <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-mancare-de-post\/\">pentru intreaga familie<\/a><\/strong>, poti sa faci mai multe conopide coapte. Trebuie sa recunosc ca arata splendid in mijlocul unui mese plina de bunatati vegane. Si mirosul este absolut innebunitor! Si alti oameni care au incercat-o mi-au dat dreptate.<\/p><p>De exemplu, majoritatea prietenilor mei au fost foarte surprinsi de aceasta reteta, iar unul dintre ei mi-a spus ca nu se astepta sa aiba un gust atat de bun. Si i-am raspuns, desigur, ca e facuta cu dragoste si multa atentie! Daca te dedici suficient de tare in ceea ce faci, trebuie sa iti iasa bine, iar asta se aplica si la gatit!<\/p><p>Sper ca o sa va iasa delicios conopida la cuptor cu sos barbecue!
