Am pregatit pentru voi o reteta super gustoasa si sanatoasa &#8211; falafel din quinoa, de post!<\/em><\/p><p>Intotdeauna am iubit retetele de mancare unice, care aduc o schimbare celor clasice cu care ne-am obisnuit cu totii deja. Asa ca, ori de cate ori am sansa, imi place sa aduc retetelor clasice ceva in plus. Probabil ca nici nu ne gandim prea des la asta, deoarece este atat de usor de gasit in toata lumea. Totusi, istoria acestei mancaruri este destul de controversata! Unele teorii afirma ca istoria falafelului incepe in Egipt cu peste 1.000 de ani in urma. Mai ales <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegetariana\/\">pentru vegetarieni<\/a><\/strong> si pentru cei care incearca o dieta mai sanatoasa, quinoa este acum un aliment principal. Unii dintre noi o mananca zilnic!<\/p><p>Dar ce face quinoa atat de speciala si iubita in toata lumea? Ei bine, faptul ca este super hranitoare! Quinoa <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-fara-gluten\/\">nu contine gluten<\/a><\/strong>, este <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/proteinele-in-dieta-vegana\/\">bogata in proteine<\/a><\/strong> \u200b\u200bsi este unul dintre putinele alimente vegetale care contin cantitati insemnate din toti cei noua aminoacizi esentiali. De asemenea, este bogata in magneziu, fier, vitamine B, fibre, calciu, potasiu, fosfor, vitamina E si diferiti antioxidanti.<\/p><p>Cu toate aceste beneficii, nu este de mirare ca vrem sa adaugam quinoa in tot ceea ce mancam! Eu am ales tot varianta clasica pentru reteta de astazi, dar deseori aleg si sa pregatesc falafelul la cuptor &#8211; este la fel de gustos! Asadar credeti-ma pe cuvant cand va spun ca nu puteti gresi cu aceasta reteta.<\/p><p>Tot ce trebuie sa faceti este sa adaugati nautul, quinoa si restul legumelor intr-un blender pana cand obtineti pasta cu consistenta dorita. Apoi puteti adauga toate condimentele. Amestecul trebuie apoi pus la congelator timp de numai 15 minute &#8211; acest lucru va face ca pasta de falafel sa fie mai usor de modelat in bilute.
