Se prepara cu un sos consistent de granule de soia, ciuperci si rosii, stratificat cu mozzarella si cascaval Cheddar, apoi se coace la 200 de grade pana se rumeneste crusta de branza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Va amintiti, probabil, de ultimele mele retete inspirate din lasagna, nu-i asa? Cand m-am intrebat ce face lasagna clasica atat de grea, raspunsul a fost simplu: carbohidratii. Apoi s-a petrecut ceva neasteptat &#8212; am descoperit inca o reteta de lasagna foarte sanatoasa, de data asta cu un nou element principal super sanatos: dovlecelul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am decis ca trebuie sa incerc reteta pana o perfectionez si mi-a iesit super delicioasa de fiecare data. Chiar daca prepararea lasagnei dureaza ceva, mi se pare o reteta relativ simplu de facut. inlocuiesti foile de paste cu dovlecel feliat si tai drastic carbohidratii, fara sa renunti la straturile pe care le iubesti.<\/li>\n<li><strong>O masa satioasa, fara carne<\/strong> &#8212; granulele de soia hidratate dau textura si proteina, asa ca farfuria te tine satul ore intregi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>O reteta cu dovlecei cand ai gradina plina<\/strong> &#8212; daca te trezesti cu trei dovlecei mari pe masa, asta e o modalitate excelenta de a-i folosi intr-un preparat care impresioneaza.<\/li>\n<li><strong>O cina de weekend mai elaborata<\/strong> &#8212; prepararea dureaza ceva, dar rezultatul arata si are gust de fel principal, perfect cand vrei sa gatesti ceva mai special.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Un fel pe care il poti pregati din timp<\/strong> &#8212; se asambleaza si se coace la fel de bine ziua urmatoare, deci e ideala pentru meal prep.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o sa iti placa aceasta reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Saraca in carbohidrati<\/strong> &#8212; dovlecelul inlocuieste foile de paste, deci ai toata satisfactia unei lasagne, dar mult mai usoara.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bogata in proteine<\/strong> &#8212; 200 g de granule de soia plus branzeturile aduc o doza serioasa de proteina, fara carne.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cu ingrediente accesibile<\/strong> &#8212; dovlecei, ceapa, ciuperci, rosii din conserva si branza, lucruri pe care le ai aproape mereu la indemana.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Usor de adaptat vegan<\/strong> &#8212; eu am decis sa adaptez aceasta reteta astfel incat sa se potriveasca cu un stil de viata si cu o dieta vegana, schimband doar branzeturile cu variantele lor vegetale.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verificata in bucataria mea<\/strong> &#8212; Alege dovlecei mari, fermi, cu coaja lucioasa si fara pete moi &#8212; cei prea mari si copti au seminte multe si lasa multa apa. Feliaza-i pe lungime, in felii uniforme de aproximativ jumatate de centimetru, ca sa se gateasca egal. Dovlecelul contine multa apa, asa ca felierea uniforma si pregatirea corecta inainte de asamblare sunt cheia ca lasagna sa nu iasa apoasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Granulele de soia (texturatul)<\/strong> sunt baza sosului si sursa principala de proteina. Se hidrateaza acoperindu-le cu 400 ml de apa clocotita &#8212; absorb lichidul si capata o textura asemanatoare cu cea a carnii tocate. Cauta granule fine, nu bucati mari, fiindca se integreaza mai frumos in sos. Dupa hidratare, stoarce-le usor de excesul de apa inainte sa le pui in tigaie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ciupercile<\/strong> maruntite adauga umami si adancime sosului, alaturi de granulele de soia. Alege ciuperci ferme, cu palaria inchisa, fara zone alunecoase. Nu le spala sub jet de apa, ci sterge-le cu un servet umed, ca sa nu se imbibe &#8212; ciupercile sunt ca un burete si, daca aduni prea multa apa, vor fierbe in loc sa se rumeneasca in tigaie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rosiile tocate din conserva<\/strong> formeaza sosul. Foloseste-le cu tot cu suc si lasa-le sa fiarba pana se ingroasa &#8212; un sos prea apos e principalul motiv pentru care o lasagna iese moale. Conservele de calitate, cu rosii intregi sau tocate fara prea multe adaosuri, dau cel mai curat gust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mozzarella si cascavalul Cheddar<\/strong> dau cremozitatea si crusta. Mozzarella se topeste matasos intre straturi, iar Cheddarul ras deasupra formeaza crusta aurie. Le poti folosi normale sau, daca tii o dieta vegana, in varianta lor vegetala. Pastreaza cea mai mare parte din Cheddar pentru stratul de deasupra, ca sa obtii acea crusta rumena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Busuiocul<\/strong> proaspat maruntit aseaza accentul aromat intre straturi. Adauga-l aproape de final sau direct intre straturi, ca sa-si pastreze prospetimea &#8212; caldura prelungita ii estompeaza aroma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Trece feliile de dovlecel pe gratar inainte de asamblare.<\/strong> Pentru a va asigura ca veti obtine textura perfecta, va recomand sa puneti feliile de dovlecel pe gratar putin, cam un minut pe fiecare parte. O poti reincalzi la cuptor, acoperita, ca sa nu se usuce crusta. Daca vrei sa o pregatesti din timp, poti asambla straturile in vas si o poti tine la frigider pana cand esti gata sa o coci &#8212; doar adauga cateva minute la timpul de coacere daca o pui rece in cuptor. Tine cont ca dovlecelul mai lasa apa la pastrare, asa ca scurge eventualul lichid in plus inainte de a reincalzi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac retetele de acest gen, arunca o privire si peste celelalte <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-lasagna\/\">retete inspirate din lasagna<\/a>, peste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/lasagna-cu-foi-de-varza-low-carb\/\">lasagna cu foi de varza low carb<\/a> sau peste colectia mea de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-dovlecei\/\">retete cu dovlecei<\/a>.
