Se prepara din avocado copt, lapte de cocos, supa de legume, salata verde si coriandru, totul mixat fin pana devine matasoasa. O poti servi calda, la temperatura camerei sau rece, perfecta pentru zilele de vara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Cand vine vorba de supe, pot sa va spun ca le iubesc in orice combinatie. Dar aceasta reteta de supa crema de avocado este cu siguranta printre preferatele mele &#8212; este gustoasa, sanatoasa si super usor de facut!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voi incepe prin a marturisi ca sunt unul dintre acei oameni care ar putea manca oricand cantitati mari de avocado. Ador textura sa cremoasa, culoarea vibranta si gustul uimitor care se potriveste atat de bine practic oriunde. Intrucat imi petrec destul de mult timp gandindu-ma la ce mai pot incorpora avocado, iata sugestia mea de astazi: supa crema de avocado!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De ce supa crema de avocado? Pentru ca este alegerea perfecta pentru vara. Este proaspata, o poti manca la temperatura camerei sau chiar rece, este plina de ingrediente hranitoare si te poti bucura de ea in mai putin de 30 de minute. Ai nevoie de fructe coapte la perfectie: cedeaza usor la o apasare blanda, fara zone moi infundate. Daca avocado-ul e prea tare, supa va iesi apoasa si fada; daca e prea trecut, vei simti o nota amaruie. Un truc bun: daca le cumperi tari, lasa-le 2-3 zile la temperatura camerei, iar cand sunt coapte muta-le la frigider ca sa opresti procesul. Curata-le si scoate samburele abia inainte de mixare, ca sa nu se oxideze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lapte de cocos<\/strong> &#8212; aduce cremozitatea bogata si rotunjeste aciditatea avocado-ului. Foloseste laptele de cocos la conserva, nu bautura de cocos de la cutie, care e prea diluata. Agita conserva bine inainte sa o deschizi, ca partea grasa se separa la suprafata. Reteta foloseste doar jumatate de conserva in supa; restul il pastrezi pentru a-l adauga cu lingura la servire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Supa de legume<\/strong> &#8212; baza lichida care leaga totul. Daca nu ai supa de legume gata facuta, merge si apa simpla, dar o supa de legume buna adauga un strat de gust pe care apa nu il poate da. Daca o cumperi gata, verifica eticheta pentru sare &#8212; unele variante sunt foarte sarate, asa ca poate fi nevoie sa ajustezi condimentarea la final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Salata verde<\/strong> &#8212; secretul putin neasteptat care da supei volum si o nota verde proaspata, fara sa incarce gustul. Se gateste rapid si practic dispare in textura finala dupa mixare. Foloseste o salata cu frunze fragede; spal-o bine si scurge-o, ca apa in plus dilueaza supa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Coriandru proaspat<\/strong> &#8212; da prospetimea citrica caracteristica acestei supe. Se adauga la final, direct in blender, ca sa-si pastreze aroma vie. Alege legaturi cu frunze verzi, ferme, fara pete galbene. Daca nu esti fan al coriandrului, vezi sectiunea de substitutii mai jos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Suc de lamaie<\/strong> &#8212; aciditatea care echilibreaza grasimea avocado-ului si a laptelui de cocos si totodata ajuta supa sa-si pastreze culoarea verde vie. Stoarce-l proaspat; sucul de lamaie de la sticla are un gust plat in comparatie. Adauga-l la final si gusta &#8212; mai multa lamaie inseamna mai multa prospetime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Seminte de chimion, fulgi de chili si ardei iute uscat<\/strong> &#8212; stratul aromat al retetei. Semintele de chimion se prajesc fara ulei la inceput, ca sa-si elibereze uleiurile si sa capete o aroma calda, de nuca. Ardeiul iute uscat se fierbe in supa si apoi se scoate, asa ca lasa o caldura blanda, controlabila. Daca vrei mai putin iute, redu cantitatea de fulgi de chili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ulei de cocos<\/strong> &#8212; folosit pentru a cali ceapa si a topi aromele. Are un punct de fum potrivit pentru calire scurta si se potriveste natural cu laptele de cocos din reteta. O lingura este suficienta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prajeste semintele de chimion uscat, fara ulei.<\/strong> Le pui in oala incinsa circa un minut, pana incep sa miroasa a nuca prajita &#8212; asta e momentul in care stii ca si-au eliberat aroma. Daca le lasi prea mult, capata un gust amar, asa ca nu te indeparta de aragaz.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cea mai frecventa greseala este sa folosesti avocado necopt.<\/strong> Rezultatul va fi o supa apoasa, fara cremozitate. Verifica fiecare avocado inainte: trebuie sa cedeze bland la apasare.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mixeaza pana e perfect omogen.<\/strong> O supa crema reusita nu are bucati. Lasa blenderul sa lucreze pana textura e fina si matasoasa, eventual oprindu-te sa razuiesti peretii vasului.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu uita sa scoti ardeiul iute uscat<\/strong> dupa cele 5 minute de fiert, inainte de mixare, ca sa controlezi nivelul de iute.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gusta si ajusteaza la final.<\/strong> Dupa mixare, gusta supa: poate avea nevoie de inca putin suc de lamaie pentru prospetime sau de un praf de sare. Vei obtine o supa cu nota verde diferita, dar la fel de proaspata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Suc de lamaie sau lime.<\/strong> Sucul de lime merge la fel de bine ca cel de lamaie si adauga o nota usor mai tropicala, care se potriveste cu laptele de cocos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai putin sau mai mult iute.<\/strong> Pentru o versiune blanda, renunta la ardeiul iute uscat si redu fulgii de chili. Daca vrei sa o pastrezi, pune-o intr-un recipient etans, cu sucul de lamaie incorporat (aciditatea incetineste oxidarea), si tine-o la frigider maximum o zi. Inainte de servire, amesteca bine si gusta &#8212; poate avea nevoie de un strop de suc de lamaie proaspat ca sa-si reaprinda prospetimea. Nu recomand congelarea, deoarece textura cremoasa se altereaza la decongelare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac supele crema, da o sansa si altora din colectia mea: <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-morcovi-ghimbir\/\">supa crema de morcovi cu ghimbir<\/a> are aceeasi catifelare, dar cu o nota calda condimentata, iar <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-mazare-verde\/\">supa crema de mazare verde<\/a> este la fel de verde si proaspata. Pentru inca o idee cu avocado, incearca <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-cu-avocado\/\">humusul cu avocado<\/a> &#8212; perfect alaturi de aceasta supa.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
