Nicio problema &#8211; iata cum puteti prepara lasagna cu foi de varza &#8211; de post! Este simpla, sanatoasa si super delicioasa!<\/em> <\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Nu stiu daca va mai amintit, dar intr-una dintre cele mai recente retete va povesteam despre cat de mult <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/lasagna-vegetariana-cu-ciuperci\/\">imi place lasagna<\/a><\/strong>. Este vorba de un preparat extrem de delicios, extrem de sanatos si total neasteptat!<\/p><p>V-am facut curiosi? Sunt sigura ca v-ati dat seama despre ce e vorba inca din titlul retetei, dar am sa va mai ofer totusi cateva indicii.<\/p><p>Desi este o reteta de lasagna, nu contine <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/paste-umplute-la-cuptor\/\">paste<\/a><\/strong> (ce, lasagna fara paste?!), dar ceva mult mai moale, mai scazut in carbohidrati si care adauga noi &#8220;nuante&#8221; in ceea ce priveste gustul. Ati ghicit! Reteta si combinatia de ingrediente este pur si simplu uimitoare, trebuie sa aveti incredere in mine.<\/p><p>Mereu am fost o iubitoare de varza, si atunci cand am auzit prima data de aceasta reteta am stiut ca trebuie sa o incerc imediat. Si instinctele mele nu au dar gres nici de data aceasta! Rezultatul a fost atat de delicios incat am decis instantaneu sa impartasesc reteta cu toti (dupa ce am petrecut ceva timp perfectionand-o, desigur).<\/p><p>Stiu insa ca exista multe persoane pentru care varza nu este tocmai un aliment favorit. Dar, din nou, probabil ca nu au incercat niciodata aceasta reteta si niciodata nu au gustat varza in aceasta combinatie de arome si ingrediente! Exista, de fapt, multe motive pentru care ar trebui sa incercati aceasta reteta daca sunteti niste iubitori de lasagna.<\/p><p>Sa o luam cu inceputul. In primul rand, lasagna este excelenta, desigur, dar ingredientul principal sunt pastele. Si cred ca stim cu totii ca, atunci cand sunt consumate in cantitati mai mari, pastele nu sunt chiar cele mai sanatoase sau hranitoare alimente. Este foarte gustoasa si un mod minunat de a incerca alte arome fata de lasagna clasica.<\/p><p>Este, de asemenea, o alegere excelenta daca doriti sa va planificati mesele inainte si sa preparati o cantitate mai mare de mancare care va va ajunge pentru urmatoarele zile, fara sa va faceti griji.<\/p><p>Majoritatea retetelor de lasagna pe care le veti gasi online contin carne ca ingredient principal.
