Inca o dimineata, inca o zi in care trebuie sa decidem ce sa mancam la micul dejun. Daca sunteti ca mine si aveti mari dificultati cand e vorba sa luati o decizie legata de ceea ce veti manca, va inteleg perfect. Ei bine, nu este vina mea ca sunt atatea optiuni numai pentru prima masa a zilei! Pentru ca din cand in cand mi se face pofta de o omleta clasica, am venit cu o solutie rapida si eficienta. Daca nu ma credeti, incercati aceasta reteta si va veti convinge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce ingrediente folosesti si de ce conteaza fiecare<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lista este scurta, dar fiecare ingredient are un rol clar. <strong>Tofu<\/strong> este baza si inlocuieste oul ca sursa de proteine; daca preferi, poti gasi <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-tofu\/\">si alte retete cu tofu<\/a><\/strong> pe blog. Orice modalitate alegeti pentru a prepara aceasta reteta, fie din tofu (cum am ales si eu astazi), fie din <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-naut\/\">naut<\/a><\/strong>, componenta principala tot va fi o leguminoasa bogata in proteine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Turmericul<\/strong> da culoarea aurie tipica omletei. O lingurita este suficienta &#8212; prea mult devine amarui.<\/li><li><strong>Sarea neagra (kala namak)<\/strong> este ingredientul-cheie pentru gustul &#8220;ca de ou&#8221;. Continutul ei de sulf creeaza acea aroma pe care otetul sau sarea obisnuita nu o pot reda. Este optionala, dar recomandata.<\/li><li><strong>Fulgii de drojdie inactiva<\/strong> adauga o nota savuroasa, usor branzoasa, si rotunjesc gustul.<\/li><li><strong>Usturoiul, ceapa proaspata (doar partile albe), mararul si ceapa verde<\/strong> aduc prospetime si profunzime. O parte se mixeaza pana devine cremoasa, iar restul doar pana se faramita in bucatele mici. Cand le combini in tigaie, partea cremoasa leaga totul si imita albusul moale, iar faramele dau acea senzatie de &#8220;scrambled&#8221; pe care o cauti la o omleta clasica. Daca ai folosi tofu doar de o singura textura, ai obtine fie ceva prea uscat si sfaramicios, fie ceva prea pastos &#8212; contrastul celor doua texturi este exact ce face diferenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi ca sa-ti iasa perfect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Scurge bine tofu<\/strong> inainte de a-l mixa. Cu cat are mai putina apa, cu atat se rumeneste mai frumos si nu lasa zeama in tigaie.<\/li><li><strong>Caleste intai condimentele in ulei<\/strong> (turmeric, usturoi, ceapa alba, sare neagra, piper) pana cand aromele devin puternice si ceapa incepe sa se rumeneasca. Daca vrei un mic dejun mai consistent in stil brunch, il poti pune langa <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/clatite-pufoase-vegane-fara-gluten\/\">clatite pufoase vegane<\/a><\/strong> sau il poti acompania cu un pahar de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-lapte-vegetal\/\">lapte vegetal<\/a><\/strong>. Fiind bogat in proteine, este o optiune buna si pentru cei care vor sa se asigure ca primesc destule <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/proteinele-in-dieta-vegana\/\">proteine intr-o dieta vegana<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum il pastrezi si il reincalzesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scrobul vegan se pastreaza foarte bine la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 2-3 zile. Il reincalzesti rapid intr-o tigaie la foc mediu, eventual cu cativa stropi de ulei, ca sa-si revina textura. Nu il recomand pentru congelare, pentru ca tofu isi schimba textura dupa decongelare si devine mai apos. Daca vrei sa castigi timp dimineata, poti marunti tofu si toca verdeturile de cu seara, ca sa nu ai decat de calit totul a doua zi. Este o reteta versatila si daca vrei sa explorezi si alte idei poti arunca un ochi pe <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegana\/\">retetele pentru o dieta vegana<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci acest scrob vegan, mi-ar placea sa stiu daca ai simtit gustul &#8220;ca de ou&#8221; dat de sarea neagra &#8212; lasa-mi
