Niciun Palak Paneer nu este complet fara <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/rosii-umplute-cu-orez\/\">rosii<\/a><\/strong>, usturoi si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-morcovi-ghimbir\/\">ghimbir<\/a><\/strong>, iar condimente precum piperul cayenne adauga arome minunate.<\/p><p>Intregul proces de pregatire al acestei mancaruri este, de asemenea, unul facil &#8211; va puteti aventura in pregatirea acestei retete chiar daca sunteti un incepator in &#8220;artele culinare&#8221;.<\/p><p>Baza cremoasa de spanac este obtinuta prin folosirea unui blender, pe care o gatim mai apoi timp de cateva minute impreuna cu partea de paneer, si apoi totul este gata de servit! Principalul ingredient este spanacul, ce face parte din categoria ingredientelor superfoods.<\/p><p>Acesta este plin de nutrienti, mentinand in acelasi timp o cantitate redusa de calorii. Este o sursa importanta de fier, magneziu, calciu si vitamina C si nu ar trebui sa lipseasca din dieta nimanui! Beneficiile spanacului includ de la imbunatatiri in sanatatea pielii, a parului si a oaselor, si pana la imbunatatirea indicelui glicemie pentru cei bolnavi de diabet si chiar scaderea riscului imbolnavirii de cancer.<\/p><p>Si toate acestea doar pentru unul dintre ingredientele retetei de Palak Paneer. In ca bonus, poate fi usor <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-pranz-pachet\/\">luat la pachet<\/a><\/strong> ca pranz la munca, deci va puteti bucura de aceasta reteta absolut oricand!<\/p><p>Acum ca am pus la punct toate detaliile, haideti sa adunam toate ingredientele necesare pentru aceasta reteta si sa ne apucam de gatit!
