Nu contin oua, lapte sau unt, deci sunt perfecte si pentru zilele de post, iar textura umeda de brownie vine din combinatia de tarate de psyllium si Nutella. Cand combini cele doua, opreste-te imediat ce aluatul devine omogen &#8212; amestecatul excesiv face negresele dense si tari, in loc de umede. Intinde coca uniform in tava, ca sa se coaca la fel peste tot. Testul scobitorii este cheia aici: pentru un miez cu adevarat umed de brownie, scobitoarea trebuie sa iasa cu cateva firimituri lipite, nu perfect curata. Marginile trebuie sa devina crocante, iar centrul sa ramana usor moale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cea mai importanta regula: lasa-le complet la racit inainte sa le tai.
