Se coace prima data 7 minute, apoi se acopera cu sos de rosii si toppinguri si se mai coace inca 7 minute. Iese o pizza usoara, satioasa si surprinzator de stabila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ori de cate ori ma gandesc la o mancare perfecta, imi vine in minte pizza. Echilibrul perfect al aromei, amestecul de ingrediente, chiar si forma si culorile &#8212; imi place absolut tot ce inseamna pizza. Problema este ca, ori de cate ori mi se face pofta de o felie, imi amintesc ca pizza clasica nu prea sta pe lista de mancaruri &#8220;de dieta, sanatoase&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asa am ajuns la varianta cu blat din conopida. E felul meu de a avea pizza fara sa renunt la ea &#8212; aceeasi placere, dar cu o baza din legume in loc de aluat clasic. Cauta o conopida cu florile dense si albe, fara pete maronii, fiindca aceea e proaspata si are gust dulceag, nu amar. O tai in flori mici inainte sa o pui in robot, ca sa se marunteasca uniform: bucatile prea mari raman granuloase si nu se leaga bine in coca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Taratele de psyllium<\/strong> sunt secretul care tine blatul intreg. Psyllium absoarbe lichidul si formeaza un gel care leaga conopida, exact rolul pe care l-ar avea glutenul intr-un aluat obisnuit. Foloseste exact 2 linguri &#8212; prea mult si blatul devine cauciucat, prea putin si se sfarama. Daca ai pulbere fina de psyllium in loc de tarate, redu cantitatea, fiindca pulberea leaga mai puternic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Amidonul de porumb<\/strong> lucreaza impreuna cu psyllium ca sa dea structura blatului si sa absoarba din umezeala conopidei. Cele 2 linguri sunt importante &#8212; conopida lasa multa apa la coacere, iar amidonul ajuta blatul sa nu ramana ud la mijloc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina<\/strong> (125 g) completeaza coca si o face mai usor de modelat in cerc. Adaug-o dupa ce conopida e deja piure, ca sa nu supraamesteci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Branza vegana rasa<\/strong> intra direct in blat (50 g) si ii da aroma si putina coeziune in plus. Pe deasupra, peste sos, folosim un mix de branza vegana pentru pizza (60 g) &#8212; cauta unul care se topeste, ca sa ai textura aceea filanta pe care o astepti de la o pizza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sosul de rosii<\/strong> (125 ml) e baza de deasupra blatului. Intinde-l in strat subtire &#8212; prea mult sos inmoaie blatul deja delicat al conopidei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zucchini si ardeiul gras rosu<\/strong> sunt toppingurile de legume. Zucchini se face mai intai felii pe gratar, ca sa-si piarda apa si sa nu lase lichid pe pizza la coacere. Ardeiul gras rosu adauga culoare si o nota dulce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mixeaza conopida pana devine piure fin si omogen inainte sa adaugi faina si amidonul. Daca lasi bucati mari, blatul iese granulos si nu se leaga.<\/li>\n<li>Coace blatul gol primele 7 minute, pana se rumeneste pe margini. Asa se intareste suficient cat sa sustina sosul si toppingurile fara sa se inmoaie.<\/li>\n<li>Da zucchini pe gratar inainte sa-l pui pe pizza &#8212; legumele crude lasa apa la coacere si iti uda blatul. Greseala clasica e sa pui zucchini crud direct peste sos.<\/li>\n<li>Stii ca blatul e gata cand marginile sunt aurii si suprafata nu mai e umeda la atingere. Daca e inca palid si moale, mai lasa-l un minut-doua.<\/li>\n<li>Intinde sosul de rosii in strat subtire si uniform. Daca iti raman bucati, pastreaza-le la frigider intr-un recipient inchis 1-2 zile. Pentru incalzire, foloseste cuptorul sau o tigaie, nu cuptorul cu microunde &#8212; microundele inmoaie blatul, in timp ce caldura uscata ii reda crocanta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poti pregati blatul in avans: coace-l primele 7 minute, lasa-l sa se raceasca, apoi adauga sosul si toppingurile chiar inainte de coacerea finala.
