Mi se pare ca acestea combina gusturile si aromele ingredientelor voastre preferate si, de obicei, rezultatul final este o masa hranitoare, care va va scuti de gatit pentru cateva zile. Reteta de astazi este despre confort: stiu ca ma asteapta cateva zile pline, asa ca am decis sa-mi planific zilele din timp si sa economisesc timp pregatindu-mi mesele in avans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prea des, cand ne aflam in mijlocul unei saptamani aglomerate, apelam la feluri de mancare rapide, care, de cele mai multe ori, nu sunt atat de sanatoase. Pentru ca reteta mea de caserola este sanatoasa, este facuta din ingrediente proaspete si este absolut delicioasa!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce pui in umplutura si de ce conteaza fiecare ingredient<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Umplutura se bazeaza pe trei elemente care dau san si textura: fasolea neagra din conserva (500 g), porumbul (80 g) si quinoa fiarta (170 g). Fasolea aduce proteine si o textura cremoasa, porumbul un strop de dulceata si crocant, iar quinoa leaga totul si face caserola si mai consistenta. Scurge bine si clateste fasolea si porumbul din conserva inainte sa le folosesti, ca sa scapi de excesul de sare si de lichidul vascos care altfel ar inmuia lipiile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ceapa taiata marunt si ardeiul gras verde aduc prospetime si baza aromatica, iar combinatia de condimente &#8212; chimion, boia afumata si pudra de chili &#8212; este cea care da nota mexicana. Boiaua afumata e ingredientul care imita acel gust de afumat fara sa fie nevoie de nimic prajit indelung, asa ca nu o sari. Salsa picanta sau sosul iute de rosii regleaza cat de iute iese totul: pune mai putin daca gatesti si pentru copii. Amesteca toate ingredientele pentru umplutura intr-un bol, gusta si potriveste de sare, piper si iuteala inainte sa umpli lipiile &#8212; e mult mai usor sa corectezi gustul acum decat dupa coacere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pune umplutura pe fiecare lipie, ruleaza-le si aseaza-le in tava cu marginea in jos, lipite una de alta ca sa nu se desfaca. Toarna sosul de rosii deasupra si acopera cu un strat generos de branza rasa. Coace aproximativ 40 de minute, pana branza s-a topit si suprafata e aurie. Daca nu ai quinoa, o poti inlocui cu orez fiert sau bulgur, in aceeasi cantitate. Fasolea neagra merge schimbata cu fasole rosie sau cu un amestec de fasole. Daca preferi varianta clasica, rulata, am si o reteta separata de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/burrito-vegetarian\/\">burrito vegetarian<\/a>, iar pentru cei care iubesc tot ce inseamna mancare mexicana la cuptor exista si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/caserola-mexicana\/\">caserola mexicana<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce o servesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Caserola burrito e o masa completa in sine, dar capata si mai mult farmec alaturi de garnituri proaspete. O lingura de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sos-salsa\/\">sos salsa<\/a> facut in casa deasupra fiecarei portii aduce aciditate si prospetime care taie din bogatia branzei. Dupa ce se raceste complet, pastreaz-o la frigider in recipient inchis 3-4 zile si reincalzeste portiile in cuptor sau la tigaie ca sa-si recapete crocanta. Poti asambla caserola din timp, fara sa o coci, si sa o tii acoperita la frigider pana a doua zi, apoi sa o bagi direct la cuptor cand ai nevoie de masa. Se congeleaza bine pana la o luna &#8212; decongeleaz-o la frigider peste noapte inainte de a o reincalzi.
