Sunt complet vegane, gata in cateva minute si se servesc cu o salsa proaspata de rosii. Ideale pentru pranz, cina sau zilele de post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De fiecare data cand vreau sa prepar ceva rapid, super simplu si gustos, pregatesc aceste clatite de cartofi vegane. Am din nou o saptamana incarcata si plina, asa ca nici nu se pune problema sa incerc vreo reteta lunga si elaborata. Tocmai din acest motiv, reteta de astazi este despre simplitate, eficienta si unul dintre lucrurile mele preferate din lume: cartofii. Ori de cate ori sunt pe fuga, cartoful este prima mea alegere, probabil fiindca este un ingredient atat de usor de obtinut, pe care il avem tot timpul la dispozitie, de cele mai multe ori deja in dulapuri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si mai stim ceva despre originile clatitelor de cartofi: acestea erau de obicei facute de tarani, pentru ca pe vremea aceea cartofii erau atat de ieftini si usor de gasit, fiind unul dintre alimentele pe care oricine si le putea permite. Iata un sfat: pentru aceasta reteta iti sugerez sa folosesti cartofi de tip Russet. Sunt cartofi fainosi, cu mult amidon si putina apa, exact ce iti trebuie ca sa obtii clatite care leaga bine si se rumenesc frumos. Alege cartofi fermi, fara pete verzi sau colti; verdele indica solanina si un gust amarui, asa ca taie generos zonele afectate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa rosie<\/strong> intra atat in aluat, cat si in salsa. In aluat aduce dulceata si aroma, iar in salsa, taiata marunt, ramane crocanta si usor picanta. Cauta cepe ferme, cu coaja lucioasa si fara zone moi. Daca ti se pare prea intensa cruda, las-o cateva minute in salsa inainte de servire, ca sa se mai imblanzeasca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina<\/strong> are rolul de a lega amestecul de cartofi dupa ce ai stors lichidul. Doua linguri sunt suficiente cat sa tina clatita laolalta fara s-o faca tare. Adaug-o treptat: daca amestecul iti pare prea umed, mai poti pune putina, dar nu exagera, altfel clatitele ies dense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Praful de copt<\/strong>, doar jumatate de lingurita, aeriseste putin aluatul si ajuta clatitele sa nu iasa plate si compacte. Verifica sa fie proaspat: un praf de copt vechi isi pierde puterea si nu mai face nicio diferenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul de cocos<\/strong> este alegerea pentru prajit aici. Are un punct de fum ridicat si le da clatitelor o crocanta apetisanta la margini. Daca nu vrei nicio nota de aroma de cocos, foloseste varianta rafinata, care este neutra la gust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rosiile, mararul si uleiul de masline<\/strong> formeaza salsa proaspata. Pentru salsa, decojeste rosiile si scoate semintele, ca sa nu lase prea mult lichid, apoi toaca-le. Acesta este pasul care decide totul: cu cat scoti mai multa apa, cu atat clatitele se rumenesc mai bine si nu raman crude la mijloc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pregateste salsa prima.<\/strong> Combina ingredientele pentru salsa si las-o sa se odihneasca cat lucrezi cartofii. In timpul asta aromele se leaga si rosiile lasa putin suc savuros.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tigaia trebuie sa fie bine incinsa.<\/strong> Incalzeste-o la foc mediu inainte sa pui amestecul. Daca arunci o clatita pe o tigaie rece, se va lipi si va absorbi ulei in loc sa se rumeneasca.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Foloseste o lingura de amestec per clatita.<\/strong> Portii mici se prajesc uniform si se intorc usor. Daca iti raman, pastreaza-le intr-un recipient inchis la frigider 1-2 zile si incalzeste-le intr-o tigaie sau in cuptor, nu la microunde, ca sa-si recapete crocanta. Aluatul de cartofi se oxideaza si se inchide la culoare repede, asa ca iti recomand sa-l prajesti imediat ce l-ai amestecat, nu sa-l tii pregatit dinainte. Salsa, in schimb, poate fi facuta cu cateva ore inainte si tinuta la rece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Va recomand sa incercati si reteta mea de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/smantana-de-post-cu-probiotice\/\">smantana vegana cu probiotice<\/a>, sunt sigura ca va placea la nebunie si merge foarte bine impreuna cu aceste clatite de cartofi.
