Pentru ca este facuta din straturi de arome perfecte, sos delicios <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/rosii-umplute-cu-orez\/\">de rosii<\/a><\/strong>, condimente si ierburi aromate mediteraneene&#8230; si este atat de cremoasa incat pare ca a fost creata in Rai!<\/p><p>Ok, dar care este dezavantajul lasagnei? Va spun eu: carbohidratii. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/pastitsio-paste-grecesti-la-cuptor\/\">Paste<\/a><\/strong> = multi, multi carbohidrati, din pacate. Si desi acest lucru nu ma impiedica sa ma bucur de cate o portie de lasagna vegetariana sau vegana (mult mai) des decat ar trebui, uneori ma simt prost.<\/p><p>Ma gandesc la toate acele calorii goale si ma intreb daca ar fi trebuit sa optez pentru ceva mai hranitor si mai sanatos. Va amintiti de ea, nu? A fost pur si simplu delicioasa!<\/p><p>Dar apoi s-a petrecut ceva neasteptat: am descoperit inca o reteta de lasagna foarte sanatoasa, de data asta cu un nou element principal super sanatos: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-dovlecei\/\">dovlecelul<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p>Am decis ca trebuie sa incerc reteta pana o perfectionez si mi-a iesit super delicioasa de fiecare data! Am stiut imediat ca trebuie sa impartasesc aceasta reteta cu voi, pentru ca oricine sa se poata bucura de acest fel de mancare bun si sanatos. \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Desigur, nu este nimic in neregula cu o portie de lasagna vegetariana sau vegana din cand in cand. Este delicioasa si foaaarte satioasa si, sa fim seriosi &#8211; nu este cel mai rau lucru pe care l-am putea manca, nu-i asa? Chiar daca prepararea lasagnei dureaza ceva, mi se pare o reteta relativ simplu de facut.<\/p><p>Ei bine, spre deosebire de serile cand mananc lasagna, atunci cand ma bucur de o masa cu un continut scazut de carbohidrati ma simt mai bine, de parca am facut un prim pas important spre o dieta care sa ma ajute sa scap de kilogramele in plus. Sa stiti ca, doar pentru ca reteta contine dovlecei in locul pastelor, asta nu inseamna ca trebuie sa faceti vreun compromis in ceea ce priveste gustul.<\/p><p>Singura diferenta de care trebuie sa tineti cont este faptul ca vom folosi dovlecei in loc de paste &#8211; iar daca va plac dovleceii, asta nu ar trebui sa fie o problema.<\/p><p>Nu vom renunta nici la textura cremoasa, nici la aromele delicioase. Asa ca aveti incredere in mine, asa cum ati facut-o deja cu atatea alte retete si nu veti fi dezamagiti, va promit!&nbsp;<\/p><p>Pasii de preparare ai acestei retete sunt la fel ca atunci cand pregatiti o lasagna normala (sau una vegetariana). Preparatul dovleceilor este, de asemenea, foarte simplu. Acest mic truc va va oferi un plus de aroma si o textura minunata!<\/p><p>Asadar, chiar daca sunteti la dieta, aceasta reteta va va ajuta sa reduceti carbohidratii intr-un mod foarte simplu si gustos! Am auzit multi oameni spunand ca sa mananci sanatos inseamna sa consumi doar preparate insipide, plictisitoare. Ei bine, nimic nu este mai neadevarat! \ud83d\ude42 Aceasta reteta este primul exemplu pe care-l am. Este super delicioasa, dar si sanatoasa!<\/p><p>Multe dintre retetele de lasagna de dovlecei pe care le veti gasi online contin carne si cascaval ca ingrediente principale. Delicios, stiu, dar eu am decis sa adaptez aceasta reteta astfel incat sa se potriveasca cu un stil de viata si cu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegana\/\">o dieta vegana<\/a><\/strong>. Asadar, daca sunteti in cautarea unei retete de lasagna cu dovlecei fara carne si fara lactate pentru acest preparat, sunteti in locul potrivit!<\/p><p>Asadar haideti in bucatarie, urmati instructiunile de mai jos si veti obtine o masa uimitoare intr-un timp rapid, gata de a fi impartita cu prietenii sau familia. Ah, am mentionat oare ca aceasta reteta este perfecta si pentru meal prep?
