Este exact genul de reteta pe care o pregatesti o data si o ai gata pentru cateva mese: satioasa, aromata si perfecta pentru meal prep. Intotdeauna am fost nevoita sa pregatesc diverse salate ca garnitura pentru a face totul mai usor de mancat, dar pana la urma nu ajungeam sa fiu cu adevarat multumita de masa mea. Simt ca de cand am inceput sa urmez o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegana\/\">dieta vegana<\/a>, viata mea s-a imbunatatit cu mult, iar retete ca aceasta sunt un motiv in plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am preparat-o deja de cateva ori si deja simt ca a ajuns in topul caserolelor mele preferate. Probabil stiti deja ca eu sunt unul dintre acei oameni care gasesc partea de gatit la fel de distractiva precum mancatul, iar aici ai destule etape placute: rulezi chiftelutele, prajesti, faci sosul, apoi asamblezi totul strat cu strat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce pui in caserola: ingredientele cheie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta are trei parti care se leaga intre ele: chiftelutele, sosul alb si stratul de legume. Iata la ce sa fii atenta cand aduni ingredientele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Nautul din conserva<\/strong> este baza chiftelutelor. Lichidul din conserva (aquafaba) intra si el in compozitie, deci nu il arunca &#8212; ajuta la legarea pastei.<\/li><li><strong>Oul sau taratele de psyllium<\/strong> tin chiftelutele legate. Pentru varianta vegana, inlocuieste oul cu 2 linguri tarate de psyllium; textura ramane ferma.<\/li><li><strong>Pesmetul si condimentele<\/strong> (pudra de usturoi, pudra de ceapa, patrunjel, coriandru, susan prajit, sos de soia, piper) dau aroma si structura. Sosul de soia gros aduce si sarea, si acel gust umami care face diferenta.<\/li><li><strong>Cartofii, fierti in prealabil si feliati<\/strong>, plus conopida maruntita fin, formeaza patul de legume care absoarbe sosul.<\/li><li><strong>Sosul alb<\/strong> se face dintr-un rantas de ulei de masline si faina, apoi lapte (de soia sau normal), nucsoara, piper alb si sare. Da toate ingredientele pentru chiftelute prin robotul de bucatarie (mai putin uleiul de masline, care e pentru sos) pana obtii o compozitie care se leaga bine. Daca pare prea moale, mai adauga putin pesmet; daca e prea uscata, o lingura din lichidul de naut o readuce la textura potrivita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Formeaza bilute de aproximativ o jumatate de lingura si prajeste-le intr-o tigaie incinsa la foc mediu pana devin crocante pe exterior. Aceasta prajire scurta inainte de coacere le da o crusta care rezista in caserola, ca sa nu se dizolve in sos. Nu inghesui tigaia: daca sunt prea multe deodata, lasa apa si se inmoaie in loc sa se rumeneasca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce functioneaza sosul alb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sosul se ingroasa pentru ca amidonul din faina se umfla in contact cu lichidul cald &#8212; de aceea adaugi faina peste ulei si o amesteci cu telul inainte de a turna laptele. Telul e important: sparge cocoloasele pana cand rantasul devine neted. Toarna laptele treptat si amesteca fara oprire, iar sosul se leaga uniform, fara sa se branzeasca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gateste sosul pana devine gros inainte de a-l pune deoparte. In cuptor se va mai lega putin, asa ca opre\u0219te-te cand imbraca lingura, dar inca curge. Nucsoara si piperul alb sunt discrete, dar rotunjesc gustul: cu ele, sosul nu e doar cremos, ci si aromat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Asamblarea si coacerea, pas cu pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aseaza feliile de cartofi intr-un singur strat pe fundul caserolei, apoi distribuie chiftelutele si strecoara felii de cartof pe verticala printre ele. Adauga conopida, apoi acopera totul cu sosul preparat si branza rasa. Coace la 200C aproximativ 20 de minute, pana cand marginile se rumenesc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru crusta aurie de deasupra, mai lasa caserola circa 5 minute la flacara deschisa (functia grill). Aici sta finalul care face totul apetisant, asa ca stai langa cuptor &#8212; de la aurie la arsa e o diferenta de un minut. O <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-porumb\/\">salata de porumb<\/a> sau o salata verde simpla echilibreaza perfect masa. Daca vrei sa ramai in registrul chiftelutelor, arunca un ochi si peste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-suedeze-in-sos-de-post\/\">chiftelutele suedeze in sos de post<\/a> sau peste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-naut-tahini\/\">chiftelutele de naut cu tahini<\/a>, daca ti-a placut baza de naut de aici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pastrare si meal prep<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceasta este o reteta facuta pentru meal prep. Se pastreaza la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 3-4 zile, iar aroma se aseaza si mai bine a doua zi. O reincalzesti la cuptor sau in tigaie ca sa isi recupereze crusta; la microunde e mai rapid, dar branza si sosul raman mai moi. Portiile individuale se transfera usor in caserole mici, gata de dus la munca sau de scos direct din frigider intr-o seara ocupata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poti pregati din timp componentele separat: chiftelutele prajite si sosul rezista cateva zile la rece, iar in ziua in care vrei masa calda nu ai decat sa asamblezi si sa coci. Daca ai chef sa explorezi si alte idei cu cartofi la cuptor, iti recomand <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cartofi-noi-la-cuptor-legume-de-primavara\/\">cartofii noi la cuptor cu legume de primavara<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sper ca entuziasmul meu fata de aceasta reteta s-a transferat si tie, pentru ca nu vei regreta daca o incerci. Daca prepari caserola, spune-mi in comentarii cum ti-au iesit chiftelutele si cat de crocanta ti-a iesit crusta de deasupra &#8212; si lasa-mi o nota la reteta, ma ajuta enorm.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
