Sunt gata imediat si sunt ideale pentru pranz sau cina!<\/em><\/p><p>Am din nou o saptamana incarcata si plina, asa ca nici nu se pune problema sa incerc vreo reteta prea lunga si elaborata! Probabil fiindca este un ingredient atat de usor de obtinut &#8211; ii avem tot timpul la dispozitie, de cele mai multe ori deja in dulapurile noastre. Diferenta o constituie textura. In timp ce cartofii hash brown au drept ingredient principal cartofii si atat, alaturi de putina ceapa si condimente, clatitele de cartof sunt tinute impreuna de faina. Deci, desi sunt la fel de usor si rapid de facut, clatitele de cartofi sunt diferite si poate chiar mai gustoase (desi va trebui sa incercati ambele retete singuri ca sa va puteti decide!).<\/p><p>Exista, de asemenea, o diferenta de origine: reteta de hash brown este <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-americana\/\">o inventie americana<\/a><\/strong>. Pe de alta parte, clatitele de cartofi provin din tari <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-germanica\/\">precum Germania<\/a><\/strong>, Austria, Rusia si Polonia. Nu stim cine a inceput sa le pregateasca mai intai, este foarte posbil ca locuitorii acestor tari sa fi preparat aceste clatite fara sa stie ca vecinii lor fac acelasi lucru. Si, de fapt, nu este de mirare ca mai multe tari au venit cu ideea &#8211; sunt atat de usor de facut si combinatia este pur si simplu intuitiva!<\/p><p>Ah, si mai stim ceva despre originile clatitelor de cartofi &#8211; acestea erau de obicei facute de tarani, pentru ca pe vremea aceea cartofii erau atat de ieftini si usor de gasit, fiind unul dintre alimentele pe care oricine si le putea permite. Nu va faceti griji, clatitele vor fi gata imediat! Este vorba de mai putin de 30 de minute de la zero pana la o masa gustoasa. Veti avea nevoie de niste cartofi, ceapa, faina, ulei de cocos, sare si piper. Pariez ca aveti deja toate aceste lucruri in bucatarie, nu-i asa?<\/p><p>Acum sa vorbim un pic despre etapele de pregatire. In primul rand, vom rade cartofii impreuna cu ceapa. Este important sa scurgeti tot excesul de lichid &#8211; altfel nu vor deveni asa de crocante pe cum ne dorim. Apoi adaugati restul ingredientelor si amestecati totul impreuna. Optional, daca simtiti ca amestecul nu este suficient de gros, adaugati un pic de faina. Nu prea mult totusi! Este tot ce trebuie sa facem pentru prepararea amestecului!<\/p><p>Pentru prajire, trebuie ca mai intai sa incalzim uleiul in tigaie. Apoi, adaugam doua sau trei linguri de amestec in tigaie si le aplatizam in clatite mici, rotunde. Excesul de ulei trebuie absorbit, altfel clatitele vor fi prea uleioase. Si nu ne dorim nici asta! Transferati apoi clatitele din tigaie in farfurie si asta este tot: masa este gata! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Le puteti servi <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-clatite-cu-banane\/\">ca mic dejun<\/a> <\/strong>sau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-cartofi-dulci\/\">cina usoara<\/a><\/strong> impreuna cu o <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sos-salsa\/\">salsa rapida si racoritoare<\/a><\/strong> sau cu niste smantana. Va recomand sa incercati reteta mea de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/smantana-de-post-cu-probiotice\/\">smantana vegana cu probiotice<\/a><\/strong>, sunt sigura ca va placea la nebunie si merge foarte bine impreuna cu aceste clatite de cartofi &#8211; yum! Sau puteti servi clatitele pentru o cina mai consistenta impreuna cu un fel de mancare principal. Orice combinatie alegeti, vor fi delicioase!<\/p><p>Iata inca un sfat: va sugerez ca pentru aceasta reteta sa folosesti cartofi de tip Russet. Sunt perfecti pentru acest tip de perparat. Sunt, de asemenea, un pic mai consistenti in amidon si acest lucru va face amestecul mai bine inchegat. Cred ca aceasta este cea mai buna alegere pentru aceasta reteta si va vor oferi cea mai buna textura si gust! Acum sunteti gata sa incepeti sa preparati reteta!
