Avocado tare nu se mixeaza fin si lasa cocoloase verzi in aluat. Pentru aluat ai nevoie de 2 avocado mari, iar pentru glazura inca un avocado mare, copt. Cel mai copt si moale fruct il pastrez pentru glazura, fiindca acolo conteaza cel mai mult cremozitatea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Piure de mere<\/strong> &#8212; cele 130 g de piure de mere tin loc de o parte din grasime si ajuta aluatul sa ramana umed. Alege un piure neindulcit, ca sa controlezi tu dulceata; daca e indulcit, poti reduce putin din siropul de curmale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sirop de curmale<\/strong> &#8212; este indulcitorul principal, 2 linguri in aluat si 1 lingura in glazura. Are gust de caramel care merge perfect cu ciocolata. Daca al tau e foarte gros, il poti incalzi cateva secunde ca sa se incorporeze mai usor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina<\/strong> &#8212; 100 g dau structura negresei. Daca ai nevoie de o varianta fara gluten, foloseste faina fara gluten, asa cum spune si reteta. Nu inlocui mai mult de jumatate cu faina de migdale sau de cocos, altfel textura iese sfaramicioasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cacao<\/strong> &#8212; folosesti 50 g in aluat si inca 2 linguri in glazura, plus ciocolata topita. O cacao buna, fara zahar adaugat, da culoarea inchisa si gustul intens de negresa. Cerne-o daca face cocoloase, ca sa nu ramana puncte amare in compozitie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ciocolata neagra topita<\/strong> &#8212; cele 2 linguri de ciocolata neagra topita adancesc gustul de ciocolata si dau acea senzatie bogata, de negresa adevarata. Topeste-o la bain-marie sau in reprize scurte la microunde, amestecand des, ca sa nu se arda. Pentru o reteta vegana, verifica eticheta sa nu contina lapte praf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ulei de avocado<\/strong> &#8212; 1 lingura de ulei de avocado (sau alt ulei neutru) ajuta la textura si impiedica negresa sa se usuce. Are gust discret, asa ca nu acopera ciocolata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Praf de copt, extract de vanilie si sare<\/strong> &#8212; praful de copt (1 lingurita) ridica putin aluatul dens, vanilia rotunjeste gustul de ciocolata, iar varful de sare scoate in evidenta cacaoa. Orice cocolos de avocado va ramane asa si in negresa coapta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu sari peste pregatirea tavii.<\/strong> Unge tava cu ulei si presara pudra de cacao in loc de faina &#8212; asa negresa nu se lipeste si nu ramane o pelicula alba pe margini.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fa &#8220;testul scobitorii&#8221; corect.<\/strong> Negresa e gata cand scobitoarea iese cu cateva firimituri umede, nu complet curata. Daca iese uscata de tot, ai copt-o prea mult si va fi mai tare.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Las-o sa se raceasca inainte de glazura.<\/strong> Daca pui glazura pe negresa calda, glazura de avocado se inmoaie si se scurge.
