Se prepara in cateva minute, este scazuta in carbohidrati si numai buna ca alternativa proaspata la mancarurile grele din sezonul rece. Cred ca de cele mai multe ori vina o poarta broccoli-ul fiert prea mult, moale si fara gust. In salata aceasta il folosim crud, taiat marunt, asa ca isi pastreaza toata textura si prospetimea. Iar partea mea preferata: mie chiar mi se pare ca gustul acestei salate devine mai bun a doua zi, pentru ca toate aromele au timp sa se imbine si totul devine mai cremos si mai gustos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce pui in salata de broccoli<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frumusetea acestei retete sta in contrastul de texturi si arome. Iata la ce sa fii atenta cand alegi ingredientele:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Broccoli (500 g)<\/strong> &#8212; alege un broccoli ferm, cu buchetele compacte si verzi-inchis, fara zone galbene. Il taiem in buchetele mici, ca sa fie usor de mancat crud si sa prinda dressing-ul peste tot.<\/li><li><strong>Ceapa rosie<\/strong> &#8212; aduce o nota intepatoare si un plus de culoare. Daca o vrei mai blanda, taie-o marunt si las-o cateva minute in sucul de lamaie inainte de a o amesteca.<\/li><li><strong>Merisoare uscate<\/strong> &#8212; echilibrul dulce-acrisor care face salata sa nu fie banala.<\/li><li><strong>Mango (\u00bd)<\/strong> &#8212; adauga dulceata moale si o textura matasoasa. Foloseste un mango copt, dar inca ferm, ca sa nu se faca terci.<\/li><li><strong>Seminte de floarea-soarelui (70 g)<\/strong> &#8212; partea crocanta. Le prajim usor inainte ca sa scoatem aroma de nuca din ele.<\/li><li><strong>Salata verde<\/strong> &#8212; frunzele aduc volum si prospetime.<\/li><li><strong>Dressing-ul<\/strong> &#8212; maioneza, iaurt, ulei de masline extravirgin, suc de lamaie, sare si piper alb. Incepe cu prajirea semintelor de floarea-soarelui intr-o tigaie incinsa, fara ulei, amestecand des. Ai grija aici, pentru ca e foarte usor sa le arzi; in momentul in care incep sa miroasa a nuca prajita si capata o culoare aurie, ia-le imediat de pe foc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Intre timp, taie ceapa, broccoli si mango si transfera-le intr-un bol mare impreuna cu frunzele de salata, merisoarele, semintele racite si uleiul de masline. Separat, amesteca maioneza cu iaurtul, sucul de la jumatate de lamaie si condimenteaza cu sare si piper alb. Toarna dressing-ul peste salata, amesteca bine sa se inveleasca totul uniform, acopera bolul si lasa-l la frigider cel putin 2 ore inainte de servire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o lasi la rece inainte sa o servesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pasul de la frigider nu este optional, este chiar cheia retetei. In cele 2 ore de stat la rece, broccoli-ul crud se inmoaie usor in dressing si absoarbe aromele, merisoarele se hidrateaza un pic, iar maioneza si iaurtul leaga totul intr-o crema fina. De aceea salata are gust mai bun a doua zi: timpul de odihna lasa aromele acide, dulci si grase sa se aseze si sa se echilibreze intre ele. Nu o recomand pentru congelare, fiindca dressing-ul cremos se separa la decongelare. Pentru ca rezista bine si nu se inmoaie complet, este o alegere excelenta de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-pranz-pachet\/\">pranz la pachet<\/a> sau ca salata pregatita din timp pentru cateva zile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fiind racoroasa si satioasa, merge ca fel principal usor de una singura sau alaturi de alte salate la o masa de tip bufet. Daca vrei sa o asezi langa altceva, se potriveste cu o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-cu-quinoa\/\">salata cu quinoa<\/a> sau cu o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-spanac\/\">salata de spanac<\/a> pentru o masa verde, completa.
