Daca ma intrebi pe mine, piureul de cartofi este definitia mancarurilor pentru zilele cand ti-e lene sa prepari altceva, iar varianta asta il transforma intr-un fel principal copios, satios si plin de culoare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mi-am amintit de una dintre cele mai populare retete pe care le prepar in sezonul rece. Bolul cu piure de cartofi este un favorit al acestui anotimp cu siguranta si sunt de parere ca, orice ai face in aceasta toamna, un bol copios cu piure langa tine va face totul mai bun. Tocmai simplitatea ei o face atat de buna. In reteta pe care o prezint astazi folosesc combinatia mea preferata de ingrediente, perfectionata in timp. Asta imi place in mod special la ea: nimic nu poate merge prost. Ai un piure cald si cremos drept baza, chiftelute consistente pe baza de proteine vegetale si cateva legume calite care aduc prospetime si crocant &#8212; toate adunate intr-un singur bol pe care il poti adapta dupa pofta de moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele cheie si cum le alegi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Piureul porneste de la 500 g de cartofi curatati si taiati, 200 ml lapte vegetal si 150 g unt vegetal. Pentru un piure cu adevarat cremos, alege cartofi fainosi, nu cerosi &#8212; acestia se zdrobesc mai usor si absorb mai bine grasimea si laptele. Laptele se incorporeaza cel mai bine cald sau la temperatura camerei: turnat rece, raceste piureul si il poate face lipicios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chiftelutele se construiesc pe 150 g texturat de soia granule hidratat in 200 ml apa fiarta, legat cu 2 linguri de faina si 2 linguri de tarate de psyllium care tin loc de ou. Pasta de tomate, ceapa verde, patrunjelul si jumatatea de ardei chili dau gust si culoare compozitiei. Adauga untul si uleiul, amesteca pana devine catifelat, apoi potriveste cu sare si piper negru. Texturatul de soia trebuie lasat sa absoarba complet apa fiarta si sa se raceasca inainte de a-l combina cu restul ingredientelor; daca este inca prea umed, chiftelutele se vor desface la prajit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prajeste chiftelutele la foc mediu in ulei de masline pana se rumenesc si se intaresc la suprafata, cam 10 minute. Scoate-le, apoi adauga passata in aceeasi tigaie si las-o sa scada 10-15 minute, ca sa se concentreze gustul. Legumele se calesc separat la foc mare, doar atat cat sa capete culoare &#8212; vrei sa ramana crocante, nu sa se moaie de tot. Piureul se reincalzeste cel mai bine pe aragaz, cu un strop de lapte vegetal adaugat ca sa redevina cremos, in timp ce chiftelutele si sosul de passata se incing impreuna intr-o tigaie. Daca vrei sa pregatesti din timp, poti forma chiftelutele si le poti tine la frigider crude, gata de prajit a doua zi. Acelasi principiu functioneaza si daca pregatesti masa pentru <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-pranz-pachet\/\">pranzul la pachet<\/a>: imparte componentele in caserole si le asamblezi la fata locului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cat despre variatii, chiftelutele din texturat de soia merg minunat si singure cu un sos bun &#8212; vezi si reteta mea de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-in-sos\/\">chiftelute in sos<\/a>.
