Simtiti si voi la fel?<\/p><p>Daca va doriti o masa hranitoare si gustoasa, perfecta pentru o zi racoroasa, sunteti in locul potrivit! Astazi vreau sa va povestesc despre una dintre retetele mele preferate pentru vremea rece: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chili-sin-carne-de-post\/\">tocanita<\/a><\/strong> irlandeza <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegetariana\/\">vegetariana<\/a><\/strong>! Va asigur ca pot sa mananc boluri la rand fara sa ma satur!<\/p><p>Ok, bine, fie, recunosc &#8211; aceasta este tocanita mea preferata! Motivul este simplu: aceasta tocanita este este atat de simpla, si totusi nu as schimba nimic. Nu este vorba de nimic complicat aici, doar de niste bucati de legume alintate de un sos delicios.<\/p><p>Acest fel de mancare este atat de popular in Irlanda tocmai pentru ca este atat de simplu. Acest lucru se datoreaza faptului ca este extrem de usor si ieftin de cultivat si, pe scurt, tine foarte bine de foame.<\/p><p>Asadar, de-a lungul istoriei irlandeze, cu cateva exceptii notabile in timpul unor foamete, cartoful a fost un ingredient principal in FOARTE multe retete, iar reteta de astazi nu este o exceptie, bineinteles. Reteta originala continea si carne, insa putine alte ingrediente. Poate doar niste ceapa si morcovi. Nu erau chiar cele mai usoare vremuri&#8230;<\/p><p>Si, desi in acele timpuri tocanita irlandeza (si tocanele in general) era o mancare a oamenilor saraci, acum lucrurile s-au schimbat iar oamenii au inceput sa inteleaga cat de bune, versatile si usor de facut sunt tocanele si tocanitele. La fel este si reteta pe care v-o prezint astazi, pe care am adaptat-o \u200b\u200bpe baza tocanitei irlandeze originale. Am lasat afara carnea, evident, si am inclus o tona de legume pentru a obtine o mancare super, super buna.<\/p><p>Acum, daca ma intrebati, cred ca secretul pentru o tocanita irlandeza perfecta este dimensiunea legumelor. Prea mici si se vor sfarma impreuna. Prea mari si veti gusta prea mult din acelasi lucru.<\/p><p>Opinia mea? Aveti nevoie de bucati de dimensiunea unei inghitituri. Nici mai mult, nici mai putin. Fiecare imbucatura din acest preparat va avea aroma perfecta si va veti putea bucura de fiecare ingredient la maxim. Deci nu este chiar un proiect de lunga durata sau complicat, reteta este numai buna de gatit in dupa o zi de lucru!<\/p><p>Acestea fiind spuse, haideti sa ne apucam de treaba. Adunati toate ingredientele (pe care probabil le aveti deja in bucatarie &#8211; totul este suuuper simplu si de baza) si urmati pasii de mai jos&#8230; si nu uitati sa va bucurati (si de rezultat, dar si de procesul de preparare)!<\/p><p>Aceasta masa va va incalzi cu adevarat si va va face sa apreciati tot ce are sezonul rece de oferit.
