Se asaza in straturi cu un sos bogat de rosii cu texturat de soia si un sos bechamel vegan, apoi se coace la cuptor pana devine aurie. Atat de mult, incat am inceput sa experimentez cu tot felul de combinatii, diferite de reteta originala. Asa am ajuns zilele trecute la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-lasagna\/\">supa de lasagna vegana<\/a><\/strong> si am descoperit o lume literalmente nesfarsita a posibilitatilor cand vine vorba de lasagna. Zilele trecute am facut o noua descoperire, ceva care poate parea ciudat la inceput, dar aveti putina rabdare si nu va lasati pacaliti. Mereu am fost o iubitoare de varza, iar cand am auzit prima data de aceasta reteta am stiut ca trebuie sa o incerc imediat. Si instinctele mele nu au dat gres nici de data aceasta. Eu am adaptat reteta astfel incat sa fie complet vegana, dar la fel de satioasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce merge varza in loc de foi de lasagna<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frunza de varza oparita are exact rolul foii de lasagna: e o suprafata plata, flexibila, care tine straturile la un loc si absoarbe aroma sosurilor. Diferenta e ca varza nu are amidon, deci scoate din reteta cea mai mare parte a carbohidratilor si o face potrivita pentru cine mananca <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-low-carb\/\">low carb<\/a><\/strong> sau tine post. Iata la ce sa fii atent la fiecare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Varza<\/strong> &#8211; o capatana intreaga, desfacuta foaie cu foaie. Alege una cu frunze mari si sanatoase, ca sa acopere bine tava. Ai nevoie de frunzele groase de la exterior pentru straturi.<\/li><li><strong>Texturatul de soia granule<\/strong> &#8211; da consistenta si satietate umpluturii, in locul carnii. Se hidrateaza direct in sos, deci nu trebuie inmuiat separat.<\/li><li><strong>Sosul de rosii<\/strong> &#8211; baza aromata a umpluturii. Impreuna cu ceapa calita, usturoiul, busuiocul si oregano, construieste gustul de lasagna.<\/li><li><strong>Fulgii de drojdie inactiva<\/strong> &#8211; aduc acea nota savuroasa, usor branzoasa, tipica veganizarii. Sucul de lamaie adauga aciditatea care echilibreaza dulceata rosiilor.<\/li><li><strong>Laptele de soia si faina<\/strong> &#8211; baza sosului bechamel. In reteta e trecut lapte de soia sau normal, dar pentru varianta complet vegana si de post foloseste laptele vegetal.<\/li><li><strong>Branza vegana rasa<\/strong> &#8211; crusta aurie de deasupra. Presarata la final, se topeste si rumeneste la coacere.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum sa oparesti corect frunzele de varza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aici se decide reusita retetei. Pune apa la fiert intr-un vas mare si adauga cateva frunze groase odata, ca sa nu scada temperatura apei. Tine-le in apa clocotita doar pana devin moi si flexibile, adica pana se indoaie fara sa se rupa. Nu le fierbe prea mult, altfel se destrama la asamblare. Scoate-le si scurge-le foarte bine pe un prosop de hartie: orice apa ramasa se aduna in tava si iti dilueaza sosul, lasand lasagna apoasa. Daca vrei sa ramai pe linia low carb, arunca un ochi pe restul <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-sarace-in-carbohidrati\/\">retetelor sarace in carbohidrati<\/a><\/strong> sau pe colectia de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-varza\/\">retete cu varza<\/a><\/strong>, unde gasesti si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/hash-browns-de-varza-low-carb\/\">hash browns de varza low carb<\/a><\/strong> pentru o masa completa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pastrare si pregatire din timp<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lasagna cu foi de varza se pastreaza foarte bine la frigider, in recipient inchis, 3-4 zile, iar aromele se aseaza si mai frumos a doua zi. O poti reincalzi la cuptor sau in tigaie acoperita, ca sa nu se usuce. Se preteaza si la pregatit din timp: asambleaz-o cu o zi inainte, tine-o acoperita la rece si coace-o cand ai nevoie de ea.
