Hmm, grea decizie, mai ales daca sunteti ca mine si aveti mari dificultati cand e vorba sa luati o decizie legata de ceea ce veti manca. Nu ma credeti? Incercati aceasta reteta de scrob \/ &#8220;oua&#8221; scrambled vegane si va veti convinge!<\/p><p>Puteti prepara aceasta <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-tofu\/\">reteta cu tofu<\/a><\/strong>, sau daca preferati o varianta lipsita de soia, puteti sa incercati si varianta cu faina de naut. De aceea am creat aceasta reteta ce le contine pe toate, atat din punct de vedere nutritiv, cat si al aspectului, gustului si&#8230; pretului. Da, este extrem de accesibil sa faci scrob vegan!<\/p><p>Reteta aceasta de &#8220;oua&#8221; scrambled de post nu contine oua si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-lapte-vegetal\/\">nici lactate,<\/a><\/strong> si este extrem de usor de preparat si de savurat. Cine spunea ca nu iti poti implini aportul ideal de nutrienti atunci cand ai o dieta vegana? Retineti ca, in momentul in care urmati o dieta fara niciun aliment de origine animala, cantitatea optima de proteine in acest caz ar trebui sa fie putin mai mare decat cea intalnita la o dieta omnivora.<\/p><p>Am auzit destul de des aceasta intrebare: cum pot veganii <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegetariana\/\">si vegetarienii<\/a><\/strong> sa consume destule proteine in alimentatie? Se spune ca doza recomandata este de 42 de grame pe zi. Non-vegetarienii primesc mult mai mult de atat (aproape 80 de grame). Insa totul trebuie sa fie consumat cu moderatie, iar cheia este sa gasim un balans intre grasimi, carbohidrati si proteine.<\/p><p>Orice modalitate alegeti pentru a prepara aceasta reteta, fie din tofu (cum am ales si eu astazi) sau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-naut\/\">din naut<\/a><\/strong>, componenta principala tot va fi o leguminoasa. In caz cu nu stiati, tofu provine din boabe fermentate de soia, asta insemnand ca este una dintre multele alternative proteice vegane alaturi de naut, seitan, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftele-de-fasole-neagra\/\">fasolea neagra<\/a><\/strong>, fasolea rosie, etc.<\/p><p>Asadar, chiar daca nu contine pic de ou, din punctul de vedere al gustului aceste &#8220;oua&#8221; nu se afla deloc departe de reteta originala!
